I think if an online casino operates longer than 2 years than it's legal, otherwise authorities would find a way to deal with it. Where it is legal is another question. Like above posters said they may be registered in offshore countries and then, technically you don't have the right to play there if it's not permitted in your country, but of course gamblers can find a way to go round the restrictions. I do not think that you can say like that easy, there are many sites that operate more than 2 years turn out scam everyone out, saying that they being hacked or say any other thing which is unreasonable. I just noticed something in your system what shouldn't be there.
I cashed out 0.04 BTC. You sent it to my address, but the inputs are not even confirmed. That's not how you should handle business. Now I need to wait for your incoming transaction to be confirmed first, before my cash out is confirmed.
Basically it means that I am dependent on other on how much fee they sent, because if they send a low fee, the transaction will take a long time before it is confirmed. My cashout has to wait for that, so I have to wait for other transactions to confirm.
IMO, you should send coins to people who cash out only from confirmed inputs.
I believe sometimes blockchain are having some pending activity that so many of them that not getting their money because of pending. And I think that is not some problem at all, in the end you just got your money on your wallet. About the inputs pending, I believe some big site will face this problem too, like crypto games to not paying you must not be possible. Anyway may I know how much fee that you used to withdraw? Giving a minimum bet would be better as well IMO, the latest promo has no min bet and it was even allowed to bet with luckycoin. Surely, there were many people tried to cheat because of the easy rules. I'm sure the main purpose of the easy rules is to attract players as many as possible, but it was not really fun if there were to many cheaters. That is a good move but what do you think about high transaction fees? I think you may need to consider to design your game based on other altcoins which can confirm transaction faster with the very low fee then you may get players. No one wants to waist so much transaction fee to bet. Yes, this might do since btc are on huge transaction fee but still people are used to btc rather than other altcoin. May be it is the best alternative to do since altcoin have better transaction speed and fee. But you will find that there will always better player on btc rather than altcoin on most site.
