If you are looking for answers and strategies here I think you already have your own answer to your question, but in my opinion, quitting when you win big is the best strategy
Big means how big you want? Your strategy is good to lose all your bankroll because even winning a small amount from gambling is quite challenging and you want to wait until you win a big amount. If you continue your gambling until you win big means you will lose all your bankroll before you reach your target.
