262  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Coinurl scam/Refusing to give me my Bitcoin on: September 08, 2014, 08:59:45 AM
Wow it's not even 5$, come on it's really small ammount so get 0.01 and withdraw then. This is useless report and is not even scam.
263  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] CannabisCoin [CANN][X11][Official][420] From the CannabisCoin Team on: September 08, 2014, 06:56:36 AM
from what i've read on teh thread, tokyopotato is just talking about stuff.
it is so easy to take offense when you're edgy, conversely it's easy to converse about delicate matters when you're relaxed

from my perspective there doesnt seem to be any inherent bias towards CCN over CANN.
or any obvious attempt at FUD

i hope there is further discussion between the two teams or devs, this doesnt seem a large hurdle to overcome.
while collaboration is not necessarily further useful,
co-operation and mutual respect is.

+1
Thank You, agreed.  As mentioned, Skype : cannabis.coin and ask for DeltaNine.  He is almost always available to talk about anything and encourages other Devs to call.

Edit: Woman here.  I work and post on behalf of team here in AZ.  I am always Edgy. Smiley  I am known as the voice in the tutorial.
Nice to see some other gender in my favourite coin's team.
Are you medical cannabis patient too?

hope stunna has something planned for the billionth bet Smiley

I hear he will give 100x what you wagered if it's bet #1,000,000,000

I could be wrong
That's bullshit...if someone wagered 5000 BTC then he will get 500 000 BTC ?
That isn't possible Wink

I would be cool if CANN had physical backup like dollars and shit, I mean instead of pile of gold bars, then a massive house full of weed, and then 1 gram = 1 cann, awesome shit  Cheesy
Did you read this topic? It is backuped by cannabis that's currently in growth stage.
Shocked

and dollar isn't backed by gold bars
Roll Eyes

Yep, since around 1960 i think, but from these names it seems that you are just spamming this tread with nonsense to get you post count/activity up.
Srsly gtfo.
267  Economy / Speculation / Re: Who else is waiting for the next buying opportunity ? on: September 07, 2014, 08:46:05 PM
I think if it goes sub $100 it would be a good time to buy.

If it goes under $100 I wouldn't buy at all.  Good to know there will be people to take my bag off my hands.

why not?
As if it would fall below 100 then it would seem as death of bitcoin to me.

I called Nick, the original Potcoin dev two weeks ago and we discussed this very issue.  The Potcoin team is well aware of the legal issues surrounding crypto and River Rock dispensary in Colorado is taking a very cautionary approach to accepting cryptocurrencies for Cannabis.  Once you start accepting crypto for Cannabis in a retail business, you are putting yourself under Federal jurisdiction as a money transmitter.

There are already tons of shops in America that accept crypto as payment.

http://www.bitcoinvalues.net/who-accepts-bitcoins-payment-companies-stores-take-bitcoins.html

Call me paranoid, but your posts are sounding a little bit negative toward cannabiscoin lately.

Am I wrong here?

I agree, it will be the exact same thing as bitcoin. So this should be the same way for Cann. Why would cann be a money transmitter when bitcoin is not, unless your taking about the exchanges that have fiat to btc. I really dont see a problem here.
It seems like bullshit to me also, why did you take such negative approach towards cann suddenly and admiting how potcoin is aware of that problem but cann developers not?

Is there any exchange for this yet?
272  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] CannabisCoin [CANN][X11][Official][420] Developments & Discussions. on: September 07, 2014, 05:47:47 PM
i repeat it the last time because i'm tired:

i called the fucking herbal wellness center inc in phoenix, i asked them if they will accept cannabiscoin as a form of payment and they said: "YES."

YES YES YES YES YES, IT'S ALL TRUE PERIOD
Did you explain them what it is? Did they say yes and then you did hang or what?
E-mail this to devs with contact info and details and they could ask if it's truth.

i don't understand what you're saying, why i have to email devs for this? herbal wellness is the pharmacy that you can see in the OP pictures, i just called them friday to ask if it's all true and they said that they will accept cannabiscoin as a form of payment very soon
Oh i thought that you're telling us that you've found new bussniess that could accept CANN, not that you checked if developers aren't lying lol.
Nvm my post then.

I'm probably going to end this campaign after this term as dealing with this has become a full time headache.

Thanks

Please, don't apply a permanent solution for a temporary problem (that regards a few annoying users)
My opinion exactly, these problematic users could be removed as it's minority of them not majority.
I agree with this. Signature campaign is more effective than forum advertising since they can get more impressions at a lower cost. However, I see that Stunna may be quite busy with the website itself so he can ask someone else to manage it.

That would be the best possible route, however Stunna may decide that signature advertising is just not worth all the hassle and money (for his site). Additionally, people above want the signature campaign to continue for their own personal benefit (most if not all of you don't care if the site is getting more traffic due to your posts, which is the problem that comes with paid signature advertising)
Or he just hopes that everybody will start using the refferal links after he will end this campaign, i personally think that i won't.
275  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Hidden wiki retailers on: September 07, 2014, 12:46:54 PM
Thanks for your help guys.

I don't use reddit but had a look at they have reviewed some of the retailers that I was looking at.

I was hoping that there would something like that here (being a bitcoin forum and all). Nevertheless, appreciate your pointers.
Well, we aren't sure if you've been talking about illegal marketplaces or about what. But it seems that you've found what you needed.
276  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Can we change the transaction fee? on: September 07, 2014, 12:44:47 PM
Yes we can, that's not the problem, the problem is getting bitcoin to that price. Theoretically cant happen ..
Theoreticaly it can...who thought it could reach 1k$ someday when it was worth 1 cent?

Its cool man. Market determines prices not hopes dreams thoughts or magical wishes. Regardless of who rubs the lamp.
Im a professional trader. Greed blinds people I've seen it a million times.
Real profits over phantom profits for me.
Everyone to their own.
Well i've been able to buy only 20k as i'm currently in really tought life situation and i've lost my job that had really low salary anyway.
So i hope that we could skyrocket and that it could help me and my gf move to our own flat...
That's why i'm bitching so mutch. And yep i've seen greed blind people alot of times too.

If you are in for fast profit you shouldn't invest in cann.

No, I believe in this coin and holding some. But there is still a high risk and it will take some time before price go up. Better go daytrading and get small profits on coins like ETHAN or HAL.
I'm not in for fast profit even thought i'm hoping i could get some profit in month or two but i'll def. not sell everything, max 1/2 of my holdings if i'll need fiat.
I've only described the situation why i get angry quite easy lately.
Also i'm not into daytrading.

i almost watch all new coins , this coin is months old and new for me , mining it and going to buy some , i am from holland and a daily smoker and my wife is crazy of this coin , me too
Maybe you could work with some local coffee shops and offer them accepting CANN? Tongue
