Really surprising to see that you just made your 2nd post after March 18, 2019. I think this time you are trying to promote your own project where on forst post you were asking for Luckycoin and post was made on this topic.

Note: "This user recently woke up from a long period of inactivity"

263  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Scam]: Fake ETH and Uni giveaway on: December 07, 2020, 03:25:13 PM
Honestly the domain name is quite confusing. I am sure it will confuse many users to get scam. I have to admit that scammer is very clever and that's why he choose that domain. Anyway, those running for free tokens, most probably they would fall in such as trap.
Owner of this site choose this domain to take this advantage and interestingly they have blended the name of ETH & Uniswap together to hunt them who know about both platform. You can call him clever but this is why they are scammer who apply all their trick to make others fool.
264  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Warning] Coinrollxbet.com fake gambling website. on: December 07, 2020, 09:14:11 AM
If this is indeed a fake gambling site, then they are also faking their online stats here.
Don't know if they are showing actual players here.

If i am not wrong then they are controling the number of active players from their admin panel. Honest gambling platforms use their live data but website like this one usually show this kinda selfmade stats to attract gamblers.

Because with their various telegram accounts they try to attract crypto users to their website by showing greed in different ways. Since he guarantees a sure win, if any new crypto user believes them, he/she will definitely deposit $100+. So it’s part of a trap.
No one can give guarantee about wining and if anyone is doing that then its nothing but a obvious money stealing trap. I don’t think people will get interested after hearing this type of unrealistic offers but still then we have to keep newbies far from this.
265  Economy / Reputation / Re: Imagine if you wouldn't have a block button ? on: December 07, 2020, 06:39:57 AM
What would you do meeting me in person and trying to silence me ?
Do you think still people exist in this forum who will waste their time by doing that? Huh...

Opss! I have my own schedule. Its time to push the ignore button.

266  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Scam]: Fake ETH and Uni giveaway on: December 07, 2020, 12:43:30 AM
Another newly created fake airdrop related website. Interesting thing is that they are using a domain which is a mixture of ethereum & uniswap. What a idea! Running two giveaway by a single website and targeting new crypto users to steal their money. Owner of this website made it to run it for multiple purpose and he think it will increase the chances of getting investors from both platform (Eth and Uniswap).

I believe who have minimum knowledge about proper crypto investment will not waste their money and time after this garbage.

267  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: (Worldwide) scammed me for 0.51873796 BTC on: December 06, 2020, 05:45:49 PM
The person you are asking for screenshots made the accusation 4 years ago. @sandy-is-fine was just alerting member that the account just woke up after longtime.
"Wetsuit" who got scammed by this scammer isn't inactive and he was last active on November 30, 2020. Still he can include evidences like screenshots on his main thread. (Although i don't know he kept it yet or not)

Yes and yes.  Tagged and flagged, support flag here:  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;flag=2508
Thanks for opening the flag from your end. Flag supported from my end and user profile will tagged soon.

268  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How do you cover your paperwallet? on: December 06, 2020, 05:36:13 PM
If, thousands of years ago, people carved words in stone with a simple hammer and chisel, we can definitely do at least a little better in the 21st century.  Cheesy

source: https://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/8oikd5/cold_storage_idea/
Not a bad idea at all Smiley. At least better than paper lamination. I have bad experiences with my moms educational papers which was laminated and most of the old lamination was broken. Maybe due to heat and pressure of lamination few lines were removed from some papers. I am not gonna suggeSt anyone to laminate their paper wallets.

EDIT:
Btw, don't bother importing this seed phrase into your wallet. There is nothing on it! (I checked.) Wink
It doesn't matter there is anything on it or not but i can tell you that some guys have already tried for multiple times.
269  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [WARNING] Fake Ledger Phishing Texts [05.12.2020] on: December 06, 2020, 05:18:55 PM

https://twitter.com/bobbyullery/status/1335391408727928833

Reddit:
https://www.reddit.com/r/ledgerwallet/comments/k7t6wy/is_ledger_still_leaking_data/

If you look closely and read reports on reddit and twitter you will see that they are maybe nonstop leaking customer data, and not just in past.
Nobody can tell me it is now safe to buy ledger wallet even if it's free and with 100% discount, but if you want to give your data information and pay for it then go for it.

I am not so surprised after hearing this because we all know what coinbase did with their users database in the past. Actually its a part of their business and only they sell their user's database to third party who have no care about their users safety. After experiencing something like this i am damn sure that every single ledger user will think twice before keeping large amount of crypto assets on their wallet.

Although still i haven't got clear informations about ledgers data leak but if its really happening then very soon hardware wallet user will looking for another trusted and safer option.

The role of the Ledger nano team is questionable now. How a user data would be leaked by the next day (if it's true what wrote by @dkbit98). We can suspect that one or more members from the Ledger management or support team are involved with the scammers. Ledger can't skip with such an excuse. If they can't stop that kind of behavior, then most likely Bitcoin users will start to avoid them and will find some other hardware wallet. I am also a Ledger user, but I am worried now even when I see update popups.
You may know that in most of the hacking incident report we got involvement of insider and without this its pretty much touch to collect information about the weakness of the specific platform. I am expecting something similar from Ledger authority but we know selling users database is not a new thing.

270  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why most of us are losing money in sports betting? on: December 06, 2020, 04:58:58 PM
When asked this I have always replied that from the moment I like sports, especially football, I also like to bet on it. And I really do not mind to lose some small amounts when betting my weekly bet-slip. I usually pick the games with a few friends and then we share the bet so it is also fun to play. If that would become an addiction I would simply stop.
You may have self control and this is why you know well what is the different between simple gambling and addiction.

From my own experience i can say that self control play the key role in gambling for a professional gambler nd he know well where to stop or not. Its not for them who wants to recover all his previous losses just in a single match. Gambling is okay for you until its starting to control your mind otherwise you are just taking extra risks which may bring unexpected loses for you.

My observation is that most of the people are not analyzing the team and just looking at odds and if they lose they aggressively betting high bets. Also I don't there are many users lose than winning maybe we just don't heard some players and their winnings and we mostly hear losses since there's no risk announcing you lose rather than you win.
I don't think most of the people but a good number of gambler give priority to odds during placing their bets. Professional gamblers never run after odds where they try their best to put their bet on safe side.
271  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Fake 50.000 ETH Giveaway by Fake Vitalik Buterin on: December 06, 2020, 04:42:21 PM
With 5 ETH in the scamer's wallet, is this really a victim or is it just my trap so that people will trust more with this fake giveaway?

I'm sure it was all a trap and no casualties so I think everyone already knows that this crazy Giveaway is not legal.
In most cases they make some transaction by their own to make everyone believe that they are keeping their promises. Still many crypto user exit who believe that free airdrop is the mot easier way of collecting tokens. Even some of them check transactions list on frontend to justify the legality of the the project.

In the Wake of the hype associated with the launch of the Ethereum-2 network, scammers are trying to get Ethereum from inexperienced investors. Scammers offer to double your coins in just 24 hours, which is a typical Ponzi scheme.
Exactly,,, I was expecting something like that on the eve of launching Ethereum 2.0 and finally got one here. Like always this kinda giveaway and airdrop related scammers get more active when any event is going on.
272  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto in Asia: Top developments for 2021 on: December 05, 2020, 04:38:13 PM
Yeah, I think Japan, China and South Korea leading the way, More Than 95% of Crypto Futures Volume Is in Asia: Report. And then we have those developing countries, like the Philippines, Meet The 6 Cryptocurrency Exchanges In Philippines Registered With BSP, and then Indonesia, Binance Invests in Regulated Indonesian Crypto Exchange.

And I think this trend will continue in the next coming years and it could be Asia be dubbed as crypto hub with all the adoption and development and support of the government going around.
In crypto space we have a large community from Asia and now its just not only from countries like Japan, China and Korea. One by one the list is growing in Asia and countries like Malaysia, India, Indonesia and many more are joining. Even multiple companies from this region are starting the journey with crypto by investing and accepting bitcoin legally. Specially most of the trading platforms are getting good amount of Asian traders who are actively continuing their trades throughout the year.

Crypto have already been a daily news in Asian countries and interesting thing is that people from this regions are accepting crypto as their daily method of payment warmly. Hopefully over crypto development in Asia wlll increase with more pace in upcoming years and business entrepreneurs will take it to next level. I can say that Asia was crypto friendly from the beginning and still they are on it.
273  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2020-12-02} Most PayPal customers are willing to pay with Bitcoin on: December 05, 2020, 03:57:05 PM
Most PayPal customers might be willing to pay with Bitcoin, but the real question is whether or not PayPal,as a corporation is willing to REALLY accept cryptocurrency payments?
Allowing your customers to buy cryptocurrencies, which can't be moved outside of their PayPal accounts doesn't seem like a real crypto adoption to me.
All the hype about PayPal getting more crypto friendly seems to fade away slowly, because PayPal is not a predictable and trustworthy corporation.
In some point it seems to me that Paypal are are taking the most outcomes from their recent bitcoin related articles. It looks like they are making their own marketing through bitcoin related news which is definitely giving them much pace on their own business development  rather than bitcoin. Its was expected that a good number of their user will be interested to pay with bitcoin and the number will grow in the upcoming days. Its pretty much clear to everyone that after making the announcement of adding bitcoin payment option on their platform worldwide people are talking too much about Paypal which is the main turning point of their own business. Through this old bitcoin users are planning to use Paypal and paypal is getting massive amount of registrants from crypto space.

Its not like that only bitcoin users are getting benefit from the step which taken by paypal where actually Paypal authority is introducing their business with crypto oriented large community.
274  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: (Worldwide) scammed me for 0.51873796 BTC on: December 05, 2020, 02:38:09 PM
Where is your evidences? I will be happy to see your conversation screenshots here.

Scammers even come back after a 4 year absence.   https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1555228.0  Looks like it could be a bought/hacked account.
Yeah its really surprising to see that they don't care to check this kinda scammers trust page and inactivity period before continuing their deal.

Whats wrong with them actually!

I am clearly seeing multiple negative trust on his profile but after that OP didn’t feel it necessary to use escrow service for his fund safety. It was obvious and maybe this time scammer will take another longer break from forum.

275  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Scam]: Fake Stellar Community Reward Program on: December 05, 2020, 10:28:14 AM
A lot of this scams are popping in high numbers right now because altcoin market is having a bull run of their own.

And that's why scammers are also very quick on creating a lot of fake websites to trap and fall for this scheme. It will be a pity if someone fall for this and I do hope that one one will be a a casualty here.
Its right that due to altcoin market move scammers are planting their scam traps to make them fool who are relatively new in crypto world. Most concerning thing is that without experienced users only a few amount of people will be able to detect the difference between real domain and the phishing one. Even i am pretty much sure that without looking at the domain deeply anyone will find this (,) below the letter (l). During first visit visitors will take it as the official website and definitely they will start to run after fake community rewards.

This is why i usually suggest our community users to make a habit of using the bookmark feature of their browser which will help them to stay far from phishing or clone websites.

279  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Ingenious scammer @vareole on: December 04, 2020, 11:59:05 AM
Why did I decide to create this topic now? - I saw today how a person wrote a complaint against him in his topic, but he just deleted the messages and closed his topics, he always does this after he takes your money, and when you forget about it, he raises his topics up again.
Sorry to say that i am not seeing any evidences on your topic. Without proper evidences we can't take any actions from our side. Your story will not gonna make any difference here if the real victim doesn't make any response from his/her end. If you really think that "vareole" is doing fraudulent activity then gather proper evidences or contact the victim.

NEVER TRUST HIM, USE escrow for transactions with him, otherwise you will lose your money.
I feel sorry for the people who fell for his trick, soon this person will answer for his affairs.

before drawing conclusions, look at his reputation, give him -1 reputation so that people use escrow with him
Using escrow is always safer specially when you are taking service from a newbie.
