2621  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Metromile plans to adopt Bitcoin on: May 07, 2021, 10:15:44 AM
^ I don’t think Metromile was the first one who adopted Bitcoin. Honestly, accepting Bitcoin as a form of payment method does not mean that they had adopted cryptocurrency. They just know that Bitcoin can easily be liquidated though it is somehow volatile. I would consider a company to adopt BTC if they have programs that BCT or Cryptocurrency is the reward such as publishing their own coins. But accepting it as a payment method does not count for me.
2622  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: buying bitcoin and the seeming impossibility of keeping anonymous on: May 07, 2021, 09:56:08 AM
~snip~
The final answer to this whole question of anonymity, especially as it concerns privacy concerns seems, that no matter what they will know or guess that you bought some of this privacy coin, but as a last resort if they came after you, you could say, oh sorry, I lost my private keys and lost the coins. What are your opinions on this?
^ Yes, I can tell. From the process where you liquidate it to cash, you had to provide either your bank account/payment and other wallets which has your name on it. So they can still trace you. The BTC being anonymous is not a thing of today anymore. KYC is exchanged markets are there as well. But I don’t think we should take this as negatively, it still helps us secure our assets anyway. Especially when it comes to frauds, you can always depend on yourself.
Nevertheless, unless you will choose a person to person transaction but it seems also risky from robbery.
2623  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Canelo Alvarez vs Billy Joe Saunders - May 8 on: May 07, 2021, 09:40:13 AM
^ It should be tomorrow right?
It seems like everyone here was able to see the match between Canelo and Yildirim. And we all know how good Canelo’s performance on that much. It was like a win-or-die situation for Canelo. That is why I would place my side with Canelo, basing it on how he fights, the strategy he has might outplay Saunders. It is just that, possibly Saunders would stay until the last round. They both have iron chins and I am expecting a scorecard here, I can tell.
2624  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Feel Pressed Something while Gambling on: May 07, 2021, 09:24:40 AM
^ Yeah, I can't control myself to laugh when I saw the shit fulling on the floor.
The true pressure is actually not with the gambler. It was with the people who would clean up his shits. I could not imagine the facial expression of the staff assigned to clean it. But honestly, I think I felt the same emotion and feeling the gambler has when this occurred. A situation in gambling where you feel so much eagerness to win and you are being pressured by your losses too bad you wanted to win it back at least. I could not feel my face when that happens. I see people but I don’t really mind or care about them. I am very much focused on gambling. Probably it was the same feeling he felt and wasn’t able to hold his shits.
2625  Other / Off-topic / Re: GOTCHA HAT aka Jake Paul! on: May 07, 2021, 09:02:01 AM
~snip~
How do you think this will effect the Logan Paul vs Floyd Mayweather fight?  Will Floyd be facing charges for threatening to kill Jake?  Is this the craziest thing you've ever seen at a press conference?
^ I think, there is a very least percentage that Floyd might have sent goons to Paul’s place. But I don’t think it was meant to hurt or kill Paul. It was meant to scare the ass of Pauls and show power. Floyd has everything and I am sure he has goon with payrolls from him. If you see Floyd, he always wanted to show how powerful he is. Bodyguards are not really that necessary but with the profile Floyd has, I think he is scared to be silenced by someone. I just wonder how many death threats Floyd is receiving every day.
2626  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency, now a fast rising trend! on: May 07, 2021, 08:42:45 AM
People are in FOMO and it was not a good idea. They are entering the market in hypes which is absolutely not the best time but that is their choice. I'll be expecting these people the first to step out once the market turns to bearish season.
yes it's there choice and perhaps they know how risk it's to enter late in the market, especially when there's a bumped of price already, but we should understand whats their decision because of course there's a big reason for it. i know  usually they're just want a quick profits from that trend, its very obvious actually because of being late comers.
^ I don’t think it is a good idea to invalidate the people who feel and enjoys their success even when it is just a small fraction. Bigger things start at small, we all know that. It is really irrational to compare the beginners and small-time holders to whales and rich people. They all have different phases and rich people started really small, as well and that is for sure. If the person only has $50 spare, then let him go in and earn from it. He does not need to wait until he gets fund and invest it. He has to start right away and learn from his mistake slowly and that would benefit him in the long term. I guess we all have the same approach anyway. It works for me and anybody else here.
2627  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is Elon Musk's goal with Dogecoin? on: May 06, 2021, 09:37:04 PM
Do you think he does it because he wants to make money? Do you think he speculates with Dogecoin?

I am wondering if he will keep tweeting about after the bull market is over.
^ I think Elon Musk has bigger plans compared to what he has publicly disclosed and also what we have known. Elon Musk is a very influential person. He can get to a board anytime he wants (90% of the time). Like who the hell would decline Elon Musk as a business partner? I think you now know where would my story goes. Elon Musk might be planning on joining a board or a team that would develop cryptocurrency. That is the reason why he is trying to promote it personally (though it is being shown naturally and no agendas).
2628  Economy / Economics / Re: Will the Australian economy get effected due to the current crisis with China? on: May 06, 2021, 09:24:22 PM
I’m sure each one here will be aware of the current economic crisis between Australia and China, and now things have gotten further out of hands as China has suspended all talks under under the China-Australia Strategic Economic Dialogue. It’s also pertinent to note that the meet under the Strategic Economic Dialogue hasn’t taken place since 2017, but it’s a big sign that China won’t hesitate to stop trading with Australia, so what do you’ll think of the current crisis between the two countries?.
^ If you have been to Australia during the past year, you would know how the economy of Australia is affected by its relationship with China. Even before, China is trying to reduce its trading rate with Australia. I heard that Australia has been trying to take advantage of China before. They accepted negotiation that is in favor of Australia before. But now that China is taking back its power, Australia is somehow egoistic to admit that China helped them a lot when it comes to trades.  On this one, I would agree for China to stop trading with Australia if the scenario I provided is true. Like who would want to be taken advantage of for becoming a good one?
2629  Economy / Economics / Re: The change in buying and selling in society is the effect of the internet on: May 06, 2021, 09:13:19 PM
The way things were done in the past have changed from what it is. In the area of buying and sell especially, you can stay in your house and do all your shopping all because of the availability of the internet. Before this time, the internet was majorly used for sending of email and other short and non elaborate internet activities but all that has changed to real marketing online.
This has changed the economic system in no small extent that people prefer not to go to the market physically but go stay back home and in there comfort do the buying and selling.

Is the internet making people lazy or what do you think?
^ I don’t think that the internet should be taken negatively as making people lazy because it is not.
I myself can guarantee that I will probably have been a drug addict or an unemployed parasite if I have not learned how to take advantage of the internet.
Internet is indeed changing the way of buying and selling. But it is actually a good one. Imagine there is a lot of people being employed because of that delivery platform? People can also protect themselves from being outdoors and be committed to an unwanted and unsafe crowd just to buy their stuff. So I don’t see any point in having the internet considered as negative.
2630  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto kings and queens: Who are they? on: May 06, 2021, 08:56:26 PM
~snip~
Thanks for reading and you are welcome to share your thoughts.
Who else would you like to point out?

Regards,
Karl from Bitcasino
^ Hi Karl let me explain my thought.
Satoshi Nakamoto is not the King of BTC or the entire cryptocurrency. He is the God of it as he was the one who founded, created, and established it. If not because of Satoshi Nakamoto, other altcoins and also exchange platforms will not be there. They were just lucky enough to jump in early and also trust the job of Satoshi Nakamoto. Nevertheless, the greatest and the most intelligent and talented one on the list is the CEO and Founder of Binance.
Because of him, Cryptocurrency is now becoming more and more accepted by the crowd. It was too impossible for a cryptocurrency company to be listed on a stock exchange. And that was a life-changing one.
2631  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Cryptos VS Apple on: May 06, 2021, 08:21:45 PM
Today i realize the current market capitalization of the cryptos passes the Apple market capitalization... This is crazy because Apple is the company with the biggest market capitalization, and to see the cryptos market bigger than apple just means that bitcoins and cryptos are a bigger company even if it's decentralized.

I know the current market capitalization can have a hard drop in the future, but right now is impressive to see it over $2T.
^ You know, market capitalization is not the thing you had to see for you to know if an asset or a company is doing well. There were a lot of incidences where companies and cryptocurrencies had big market caps but still lose and did not survive the game. Market capitalization most of the time is being held by the developers and early takers. If no one bought all those tokens/coins. It would be useless as hell. So, the only way to know if a company is winning is to see its entire asset price.
2632  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: An obvious rigging of Sports. on: May 06, 2021, 08:01:52 PM
^ It seems like someone just pointed a gun and threaten the teams who are involved. Not really sure who were they in favor of. But it is really obvious that they are playing the game wrong. They are trying to manipulate who would win. This is what I hate with not so much organized league. They work too dirty. It was a very obvious one. If I were the one who asked them to do it and that is the result? I would cut them out of their careers and throw them in the dirtiest jobs in the world. Nevertheless, this is just my own opinion.
2633  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Josh Taylor vs Jose Ramirez - May 22 on: May 05, 2021, 08:33:10 AM
^ If in case that 12 rounds have been done on this match, Josh Taylor might also be done. Ramirez is too strong and has very good stamina. Meaning to say that, his chin is too much for Josh Taylor, Ramirez could get better scores as well compared to Josh Taylor. This match will be in favor of Ramirez’s side. Good luck with the other side then. Experience and being wise, Ramirez also has the best experience. Being held by Rick Miridian? That’s a no-no for Josh Taylor. Nevertheless, any of you have been to which bookies are good to gamble.
2634  Other / Off-topic / Re: Slapping Tournament on: May 05, 2021, 07:03:12 AM
I was watching my favorite streamer MoistCr1tikal doing a side commentary on a Slapping Tournament, and what caught my eye was that it was sponsored by Totalbet, which means that it is a viable betting although I find it easy to bet if you have prior knowledge about who slaps the hardest. Are there any betting site that has this for betting?
^ This sport is very amusing to watch. It is just that, the risk is always there.  I was watching it on Facebook. This is becoming very famous now. But I don’t think this would grow to a large-scale sport that will be considered by the sports bookmaker. If you were able to watch the fights, the Russian guy is actually nailing it. Being slapped 30times in a row, I could not imagine the pain in that. But you will see how much impact he makes every time it is his turn, their skull could collapse with the strength and becoming strongly knocked out.
2635  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: UFC Takes the Fight to NFTs, Reportedly Plans Its Own Cryptoasset on: May 05, 2021, 06:53:07 AM
^ I still remember the day when Wonder Woman’s NFT has been sold for a very good price. It was really a closed sale as I never believed it to be done before it happened. NFT will become successful if associated with Sports leagues. Why? Fans are international, people have groups, teams, and sides they support. NFT or crypto assets would become a thing I can tell. UFC would have a very good decision if this will push through. They have a lot of fans who would die-hard to collect the NFTs UFC would give.
2636  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Dubai's Government and Gambling on: May 05, 2021, 06:28:37 AM
^ There is no official news about Dubai giving licenses in the first place but in case, I will never believe it. Why? Gambling is not just something their government has to consider. It is also prohibited to gamble in Muslim. Which we all know, 90% of people in Dubai are Muslims. Muslims are naturally strict especially with vices like this, this won’t be tolerated. Dubai citizens can actually gamble if they want, as long as they go offshore. But I don’t think they would. Also, the gambling business in UAE will never become successful, the founder can only get hate and fewer customers/players.
2637  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casimero vs Rigondeaux this August 14, 2021 on: May 05, 2021, 05:54:51 AM

~snip~
Casimero record :
https://boxrec.com/en/proboxer/421916 (30 wins - 4 loses)

Rigondeaux record :
https://boxrec.com/en/proboxer/492989 (20 wins - 1 loss)
^ Record shows that Casimero has more fights and more wins and it would probably he will be the possible winner in this match.
If you will look into their personal stats, Rigondeaux has more inactive days than his opponent which means probably he did not have active into boxing activity. And also age it seems he is also older than Casimero, at age of 40 will probably a good sign to stop your boxing career. However, this is only my personal opinion. I will go in Casimero here, it seems he will be got high odds.

high odds because hes the underdog 😁
casimero is no match to him. he will not last a round against this guy. did you see what he did to donaire?
rigondeaux stopped fighting for awhile but it doesnt mean he forgets his boxing skills and he is too big for casimero.
^ Is that true?
Long-term practice is always to the advantage of all boxers. As far as I know, most Filipino have been given enough time to train, during the past year most of them around 90% of the Filipino boxers win because of their perseverance. In this match, I would give my coin to Casimero, not just because of his fighting style, also at his age. From another perspective, Casimer also has more experience than Guillermo. In the fights, he had been tougher than Guillermo as well. I don’t really think these are not enough bases for Casimero to win here.
2638  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Manga Betting on: May 05, 2021, 05:42:34 AM
I was reading Kengan Omega and Records of Ragnarok and I think that it can be used for potential betting because the story is ongoing and it is a fight which means that we can put our bets on who wins or whether the round is a draw. RoR has a predetermined roster though so you can only bet on who wins the match and no in-between since it is a fight to the death. Does anyone think that it can be a good idea to bet on the fights that only the writers know who will win?

Edit: I didn't mean a large scale betting it is more of an informal, like how you do a bet with your friends and nothing more than that.
^ Just because this could be a cooking show if in case! You would only take advantage of you have a deep connection with the writer. Also, betting on manga will never work as gambling has to be fast-paced most of the time. Gamblers are playing because they do not want to wait. They want results asap. So I think it would be better to place bets in eSports science compared to this. Informal betting would not be the best idea here, as the possible community might be too small. So I would suggest if you may find a better idea, let us see and talk about it.

P.S >> I have already selected several gambling websites for my next reviews (the ones that are popular here, on bitcointalk), but if you want me to test out and write a review of any particular casino or sportsbook, then make your suggestions here.
^ Here is the list of all gambling sites that very common here in forums and doing some business, it will probably nice if you will pick and one and make an honest review. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5333602.0. There are too many review sites here that will easily find a good gambling site but this is what you offered is most likely unique. Based on a personal experience review will probably good if you did not have put a biased point of view. Nevertheless, I really like your blog post there, it seems the most common question from different gamblers.
