If you are concerned about that and if you still have funds in Roobet that you want to withdraw but because it is stuck because you do not want to go through the identity confirmation you can approach them by contacting their support team via email and ask what their solution will be in that case?  If you look at the original or first post of this their thread says "play anonymously", but because of their policy, they have the right to change their ToS because they just follow regulations and compliance.  Hope this is clear to everyone.

AFAIK when you submitted KYC level 1 on roobet, you can withdraw your money immediately. I don't think KYC level 1 needed to wait for manual verification by roobet, it's just need us to fill the form with our name, address and other things.

Well, if you do not have KYC and you won 1 million dollars and they do not pay you, that is a good thing. If the rules and the laws state that you should give your KYC and you do not, that means it is not acceptable and you should receive your reward. ^ I can open the main page but I can not open the content of TOS and AML, I just want to know if how the KYC/AML level verification work why there is level 1 to level 3, what if only level 1 I only verified of, what are those feature have of level 1, level 2 and level 3. I just do not get the need, I know many people say that we should stop with the KYC talk because it has been days and we are still talking about it, and some people are bored about it. However it is a big deal, it is make or break for many of us, with KYC forced it also means that some of us will not be able to play here, and that is a big deal. You can't expect a topic about "either give us your KYC or leave" to be ending so soon.
