Where is the maximum of TB for the plots? I could still generate more plots but from when it is no longer worthwhile? My Setup, the last plots are done on Sunday. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) 690 0 2695000 690 2695000 2695000 36 5390000 140000 930 5530000 3630000 1800 9160000 7000000 105 16160000 410000 750 16570000 2920000 775 19490000 3020000 790 22510000 3080000 2700 25590000 10500000 800 36090000 3120000 900 39210000 3510000 900 42720000 3510000 1800 46230000 7000000 36 53230000 1400000 900 54630000 3500000 if you have more space, make more plots! I think that's what you are asking right? It's always beneficial to have more plots!

i also accept latium (the site is in my signature). the price is 0 lat for llisting! which means its free for all!
If you accept LAT on your site then it can't be free... ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif) Do you know what I mean?... By accepting LAT as payment means you have to charge a price (in LAT) for a service or product. Free is just...Free. ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) Thanks for the free stuff tho ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) You can have this, for free, plus 50 LAT. lol.

So 1TB drive, 24 hours, new settings, still no blocks found. I'm about to give up and FUD this coin!
You can't have 1 TB worth of plots in 24 hours. Unless you have some magic way of creating them. It takes time but the blocks do come. They are getting much much harder to find but it can still be done. you don't need a magic way. i create 2gb plots within a minute so 24h are quite long for 1 tb. you only have to use many machines to calc them ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) Haha funny man... You're funny, funny man.

Just made successful .04 for 10k trade with familiaverde! He is trustworthy, we didn't use escrow, did make two payments to minimize risk, but all-in-all it was a great and simple transaction. He is trustworthy to trade with! As am I! ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) Thanks!

I don't think you should be mining if you "need it so badly". But that's just me I suppose.

For everyone who wants to know if their plot ranges do overlap: https://bchain.info/BURST/tools/overlapJust copy filenames (or output of "ls -l" or "dir") into the box. (let me know if you like it!) pretty neat, showing me overlapping quite a bit, but the reason being is because I stopped the plotting then restarted where it left off with a new plot. So I was aware, and they aren't really overlapping, one just isn't fully finished. lol.

Just setup 12TB of space dedicated solely to BURST, ![Cool](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cool.gif) now, I wonder how long this will take to plot ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) this totally depends on the amount of cores you generate with ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif) my 8 thread quad i7 systems need about 5 minutes for a 2gb block. 12 tb sums up to about 512 hours or almost 22 days. i run mine on 5 systems but plan to fill up 60tb. Yea, I know. It was a rhetorical question really. I assumed about a month. I am using only 1-2 cores of a highly overclocked i7. I too am hoping to up my TB to something like 100. Right now I'm closer to 20, but the plotting is taking a while! lol.

Wish I even had at least 2 or 3 blocks...lol.....Nearly going on 96 hours on 1.5TB with ZERO blocks....I'm going to give this til Sunday, if no blocks by then I'll give up mining until a pool is up....
I mine 50 hours with 600GB and don't have a result... Without a pool it's going to be a waste of time. I actually stop to mine at that moment. That's not necessarily true, eventually you will find something. Just gotta hold out. The first 2 days I was mining, I hit 6 blocks before my plotting had even finished, now I have been over a day with nothing, and much more space. So, it's all about luck and whatnot, just keep going and you'll hit something. But you know if you want to stop it's not going to hurt my feelings. Will give me more of a chance to hit blocks! lol.

I just realized I had one of my plots set wrong, does anyone know what will happen in this case...
I had my first at 0 800000 1000 then my second at 800000 1600000 1000
as you can see, the 800000 will overlap, what does this mean for me, should I start a new plot without a single overlapping number?
should be no problem you start at 0 so fist goes from 0-799999, but you second will have double size than first ... 800000 800000 1000 would be same size. 2nd nuber is size and not were it ends. I try to make some test but understand nothing!!
sh run_generate.sh 8130010810251360704 2049 4097 1024 8 /run that command for generate auto finish at nonce 4097 Generating from nonce: 2049 Writing from nonce 2049 Generating from nonce: 3073 Writing from nonce 3073 Generating from nonce: 4097 Writing from nonce 4097 Generating from nonce: 5121 Writing from nonce 5121 Generating from nonce: 6145 Writing from nonce 6145
But generating continu and stop at 6145? Why?
Can someone help me to understand
2049+4097 = 6145 ... OOHHHHH, ok, shit, lol... That means I need to make a few changes. Thanks!

If any of you want to feel better... As of my latest electricity bill, I'm paying $0.43/KW/H
Yes, 43 CENTS per KW/H. Didn't realize this until I took a much closer look at my bill. I pay both a generation fee AND a transmission fee...
I have at-most a couple more months until I'm out and probably won't buy back in.
Holy fuckin hell... That's some insane power prices... I am upset with my summer rates of .15...

This coin needs to be simplified. GUI?
I sorta like it the way it is, for now anyway. It limits the amount of people who can mine, so I can get more! lol. But yea, eventually, to gain popularity, there probably should be some sort of simplified installation method, and GUI miner. yeah, but I've been mining for 2 days - Nothing found. I have a 1.5 TB drive I have a 1 TB drive and I have a 500 MB drive All 3 separate miners - nothing... that's gotta be rare... I have not even 1.5 tb total fully plotted right now and I have already hit 6 blocks, in around 2 days. I guess maybe you are just extremely unlucky?

go for it, mining is fun ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) Just go in with no expectations and you'll be fine, see how it goes, I wish you the best!
