2661  Economy / Gambling / Re: If you loose your funds don't loose the fun on: April 29, 2021, 06:52:14 PM

there is no fun in losing all your money in gambling but yes a little entertainment can change that. its always good to have hope in mind despite everything that goes wrong. you have something to believe in to continue life. just like those who are in prison and then still writing something on the wall to remember the good days or clip a picture from the past where good times are still felt. its just money, you can earn it again.

I think depends on the situation because there are gamblers who always want to play a revenge game it's too hard to accept the game that you lose a ton of money, it's too hard to find a person like that unless you have a source of money or income that might still sustain for your gambling entertainment. It's rare to see a person ignore how much they lose and entertain their gambling. This is the reason why we always gamble responsively always control ourselves for an unexpected occurrence it's an all-or-nothing game.
^ Nah, it is not hard to sustain your gambling if you have a source of income and at least 5% of it were on gambling which is obviously that you can afford no matter what is the outcome, win or lose did not have an effect on all your financial status. But I admire gamblers who did not treat revenge if they will lose, because as I understand what you have said that revenge is chasing your loss which not a good idea. Nevertheless, this is very simple, just gamble of what you can afford and have fun, if you can not do this, then gambling is not meant for you and that is definitely right, if you lose your fund, dont lose your fun.
2662  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you stick to your trading plans on: April 28, 2021, 09:47:34 PM
Quote
Or you just allow your greed and emotions play out during your trades.
If I do this, I just put myself to lose easily. Of course, not and it should be controlled.
^ Definitely right, there is no good trader if you only know is chasing losses and no greed control, most people are easy to be fooled by their emotion and becomes out of control. Stick to your plan is always the best thing that you can do in trading successfully, it is like your guide to your winning path in trading. Nevertheless, I like what you have said, and the last one is, as much as possible don't rely on other's work, most especially the dum and pump group.
2663  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: BTC price VS gambling on: April 28, 2021, 09:32:30 PM
<snip>
Well usually casinos offers instant deposits and you can start playing right away. They only want a few confirmations before withdrawing and this amount is usually 3 confirmations. In case you win you just wait for the 3 confirmations and then can withdraw instantly.
As far as I know, in order for you to get and be able to "use" your withdrawals, you will be needing more than 3 confirmations from the blockchain of bitcoin. As I understand it, it is different from instant deposits in which most of the time 1,2, or 3 confirmations are enough to have the deposits credited to your casino wallet.
^ As I remember correctly because I don't have enough knowledge on technical stuff on BTC transactions. The 3 confirmations consider as safe and can not be reversed but this is only for small transactions like $1k below. However, in large transactions like millions of dollars in BTC amount will need six confirmation, this is the standard for most transactions to be considered secure. It would be love to use a gambling site that offer for free withdrawal fee and I hope all of them are generous enough to have that free fees upon withdrawal.
2664  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gamblers - How do you use your signature campaign earnings? on: April 27, 2021, 12:55:13 PM
I got a payment few days back on casino's wallet and the withdrawal fees are so high which is more than my one week's payment. Unfortunately that was the last week whenever I joined that campaign. So, I can't withdraw my funds till now. I think for hunters, it should be free for withdrawal the funds for a certain period.

I'm not sure which campaign and casino's wallet you were participating in but afaik the only campaigns that pays the participants on the casino's account is Stake. Were you at that campaign and now your balance is stuck because you need to pay high withdrawal fee? If so, I suggest you to use dinabot to exchange your bitcoin into other altcoin so you can withdraw it with cheaper fee.

^ I did not hear that dinabot, is that reliable to use and how it will work. They have an ANNthread here?
Nope, there are too many of them here paying participants through their casino wallet, and as far as I remember, bustadice is also paying through their account in the casino. But for me, if I do not need money, I better withdraw my earnings after a month, not on weekly basis, because probably in that way, I can save fees if I rarely withdraw it. Nevertheless, I can say, my signature is very helpful in my living, it served as an extra earning that could cover other expenses and a small percentage on it I spare to gamble or whatever I want.
2665  Economy / Gambling / Re: Duelbits.com | Instant BTC & ETH withdraws | Live games & Slots! | VIP | on: April 27, 2021, 12:14:23 PM
~snip~
My fingers cross for the site and the newest game release.
^ So far so good that Duelbits now opening crash games, I know there are many people who looking for crash games on the gambling site that your anonymity will still remain anonymous since there is no KYC required. Crash game is easy to win, there could be a profit from the multiplier if you know how to cash out before it will crash, if you want to be safe, just crash out while it is in the low multiplier. Nevertheless, though this is based on luck at least the possible profit that you could make is in your hand. I just want to congratulate them on this achievement.
2666  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: April 27, 2021, 11:57:41 AM
AFAIK when you submitted KYC level 1 on roobet, you can withdraw your money immediately. I don't think KYC level 1 needed to wait for manual verification by roobet, it's just need us to fill the form with our name, address and other things.
I also agree the discussion about KYC should be stopped since it's too long for disscus about this only.
Wait, there are tier levels for KYC? It would be idiotic to say that there are tiers since there is a level 1 so I will assume that there are tiers, what would be the benefit of different tiers though? I agree that we should stop since there is no point since Roobet has already put the policy in place.
Yea, there are 3 KYC level on Roobet. For further information you can read it on here https://roobet.com/
KYC lv 2, you need to provide your ID and KYC lv 3, you need to send your source of wealth. But you can withdraw your money if you completed and passed on KYC lv 1.
^ I can open the main page but I can not open the content of TOS and AML, I just want to know if how the KYC/AML level verification work why there is level 1 to level 3, what if only level 1 I only verified of, what are those feature have of level 1, level 2 and level 3. Upon opening, it says, ( Retry Loading Dialog". Is there anyone of you experience this? Nevertheless, if gamblers love to stay in Roobet they will do even there is a KYC thing, gamblers will always prefer reputable and reliable gambling sites.
2667  Economy / Economics / Re: Are institutional investors capable of selling their bitcoins? on: April 27, 2021, 02:41:20 AM
^ Probably 8-10 years is enough to study the feasibility of a business model and probably I should state the fact that institutional investors do have a lot of connections out there. Intel that they have are from left to right and I don’t think they would buy BTC without any strongly founded reason. They won’t be where they are right now if they are stupid anyway. They have something they learned internally that won’t be shown in public. And that is the reason why they make decisions like this. I doubt anyone here did believe that bitcoin would increase to at least $100,000 when it is $100 worth. Dump and whales have been there since then but the process is still the same.
2668  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading futures without knowledge of chart patterns, is gambling not trading on: April 27, 2021, 02:25:30 AM
Most people just learn the basic of trading which is just executing trade, but this isn't enough to be a successful margin trader if not you keep loosing funds, you have to learn about chart patterns, know how to analyze trade, know how to read candles. With this knowledge of technical analysis you could actually know when to enter and leave the market, like it's said no one can actually know the direction of the market! I might be new but with my studies I can say technically analysis could help to predict the market to an extent. Trading futures without knowledge of technical analysis is just like gambling because you don't know the next movement your just trading based on luck
^ I could not agree more, but look at this one. Deny it or not, these traders are getting massive profits even when they do not have any idea about technical charts, patterns, and analysis. Indeed this is gambling, but it is good enough a gambling that gives big odds isn’t it? But of course, this is only temporary. Sooner or later, they will experience loss from trading will try to sell at red numbers. And that is the time they will learn their lesson to study charts. Probably most of us did start with that kind of approach. I would admit myself being one before, but I learned from my mistakes at get up.
2669  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If I die can someone achieve my btc. on: April 24, 2021, 09:55:30 PM
I went to market with my wife to buy things for our new born baby, after my wife selected baby things that Worth thousands and I paid with my btc,the transaction was very easy and faster. When  we returned home ,she asked if you die can I achieved your btc or continued with your account? Because it's very easy and faster in trading and transaction.

indirectly your wife realizes that Bitcoin means a lot and can make transactions easier, that's where you have to give full trust to those closest to you such as your wife to be able to provide a password to access your bitcoin wallet. because the wife is a life partner that we must trust so that one day if we die the Bitcoin that we have will not just disappear
^ Definitely right even though the question of his wife is also a wrong approach for me. It seems like, his wife worried about his BTC, not about his death.  Grin Well, see should always have a safety box where we can store our valuable belongings and maybe one of our trusted family will inherit what we have. BTC is very easy to inherit, as long as the one who inherits is also willing to learn the technical stuff of BTC on how to use and adapt. We should always be ready at all costs and secure the future of your family especially your child. Because BTC belonged to the valuable assets and considered as a good asset even in the future.
2670  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Do you trust centralized exchanges? on: April 24, 2021, 09:40:21 PM
I trust some centralized exchange. Like Binance, Coinbase. Ok, let me express my thoughts. If you have already enough and have a good chance to get more big milestone in future then why you want to scam?

And that's why i trust some centralized exchange. Those exchanges already have enough. So i think they will not scam. This is totally my opinion.
^ Exactly right, sometimes we need to trust them and there is nothing we can do is just trust them an amount that we want to leave on them. But those exchanges that already existed and runs how many years on their service, in that way, if you have fund to deposit as your initial capital in trading, you don't need to worry at all because your fund is safe. Large exchange and very popular is probably the most trader's choice because this is the only way where you can put trust to deposit your fund even it is a centralized one. Nevertheless, in my opinion, and the most common popular exchange is Binance, I don't know others if we have the same choice.
2671  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I can never get my price :( on: April 24, 2021, 09:30:49 PM
Ok so I am fairly new to trading but all I'm trying to do is buy certain Crypto at certain prices. The trouble that I am having is basically the volatility of Bitcoin! One moment I'll put the Bitcoin equivalent of $2.00 USD as a Limit order on an exchange and go to bed then wake up the next morning to find it was bough at that Bitcoin price but not equivalent to $2.00 but more like $2.50 or $3.00 or sometimes $1.00. Am I doing something wrong or does everyone just deal with the inaccuracy of Bitcoin?
^ Just because BTC price is very volatile, there would be changes in every second and even exchange will have an update of the price every now and then. SO that case, BT price was increased a little bit. If you have bought at the price of $2 mark in the market price, make sure you will sell it at a higher price in the market and not undervalue price when you purchased your BTC. The basic strategy in trading is, "buying BTC when the price is low and sell when the price is high", this is very important to remember and avoid panic at all.
2672  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin do the same scenario in 2018 ? on: April 24, 2021, 09:21:09 PM
i am wondering if Bitcoin will fall again like it happened in 2018 after the Bull run !
even in this time the price raised too much faster in shorter time.
last two days Bitcoin price felt 10000 $
i know that some news affect the market, but should we sell now in this panic ! or should we hold  Undecided
i am a little bit confused

^ Don't be confused and avoid being a part of those panic sellers. This is a very natural way of BTC that there is a price correction, regarding the news and updates towards BTC adoption worldwide, I dont see any reason BTC will drop too much even it will become a $30k price in the market. It is natural that BTC is always volatile price and even there is a correction, every now and then it will always fluctuate and always have resistance, and might this small correction will become a big refuel to pump up again to the market. Who knows, still nobody knows what will happen next, if I were your place, just HODL and be patient at all. BTC price supposedly have always an ATH,

I registered using my IP, and played using that. But there was this time that I started playing with the use of VPN for the contest that they held on games and rounds. I'm thinking if I should continue or stop using VPN to access other slot games that I want to play. Probably their system detected some malicous signal from accounts so they implemented a KYC to fight it.
You shouldn't use a VPN for any reason, please read the Roobet ToS excerpt below. If you don't verify the first stage of KYC, you have broken the rule. This mean accessing Roobet from TOR Browser may also not be allowed.
Quote
You warrant not to use any form of VPN or other methods or program fit to hide your IP or your state of origin unless you went through full ID and address verification as described in our KYC-AML-Policy under AML 1 Verification.
^ Definitely right, using VPN in most gambling sites was against to them and should not use especially if your place belongs to the countries that prohibit by the gambling site. The cause will probably you have a problem in nature especially when you have a plan of withdrawing your fund from the casino, if they will detect that you are using a bypass IP address to take advantage of them, you should be careful and be what you are. If you can not gamble roobet such an issue, then don't force yourself and find another gambling site where you are comfortable. But make sure they are the same reputable thig,.
2674  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Elon Musk please stop messing up the crypto market on: April 24, 2021, 08:59:40 PM
I have said for a long time that he should not have interfered, or interfered less in the crypto industry.
I love such interventions, maybe this interference can turn into a game to trap each other and manipulate the market but this industry needs to be refreshed in such a way, Elon Musk is just the base, the whales are the bottom division and proceed to fulfill this guy's aspirations, catalyze the market to be vibrant and to have such big swings to make money. You should look at the profits if you are really part of the story, the number goes far beyond ordinary achievements and why try to stop celebrities from creating these opportunities for you
Agreed, you must be able to get the chance that Elon Musk provide by manipulating the market such as Doge and other altcoin. There are also a lot of meme tokens that has been created and boom because of the tweets of Elon Musk. I have been including myself on such memetokens on binance smart chain which most of the tokens are created solely on the tweets created by Elon. But I don't consider what I'm doing as trading but rather as gambling since its a pump and dump scheme and it's rarely to see these tokens to go long term.
^ At this point, you should know how not to ride them and get also a profit of what coins they tend to have a pump. We know how influential this Elon Musk is, and every time he says on the internet, most likely people are following what he said, so you can ride also when there is a train of whales. We have nothing to do on them, just embrace what they are, we can consider a whale or influencer in the market, the most important is you also riding while they are manipulating the market if they will earn you also have earned. Nevertheless, that is not easy as that, it is really hard to read of what of their mind.
2675  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is the best Sport to bet on ? on: April 24, 2021, 08:49:36 PM
If a poll is made then of course I am sure that soccer will be the most votes for betting on sportsbooks, football is a very popular sport to play even without the involvement of gambling. Even small children in a village will be more familiar with this sport to play together, but for other sports I think everyone will at least like it in the end but it will at least take more time for them to understand.
I know that football is popular but not for our country although there are some enthusiasts and fans yet it's nothing compared to the fandom of basketball and boxing specifically in our country.
There is no doubt that football is the most popular sport in the world and that's why it's in most sports bookies.
^ Definitely right, because any sports to bet on are differ on which country you are.
In our country, football is not that popular sports and basketball and valley ball here are very popular to bet on here. So I think game enthusiasts have their own decision in picking sports to depend on where they are. Nevertheless, probably for now, people prefer to watch online sports games than the actual ones, because still pandemic in our country was not lifted yet.
2676  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin fees are so high right now. What's next? on: April 24, 2021, 09:38:47 AM
^ I do not really think that we can take BTC transaction fees negatively. The only reason it is increasing is that the demand and the value also increase. That’s actually a sign of growth. Days are over where we can use BTC for microtransactions. I still remember those days where it feels like you have power over everything. What I would suggest is that you may consider alternative coins for now as Bitcoin’s transactions are currently being developed. Let us just stick with it and stay. Sooner or later we will be the beneficiaries. Good luck to all of us!
2677  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Why Crypto Communities Matters? on: April 24, 2021, 09:22:06 AM
^ It is actually the reason why I am here and able to participate in this thread. I am very much grateful to be introduced to the Bitcointalk talk back in 2016. I would never know what could I be doing today if I was not introduced to it. My life has changed the moment I started joining the community. Learned a lot of lessons, able to interact with people with the same interest as mine are priceless. Probably if you were to be given a chance, sooner or later you will make sure to introduce this to your friends and colleagues. Community is very powerful, I hope we should promote our community by doing well.
2678  Economy / Economics / Re: FINALLY ALL MONETARY AUTHORITIES IN THE WORLD WILL ADOPT BITCOIN on: April 24, 2021, 08:59:24 AM
The percentage of bitcoin users is growing all the time in all countries. The monetary authority's concern about the presence of bitcoin has turned into an opportunity for trust. For example, currently more than 35 percent of bitcoin circulation in America and in the next 10 years the percentage of funds invested or converted into bitcoin will be very significant.
^ I do not really think that it is actually good to claim that all of the monetary authorities are now adopting BTC. Well in fact the percentage of BTCA being accepted is somehow at its lower scale yet. I admire your optimism but we are only in ten percent way there. On the other hand, fiat has been working well for decades now and it was only because of the pandemic why it has a massive decrease, economies going down and inflation persists.  Nevertheless, I think it would be better to accept that BTC can get at least ten percent of the market, the one hundred percent acceptance rate is very much impossible not even in fiat and other resources.
2679  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How Bitcoin almost made me rich on: April 22, 2021, 12:00:36 PM
I don’t store my Bitcoin on the wallet that I didn’t control and every time I transfer, I’m making sure that my keys are still there and my information are still intact.

That’s a huge money mate and I understand how frustrated you are right now, and the only solution to this is to look for those keys, and hopefully there’s still chance that you can find it. This is a reminder to everyone to always protect our private keys and always put it on a safe place.
^ This could be the possible outcome when people hearing about BTC without proper knowledge, they only heard about the possible profit upon investing but technically, they don't have any idea. First is storing BTC in the right wallet that you have control over your BTC and keep it in a safe place that nobody knows aside from your trusted family member. Many bad people are now trying to find a way just to take advantage of weak people, we should have responsible enough and of course, before adopting at least we should know first.
2680  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Fate or lack of control - Gambling on: April 22, 2021, 11:39:08 AM
~snip~
Operationally, Gamblers with strong belief in fate were more likely to think that gambling could bring positive outcomes and were unable to resist the urge to gamble.
^ Probably this is right, we could not argue about fate and the lack of control, somehow they most likely good if we combine them.
Belief in fate for me is just like a positive energy that can boost and have chances of winning and to focus on your gambling activity and should always remember how to control your lack and not should overcome in greed chasing your losses. Responsible gamblers will always be fine and far away from gambling addiction. Nevertheless, whatever it is, always be responsible for ourselves and gamble on what you can afford.
