261  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you think gambling every day is better? on: April 19, 2024, 09:43:36 AM

I think if you are new, then it is necessary to play almost every single day so you may get familiarized with the online platform, the rules, and the support. You may also get to develop mastery to specific games and bonuses. In this stage its very exciting. But overtime, it will get boring and you will learn that you don't need to play every day and you need to rest on days you are losing. So overtime you minimize your exposure. However there's risk to most people because instead of developing strategy, they may get addiction instead. So always play responsibly.

Do you really feel you have to play gamble everyday as a newbie to get to understand it or to master the game? No I don't think so. You can gamble but not everyday being an active participant or player is not a guarantee that you are mastering anything, in fact if you are playing and losing then it means you are not mastering anything.  So while you make out time to play, you can also study and research on the game. It is not only about frequent playing that makes a player and better one, frequent gambling is a sign of addiction.
262  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Geopolitical Tension and its effects on Gambling on: April 19, 2024, 08:56:54 AM

it just depends on where you are in this conflict. are Israel people gamblers?

if they are then they really have to stop gambling and just stay in their bunkers. they will just be playing poker offline in the bunker-turned-casino.
Gamblers have no hand in the conflict but it will definitely ruined the most promising plans for people and the government saying absolutely nothing about them. Israel and Iran at war and this will affects both countries economy, inflation will come in surface. We should calmly focused on the activities that generates huge sums for us and also be able to enact laws that will bring in profits. Chaos will also hinder people from engaging in their daily routine.

I don't think Israel and Iran are yet in the war at the moment, they are still issuing out warning with some reprisal attacks. However, businesses including casinos both online and offline will be affected because there will be low turn out as people will seek for safety first before pleasure.

It's always been one of the top casino that will function in such circumstances.

No. No casino will be spared if there happens to be war within the area that it is located and because the internet facilities in the area may likely be destroyed so it will affect all the internet or digital businesses in the area because of no access.
263  Economy / Gambling / Re: Is it possible for Liverpool to qualify today? on: April 18, 2024, 09:34:43 PM
The game is at it 64 minutes and Liverpool is leading with 1 goal to nothing from the Atlanta this should be call a revenge time and if Liverpool could manage to secured the winning by adding an extra goal even if it not up to the 3 goals that the opposition won them in the first leg of the tournament, but all the same let see what the magic that Liverpool will perform in sustaining the current winning till the end of the match, since they are highly in control of the ball possession but finding it hard to record multiple goal's despite the many opportunities that come along during the entire played time.

Well unfortunately for some people and fortunately for some, the match has ended by just the one goal that was scored by Salah in 7 minutes of the game. The early goal gave hope to team followers that Liverpool would get the three goals back to equal the aggregate but it didn't happen as the match unfortunately ended that way. Liverpool couldn't utilize the chances they had and that gave Atlanta the aggregate of 3:1.

The case of Amir Hussain Lone I think is not about luck, I believe there is destiny in his situation after he had an accident that got him armless but he found a way to follow his passion and he was determined to continue and learned how to support the cricket stick to his neck. It was an unfortunate situation that he turned into a fortune and popularity for himself, a lesson for people who feel discouraged at certain point in life. Yes nothing is impossible if one believe in it.
265  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is gambling to you, a fanfare or potential financial havoc? on: April 18, 2024, 04:54:53 PM
Gambling could be both a trap and for fun the only downside is that we fall for it seriously and that is where greed come in that might also lead us being broke. One thing is that we keep on doing this over and over again in the hope of winning huge amount of money which for me drives away the essense of playing it just for fun.

Doing it over and over is the reason that gambling is addictive because you will hardly see a newbie who would play and lose the first time without trying the second time and when you try the third, you are now obviously leaving out the perceived fun to chasing to recover your loses. Being addictive starts from newbies and they mature into the system of gambling and chasing back profit. That is the downside actually because you keep going back to what breaks you  Grin

I have a soft spot for premiership clubs. I could remember Liverpool performing wonders against Inter Milan in one of the champions league final during the reign of Steven Gerrard and Clarence Seedorf , the facinating match that saw Liverpool coming from behind to equal at 3:3 on FT and later winning on penalty with 3:2. So today, who will be the Steven Gerrard of Liverpool that will get them out of this dilemma. All that Atlanta needs is to cancel them out to a goal and they will struggle harder. Anyway, it is football, we see how it goes .
267  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Ever Projected how to spend gambling profits while the game has not played yet? on: April 18, 2024, 02:00:24 PM

It was actually from a game he booked against the weekend that had him that morale to had projected this weekend hangout amongst us and it was not that he had secured the money to be assured.

This is not strange to me. In fact I know of a story where the hopeful gambler took his friends to a drinking joint to merry and watch the last game to his bet, the game that he perceived as sure bet but alas! the game didn't favour him while the cash out that he was encouraged by his friends to pick up had disappeared. Thus he was painfully left with the bill of close to $22 to pay, if not for his understanding friends that rally round to contribute and support him to clear the bill. So such happens when you have high hope and confidence in your bet. It shows no prediction is perfect because as far as football is concern, it is FT whistle that determines the outcome of the match.

As a matter of fact, he was nowhere to be found all through the weekend and could not even take his calls because he felt messed up of himself for the false promises.

You guys are quite lucky he didn't take you people to the hangout already while waiting for the cash out, otherwise you guys would have paid with your own money or washed the dishes there  Grin
268  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When you are not to gamble. on: April 18, 2024, 11:03:06 AM

Everything is correctly said by you. I also want to add that every player should always have additional hobbies in addition to gambling, so that gambling is not the most exciting activity for the player emotionally.
After all, if suddenly a player wants to give up gambling and, so to speak, stay out of the game, then there must be some kind of activity that he will switch to. It can be sports, parenting, extreme sports, or maybe even trading, because it is not gambling, and I think that this is also quite a promising activity.

But do you know that gambling is what it is and other games or hobbies are what they are. Gambling is quite different from hobby, some people gamble not because of the game they are gambling on is a hobby but because they want to make money from it except you don't believe much more gamblers are there for the money. So it is quite different that you have a hobby different from your gambling habit. Having a separate hobby is different to say having additional hobby because you want to avoid gambling at some point, some gambler can't resist gambling because they are doing that for the money.
269  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Bitcoin’s bull run coming to an end? on: April 18, 2024, 09:21:51 AM
The price fell by 3.78% today,Current price $61748.But it’s still a price I can’t afford

You didn't know it dropped to 60+ yesterday and that means it has appreciated today. Anyway, stop bothering yourself about price fluctuations because you are going to see more of it soon when the volatility increase because of halving.

Meanwhile, you don't need to buy 1 btc, all you need is some Satoshi to hodl while expecting the price increase to make your own profit. However, price is going to improve with time after halving.
270  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Ways to Appreciate Your Favorite Casino Beyond Playing on: April 18, 2024, 08:46:52 AM

As a satisfied customer what can you do to show your appreciation for the casino beyond just playing?

If a player is satisfied with the casino that he has been playing on, he would be glad to follow the casino handles and that means all followers he has also would see that he is down with the casino and they will freely ask questions from him or directions on how to sign up .

He would also by his own volition try to convince his friends to play with the casino, he goes extra mile to preach the package of the casino and bonuses. A gambler who wins steady with a casino and gets his withdrawal faster would always tell his friends about it and certainly those friends would want to join.
271  Economy / Economics / Re: The collapse of central banks...Inevitable? on: April 17, 2024, 06:41:01 PM
With central banks struggling to keep inflation under control, people are beginning to lose trust in the traditional financial system. Some politicians (eg: Javier Milei) even suggested to abolish central banks as they're the main cause of the world's economic problems.

Central banks are not the problem of the world's economy rather those politicians sitting at different chambers to make obnoxious laws for the economy are the culprit. Central banks are there to implement those policies coming out from those corrupt and selfish politicians whose interest is to protect their businesses at the mercy of the country. They hardly would allow a policy that will affect their businesses or interest pass the process of enactment. So they are the problem and central banks implement their problem. Usually, central banks are agent of executive and don't make laws but operate on the laws made by law makers who are politicians.

Another factor that is the problem or challenge is natural or artificial occurrence not planned for like natural disasters, pandemic, wars etc. So when these happen, it destabilizes the monetary policy of the financial institutions and policies not planned are carried out like printing of money which in itself is prone to inflation if not properly managed.
272  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which airdrops are you currently participating in? on: April 17, 2024, 04:29:48 PM
Not quite well that I know those list but there are few I heard like Notcoin, ice network, buffalo

We still have a few time before the halving takes place so we should do our best to participate in all possible airdrop events as much as we can

It is not necessary that you participate in all airdrops because some will never distribute and that will be a waste of time. You can pick some that you feel will be worth it and if you are lucky that they are and listed then you are lucky indeed but don't rely only on airdrop, if you miss some that you think are good project, you can buy them when they are listed.
273  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Double your money and quite on: April 17, 2024, 02:16:59 PM

What do you think of this method?

This is the best way to accumulate profit but difficult to keep. A gambler who is able to have control of his emotion can check in and out of winning and losing which is proper to stabilize the gains. Most loses in gambling are because of not having strong control of emotions.

Give us one of your winning strategies, of course if that is possible.

You can't be wrong with gambling according to what you can bear to lose and doing that gives you the balance of thought that you need to properly analyze your games or bet. It is simple, don't increase your staking power beyond your limit and become greedy to win jackpot.
274  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin halving, historical price surges to follow? on: April 17, 2024, 11:27:25 AM
Guys have you been tracking these Bitcoin halving cycles? It's wild how they've consistently led to massive price surges in the past.

Your trace of history is apt and that has been proven over the years that the surge of price is usually higher after a halving to reach another ATH. So for the reward for mining Bitcoin to be reduced, definitely it will cause increase in the price of bitcoin.

Altcoins will follow Bitcoin if history repeats.

I think this season will be a big pay back to altcoins hodlers too. Last season of halving in 2020, it wasn't that much of a rally for altcoins but with the expected increase to the price of bitcoin when the bull starts, more hands that couldn't risk the high price of bitcoin will definitely fall back to altcoins including meme or shit coins making the crypto rally to be complete. So yes, this season is also likely to favour altcoins.
275  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Israel vs Iran - Will this limit the coming bull run? on: April 17, 2024, 10:03:05 AM
For me I don't think price will necessarily drop because of regional war. Russia and Ukraine have been on it going to two years yet bitcoin made a new ATH already. The worse that can happen is a dip just like it is happening already which is not new because it happened at the beginning of the fight between Russia and Ukraine but later price recovered. So at the moment, it will only cause slight panic and more coins will be sold at the halving but it will recover faster, this is the fourth halving so we should expect greater volatility.

Moreover, there was heavy bear speculation during COVID-19 in 2020 which is also halving year but it went higher against speculation. The 4th halving to 3.125 BTC is volatile unstoppable.
276  Economy / Economics / Re: Financial Advice for a young millionaire on: April 17, 2024, 09:16:24 AM

The boy is the only child of the widower and does not seem to be interested in the same line of business and even when he does, he requires more maturity to be able to manage the business such as graduating from the college, etc.

Maturity is the important thing here. So at such age he is probably not so clear with what he wants and how to go about it. There are different life's challenges that he is not use to and probably he would still be on the tetulage of his uncle and aunties and that makes whatever advise that would be given to be neither here nor there as he would be trusting on them and either they are already his trustees.

But if I would say depending on how mature he is, if he is more into crypto, he could buy portion of bitcoin for this season to run with the bull and taste himself on his capacity to invest then after he would cash out at the end of the bull.

I would advise leaving alot of money in the bank but to use some to invest in estate business. He can only go wrong with buying of land and properties if he went through wrong hand and get scammed all of his money. In other words, he should invest in land gradually in other not to be defrauded a whole sum of money , so as time goes on he can accumulate some more properties. The reason that he won't go wrong in buying of land is that such lands appreciate over time and then the lands become much more valued than when it was bought. In whole, he has to be careful and mature with time into another business area if he doesn't want to follow the line of business of his father. Wealth is created over time, you gradually build on your interest of business.
277  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online Gambling: Modern entertainment or highly addictive game? on: April 17, 2024, 08:15:44 AM

What is online gambling in your personal opinion? Are your feelings different from when you play traditional gambling? Does it affect your gambling habits when you play online? Please share your experiences here.

I think it is part of the beauty that has been made by the internet and digital growth. Online gambling is that freedom in gaming that sets a gambler in his privacy without any interference to his choice. So one important feature of online gambling is that the gambler has his privacy on how to live his gambling life and not bother about any third party intrusion into his life unlike in traditional offline gambling that you are gambling to the eyes of the world. However, the freedom granted by online gambling has its disadvantages and disadvantages but a gambler online should know how to balance it.
278  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: An interesting story and experience of a gambler on: April 16, 2024, 09:23:10 PM

Read the whole story in the shot I post below, you can also click the shot to view the original post on reddit, and as well read reddit users comments on the post..

The lesson to his story is just as we have known with gamblers who become greedy after good wins. He made more effort to win and he kept playing with high stake instead of taking a break and continue the next day. We also learnt that in between lock, you can lose part of your money or all depending on the appetite of risk taken and increasing your stake randomly is one factor that pulls gambler down.

However, I notice he is either a philanthropist or someone who likes to gift people. Nothing is bad on that but it has to come with moderation and you won't depend on gambling to be gifting people or making people to rely on you to give them some financial benefits, that is already an addiction in itself and dependent on winning which means he will pressure himself in his gambling and that isn't nice to be playing under pressure.
279  Local / Politics and society (Naija) / Re: Better CBN governor on: April 16, 2024, 04:18:16 PM

I am confused.

Don't be confused. However, me I no dey here to compare the two but we go know say politics na something wey be say interest is the key factor to where you go put your head. During the tail end of buhari administration, we no fit really explain wetin government want or do or try to achieve as aim and objective wey make Nigerians no understand and till today it is still political and difficult to really give explanation on wetin dey buhari mind or emefiele.

So now if you get the right things done by pushing out dollar wey you pack keep for house and paying up backlog of dollars then you go expect say Naira go dey appreciate. Moreover, when buhari comot, official rate na around 440 naira per dollar and BDS na around 750 to $.
280  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: Don't panic just hodl on: April 16, 2024, 10:47:29 AM

Even though at any chances the dip continues, it means you just got more lucky to buy the dip accumulating Bitcoin when there's decrease in prices. The reason most people do panic and endup making the wrong the decision, is because they have this habit of comparing bitcoin to other shitcoins they may have encountered, with the Idea that Bitcon may not recover from the dip like other shitcoins that experience dip without recovering back . Well the truth is that bitcoin ain't like those coin despite the dip bitcoin will always bounce back stronger.

The obvious fact be say when bitcoin dip, it will recover and pass even your previous buying price to get another ATH but the thing be say people dey fear say make the value wey dem get no run down. Like currently now some people don dey count loses say dem for sell at the time wey deir coins rise and their wallet look good. Usually investors like to see say price go just dey go up and not down but that is the tradition say price must go down and must come up. This week we go hit another halving and yes price fit begin run go down but definitely it must go up at a time this year later after the halving, so to hodl no be foolishness . If you want to sell you may be selling at a very ridiculous cheap price.
