There is also one nice edit that could be put up to the same :

First case : Government creating FUD like ban and all other stuff and people panic sold their coins  Angry

Second case: Government holding btc by investing at the dips themselves and later on enjoy the profit Grin

Will take some time to edit the same.

However, even with that being so possible, I believe that message itself is looking mighty fake, not because it is impossible for roobet database to be cracked, it could be cracked one day, it is because dude didn't give a single example of it.
He was just showing off and now as member's have asked to show some real proofs he is not replying to the conversation at all so it's better we also focus on regular discussion about the Roobet casino and events that we usually do.
2624  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: [Merits] Hodling merit is not the right way. on: December 02, 2021, 07:19:59 AM
As we know only way to have more merits is to give it away.
The merit system don't work this way as you could have more and more merits by making good posts here and it's on you whether you send merit or not but who said if you send more you will gain more? But it's opposite you can send more if you gain more. That is pretty simple.

To motivate new members we have to concentrate more on newbies to member's.[/size]
The newbies and all members need to make their personal efforts to rank up on the forum and contribute on their part and rest they will gain merits if they make up some worthy posts from high rank members.

From Newbie's to Member's those who are seeking merits can share their Profile's here.
This is not merit giveaway thread as we have some more as indicated by @CharlesTim so why will members share their profile here? Members who have smerits can open up a thread to help the newbies and low rank members in the way they like but you don't have any so what's the benefit of sharing profiles here?

Our request is to all Merit Sources and all respected Members, Kindly share your merits and support each other.[/b]
The merit sources and all other members are doing the good work and giving away merits to members making effective contribution on the forum and you can have a look at the same here:

[TOP-200] The most generous users giving merits

You have also gained 3 merits but you have not given to anyone on the forum contrary to what you have mentioned in title of the thread so what are you going to explain to all other members here. You are making this thread with the hope of earning merit but this won't help you mate so start making good posts which will help you more.
2625  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: School Students learning bitcoin basics in Slovakia.. on: December 02, 2021, 07:02:53 AM
Great job to the one who created this book as well as to the ones who made it possible for this book to be admitted to schools. I haven't really taken a look at what's inside but it appears to me specifically tailored fit for young children. It appears colorful and attractive to a young kid.

How I wish my country's school would also start educating young brains about the rise of the good money. My country's educational system is archaic and is killing children's curiosity and innovation more than stoking their fire.
Not only your country but most of the Schools around the globe are pushing more pressure on other area of interest and completely putting the pressure on children's for the same killing their co-circular activities skills. They need to introduce some valuable courses that could help them in real life rather than focusing on same traditional subjects being taught form ages.I am not saying it's wrong but giving them knowledge about bitcoin is fantastic and this book is about just fundamentals and that's all way more simple than what they are telling at schools with those heavy set of books.

See i don't know whether they have done it to publicly show and were not actually teaching it but still they have given pretty much attention to the subject that Bitcoin is not a bad thing as many governments have illustrated it and making small kids familiar with it is going to improve their future if they know about true monetary aspect of life.Even if we say it was advertising stunt there is benefit association with it as more and more people come to know about these books which people could buy from Amazon for their kids and btc will be in demand again.

For those who ask whether government know about the same or not i would say that Slovakia government has not recognized it as legal and have no regulations but still you can trade with your own consent and risk like in some countries and doing the same is not an offence.

no-coiners spotted... Shocked Grin
All I see is OPSEC.

Last week I saw a dirty car, instead of "WASH ME", someone wrote "BUY BTC" on it Cheesy
People putting up anti bitcoin banners and doing campaign in El Salvador won't stop the progress of Bitcoin and i don't understand the ideology of these people like at first they claim the government is not making good decisions and the economy is not developing and for all these years they were living under USD dominance and when they got a chance to have a good and financial freedom they are coming up with all this bullshit.

They are diverted by some misconceptions that traditional way of investment is better and they are actually the one's who have not made any research about gold and fiat depreciation and still thinks inflation won't haunt them. But yeah we have seen protest for everything and later on they all use that technology and praise it.

But for no coiners and anti bitcoin people:

Bitcoin is life  Wink
2627  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Growing Bitcoin demand among people.... on: December 01, 2021, 11:38:45 AM
Thank you for sharing this information. I really and many people who gives Bitcoin a chance and they just tried to do it and use it as an actual currency.

I wasn't aware that the band OneRepublic has tried to accept bitcoin as payments that's so cool to see it in the music industry. I know that some artists are looking into NFTs and that's just the beginning for sure.
I also came to know about all these famous names although many people might not be familiar with some or all of them mentioned in this list but for music lovers and sports person they are somehow known and when i came to know that they are demanding bitcoin it was surprising for me and happy to see adoption at such scale where they are preferring btc payment over the traditional inflationary fiat that has been the main source of income for them. But now they want profits with what they are earning and smart investors choose bitcoin as the option because of security, returns over long run, complete decentralization of funds and deflationary nature to counter the inflation.

Talented artists have the idea that they won't remain in the music mainstream for long. A time will come, up and coming talented musicians will hijack the industry from them. So, now is the best time to invest their income. Learning from their predecessors that spent their wealth lavishly on expensive cars and chain necklaces which led a lot of them in-debts. Some faced tax invasion case in court which ruined their career the more.
It's true that at some point of time they will have to leave this profession like of playing as there are age restricting factors and one NFL star OKung has already retired from the club what i think and has demanded that his rest salary to be paid in bitcoin.

Saving at an early stage is crucial because if you start saving at old age you are then leaving it for your coming generations but not enjoying your life at the same time. They all are having good life because they earn so much at the current time also and even inflation won't hit them hard in coming time as they have so much with them but still they want to have secured future with btc as holding them for long will provide them profits even if they leave the work.So the demand is more you see.

The adoption curve is taking boost and it is having some mountain drifts as everyone wants it but the supply is limited to 21 million only.
2628  Other / Meta / Re: Bitcointalk Youtube channel - what would you like to see? on: December 01, 2021, 09:12:35 AM

And I can safely say that I've just finished the PT-PT version of the subtitles (just in time to prevent my promise to being broken  Roll Eyes). I won't post them here since I'll have to constantly edit the link (again, don't want have them endlessly on the internet) but I'll send Cyrus the links where he can grab both versions. Looking forward for the video  Wink
That's fantastic work done by you and sure you should send it directly to Cyrus and he can then have a look at it and integrate them or embed them in the video for the viewers to have an ease who understands PT-PT subtitles.

Now waiting for the video as next Friday is just two days ahead and hope black Friday shopping was successful and first video to be rolled soon Cheesy

So again posting one of the nice record for user RickDeckard as he is contributing great to the forum and have gained quite good merits within few time :

I have actually posted for him because it's good to see members ranking up and gaining merits with quality posting and efforts and his activity is less than half of his merit count at this time which is impressive for me so his record deserve place here.

2631  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / School Students learning bitcoin basics in Slovakia.. on: November 30, 2021, 01:37:15 PM
Most of us here are aware about the term Bitcoin but how many have told their children about the same? I have came across some threads in which members have hinted that they are setting up wallets for their kids and even kids mining some coins for huge profits at an early age.But they all have learned it through some source and it's good to teach the children about bitcoin even not too technically but some kind of methods like book reading which could benefit them more in future.

I was just wandering across the twitter when i saw @realbitcoinmagzine post in which they have shared an image of children learning about the basic of Bitcoin in one of the School in Slovakia and just shared it in WO thread also and here is the reference from the same:

That's really awesome Smiley

See we don't need to over burden the students and children at an early age by making them learn or forcing them to study about the technical aspects of Bitcoin but this time is best when you can grab more out of your mind and if you are aware about bitcoin at this age you could save yourself from future problems and reading about them is best. This school deserve my respect.

The book they are reading is this one :

It's available on Amazon easily in different formats.

Slovakia is country in Central Europe and have an estimated population of 5.4 million only and it's the best tourist place for castle lovers and what is Slovakia is best known for as it has more than 180+ castles and 425 chateaux. If this small country can take this big step why can't we? We also need to educate our children and make them familiar with bitcoin but in an interesting way as many like technology these days if all not and to educate them so they know about true financial freedom. This is the change what we all were wanting and btc has come a long way to this.Happy to see this school making bolf move.

I would say that staking RLB would be a great situation if you are already a gambler here and want to gamble more and you want to get something back. However if you are not risking too much here, or if you are not even here and only consider it based on this? Then I would say it is not really a great idea to start.

Just let the people who wager a lot of money already end up wagering, that would be a lot better for everyone involved. What we should possibly look out for here is that sometimes people get lucky, luckier than usual and that means you could wager only a bit and could get luckier than usual and then regamble with that money to get ahead of everyone else, without risking your own money.
If you are gambling then you are already at full risk of losing whatever the amount you have bet upon so we should not be afraid of trying some other thing as well which could give some profit back also from them like staking RLB tokens. You need to have some experience of these things as gambler which is best practice rather than sticking to your limited gambling play. But at last everyone has their own way of gambling.

2635  Other / Meta / Re: how improve rank?? on: November 30, 2021, 08:12:38 AM
I haven't looked at your posts, but just from what you wrote here my guess is that you're just an average rank-seeking, bounty-hunting shitposter who's just here to earn money.  Am I way off base there or what?

No, you really hit the spot. More than 90% of his posts are zero-value bounty-hunting shitposts, just as you guessed.

https://ninjastic.space/user/id/3383397

@Lonypink9, with such an approach you will never improve you rank here.

Yeah I have also gone through his 9 pages of post history to find if there are any quality post that deserve at least one merit that could rank him upto junior member but as expected most of them are bounty report submission and rest are 1-2 lines of post in altcoin section only.So he has not made some good efforts on his part that could help him in ranking up on forum.

@OP the best is first to learn about Bitcoin and all other knowledgeable stuff so that you could share something good with members and make post that are up to the mark and most important is exchange of knowledge among members. The other members have given you enough suggestions which you can apply into your posting style and you will notice merit coming your way.

Is it right to classify Bitcoin Discussion board as a spam-infested board?
Few time back bitcoin discussion section was having good conversations and some really interesting topics were shared and member created useful threads but after that many members start posting irrelevant threads and you could yourself check that so many useless threads are made in that section out of which many shares false information and then members in that particular thread are doing spam positing and @Pharmacist has told due to this he has put that board on ignore. It is hard to find good Post there but if you do some efforts you could find them.
2636  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Growing Bitcoin demand among people.... on: November 30, 2021, 07:27:38 AM
General population will be the last to accept Bitcoin and they are just following the heard mentality, but smart people can see that fiat inflation is growing and leading towards hyperinflation.
Smart people and sportsman you listed above are thinking with their head, and they are just trying to avoid losing their wealth by investing in Bitcoin.
Alternative option for this is to trust your government and professional liars called politicians, and than let's see how far both ways go in few years.
People that are not seeing bitcoin as futuristic growth option and are completely relying on the so called political parties and enjoying their life wasting them on useless expenses is going to regret later on.How come they not see that what is causing inflation? And what the hell the leaders are doing to make some changes towards the economic conditions of the country? They are coming up with new ways to tax common people and printing more notes only to reduce the fiscal deficit but in a reality they are devaluating their native currency and creating hyperinflation situations only.

The world now required investment to some safe asset like bitcoin which is deflationary and can protect them but as you said general public is so much convinced and trapped in social barriers that have put curtains of fiat against btc and when the play will be over they will regret again not having btc.
2637  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: November 30, 2021, 04:29:08 AM

Microstrategy with 121,044BTC

El Salvador with 1221 BTC

Two bitcoin optimist spending billions to accumulate more and more bitcoin and gain profits.Even if we were at above $60k they already would have bought at average cost for all of them less than $60k.

See how Saylor has managed to accumulate 121,044 btc at an average price of $58k with over $3 billion only and when prices were low also Tesla spend $1.5 billion to aquire 42,000 bitcoins which double their investment after that. This is all game of investment and people keep buying the dip.

You will only hear normal people panic sold in dips whereas wealthy are busy in tweeting buying the dips.Just recently i made a post in which many more known people who are ready to accept btc have been mentioned.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5373786.msg58566634#msg58566634

You would see how the demand is growing and supply is limited. The PlanB analysis of $98k by the year end might be sounding vague for us now but believe me anything could happen here within a week like the last new ATH and even if not by the year end we stillwater have many chances of it next year also if you Hold it.
2638  Economy / Economics / Re: Is this a clear sign of high inflation? on: November 29, 2021, 12:48:57 PM
Actually there are different metrics to measure inflation and it is surrounding us in every aspect of our life and sometimes we are just ignorant enough not to notice it.What you said is right that most of the time we are measuring inflation with rise in food items, gas prices and all that basic stuff but are not worrying about the big problems or that doesn't comes under our perspective easily.

The root cause of this inflation is dollar and fiat devaluing over time as most or say the trade is carried out in it and suppose you even earn $100 as profits from the stock and you keep that in your pocket will it still be worth $100 a year later also even though it is very near? The simple answer is NO because government has found a new game that is who will print more notes and sink their economic boats first.

Have you noticed about something called shrink inflation ever? It is paying same price for a product over some years but the company plays smart by reducing the quantity and packaging techniques we didn't notice them most of time. There are lot of things which we can take as inflation example like you have taken of stocks and S&P 500 but majority is busy at this time watching government decide their fate which is not gonna end up smoothly.

This is where btc enter the market and those who invest are the wise one's.The inflation chain is going to be more strong and you need something more strong to cut it and that's deflationary BTC

2639  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Merit is required? on: November 29, 2021, 12:35:42 PM
Im new in the forum as you mays ee from the left under my profile name but still i can give you answer. In my opinion "merit" is like a gift that someone gives you when he finds the information you provided useful for himself! So if you want to accuire merits make sure you put quality information in the forum and you wont notice when they start hetting higher and higher.
thank you for your attention .
See i know you are new on the forum but first of all be familiar with all the rules and regulations of the forum in case to avoid any violation of the rules:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=703657.0

You have bumped the thread which is some months old and it's not a good practice at all.

Second work on your English and posting styles as there are lot of improvements needed if you are not native English speaker but this board requires posting in proper format on our end

Third you said merit is a gift but in actually I don't think so of it as gift but it is a reward for your effective posting and healthy contributions to the forum which includes Sharing and exchanging of knowledge and promoting good conversations whether technical or not on whichever board you want.No member is giving away merits gift to shitposter if you understand what i mean so take this into consideration.Merits are given based on your posts and what you deserve not merely as gift.

Rest keep learning and make the posts with following rules.
2640  Other / Beginners & Help / Growing Bitcoin demand among people.... on: November 29, 2021, 10:03:08 AM
Bitcoin is not a new term to most of the investors or general public in whole and it's all over the news due to increase in prices, major companies making move to accept it as mode of payment or investing huge sums of money into it like Tesla with approximately 42k bitcoins and Microstrategy with 110k bitcoins in the balance sheet. We all know how much importance and recognition it has gained with time in the period of 13 years

There was time when many did not embrace it or didn't like to invest as government and media have potryed it in negative sense like it is used by criminals and all other illicit works are carried out by it.But with time when people came to know about the true use case of bitcoin and prices were increasing due to demand many people become interested in buying and investing in bitcoin. We heard many are accepting btc payments and recently El Salvador accepted it as legal tender which was turning point of btc.But now there are so many people who wants to accept it and here are some of the famous people joining the btc club.

Here i am listing some people, band, club, players accepting btc this year.

1) US Senate candidate Katie Britt announced her campaign is now accepting btc donations through Bitpay app.She is accepting btc donations for election campaign and she has updated the page with that also and you could find out it here:

Quote
Britt is running for the Republican Party, which is the historically strongest party in Alabama. For example, in 2020 the Republican candidate for Senate in Alabama won with 60% of the vote, compared to 40% for the Democratic candidate.

2) OneRepublic has signed a deal to accept bitcoin payment for the next show and they have become first major US artist to do so.

Quote
OneRepublic is an American pop rock band formed in Colorado Springs, Colorado,[5] in 2002. It consists of lead vocalist and multi-instrumentalist Ryan Tedder, guitarists Zach Filkins and Drew Brown, bassist and cellist Brent Kutzle, drummer Eddie Fisher and keyboardist Brian Willett.

3) The latest NFL star Odell Beckham Junior announced that he will take his 100% salary in Bitcoin through a partnership with Strike app and according to his salary he could make $4.5 million in one year.He has signed deal with Los Angeles Rams and here is his contract according to reports:

Quote
Beckham's contract is a one-year deal that contains a $750,000 base salary and a $500,000 signing bonus, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. The full value in which his contract can total includes $4.25 million with $3 million of the deal being incentives

5) Another NFL star Russel Okung is also accepting Bitcoin and has demanded to be paid in Bitcoin for his pending salary. He has also converted his half salary of $13 million into Bitcoin.

6) Aaron Rodgers is the next on the list to take some portion of his salary into bitcoin. He has also tweeted about the same and also giving away $1 million in bitcoin to his fans while in partnership with cash app.

7) Rapper Meek Mill has also recently announced that he is getting his next record deal paid in Bitcoin

Quote

There are many more to the list which i have not listed yet but it's just a sign to show you all how the Bitcoin has moved from it's the worst to it's the best crypto and now all want it.The list is long and will continue the same way but at much faster pace.

The world is eagerly accepting Bitcoin due to it's usages, security and deflationary nature and we all know the supply cannot be increased and it's of 21 million only and that's why everyone wants to be part of it and this is clear sign of rising adoption curve. If you know you know it. Wink
