2682  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin truly moving forward? on: June 08, 2021, 01:39:32 PM
Call it depreciation,  a pull back, price consolidation or a crash believe it or not people get excited about this as this presents an opportunity to buy lower than it was and not really scaring people.

If people take the path of checking price every second..
tbh people wouldn't last a second in these markets because volatility is the name of the game! Buy and hodl, and stay away from these charts but checking on your portfolio once in a while is okay so that if markets go up you can take out some profits or if markets go down you could bag more crypto coins into your portfolio.

And yeah bitcoin (crypto)is moving forward.

when price is extremely volatile just as what we exprience, its not going to be  very fitting for a regular currency use like what El Salvador President wants. but yes BTC will move on despite this bear market. it will months to years though before it could regain back again. it sdepend to the crisis and if there will really be a war.

Ey guys..  Dropping some vids to entertain and get yourselves pumped for the event.  Smiley

I’ll be keeping a close eye on Movsar Evloev vs Hakeem Dawodu.  Could be another potential fight of the night if not for the main and co main events.

UFC 263:  Countdown

UFC 263:  Inside the Octagon

UFC 263:  Embedded Ep. 1

vettori could have snatch the win if he had just did his best when he had adesanya on the ground in the 3rd round. he does have good submission record but didnt use the skills that time.

i'm hoping the rematch will have a knockout.  its something that will leave no doubt unlike the uni decision. i say adesanya by ko.
2684  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin to 13k. FORECAST on: June 08, 2021, 12:43:37 PM

when the support in 30k breaks, there is no stopping there, there are even speculations that it could go 10k. so much good news in the media but the prices takes this dip, you can just relate all these to what happened in the last bear market. the whales are buying all these media to report things and more good news like ray dalio or micheal saylor buys the dip.

it encourages the newbies but not the old folks who knew it too well. bear is bear. a 20% dip is already a bear.
2685  Other / Off-topic / Re: Anonymous against Elon Musk and his BTC and crypto market manipulations! on: June 07, 2021, 01:45:24 PM
Another Hero to Zero story, yes, it's the opposite because when bitcoin was bullish, people attributed it to the positive acceptance of Elon Musk and they follow the hype, now, it seems he is changing his attitude and that would result in a lot of hate from his old supporters.

I don't know what's in his mind, why suddenly he changes his stance on bitcoin, but I just feel he is trying to manipulate the market to create panic.

With that said, we should expect a bear market.

the anonymous elaborated it that he only want carbon credits from the government worth $2B so he kissed the Bitcoin community like judas did for the money and then bash the energy that BTC wasted. he is already rich so you can see the greediness this guy have in his bone.

i'm abit excited what the anonymous would do for him to realized hed found his match.
2686  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Floyd Mayweather vs. Logan Paul - June 6 on: June 07, 2021, 01:08:49 PM
what? i watche the fight from 2nd round til the last. clearly its floyd who won the fight. logan had not landed a single shot from what i've seen so far. i didnt not even watch the decision because i know its floyd but its a draw? funny show.
i can only see that only the mma athletes are going to have a losing record. Smiley
2687  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Floyd Mayweather vs Logan Paul watch live. on: June 07, 2021, 03:40:18 AM
The last time that Mayweather fights was vs Conor, and this is a really weird comeback. The invited boxer vs a youtube, that's how people make money in 2021. I hope you all enjoy the fight.
Well, if it's easy money and a chance for everyone to join in the fun, why not right? I think they are doing this not just for themselves but for the opportunity of people like us to bet on their fight. Imagine having easily high odds with their fight and expect the unexpected or something. I mean, I think Floyd will win this but we will never know. I'm just thinking of the age gap that they have.
Not really that matter when it comes to age gap because Mayweather is someone who cant really just let that someone could break that flawless record of no loss even though this isnt an official match for sure he wont really let for this outcome to happen.

@OP, thanks for providing the links. I might not be interested on paying up for PPV but seeing some replays would already do.

Feel sorry for those fellas whom do really believe that Logan would able to beat up Mayweather on this upcoming fight.

feel sorry for the ones who bought ppv while i can watch it here.  Grin

a David and Goliath match but the promoter just didn't mind it. have not seen the first few round but the rest of the rounds belong to Mayweather. no knockouts and logan didn't give any significant hit to Mayweather, it's all just hugging. Floyd didn't give him a bit of chance. thanks to the link OP.

2688  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Floyd Mayweather vs. Logan Paul - June 6 on: June 06, 2021, 06:03:44 AM
I would like to add since in their terms that there will be no announcement of the winner if ever which is a remote possibility Mayweather gets knock out and losses the fight his 50-0 record is still intact as this is not an official fight only for entertainment but both fighters do not want to treat this as an exhibition match so they agreed for lighter gloves so they can hurt and knock out each other.

All true. Despite not being an official event, Mayweather won't be able to live with being knocked out (or down) by a YouTube "star".   On the other hand, Logan Paul outWEIGHs Mayweather by a whopping 34 lbs at 189.5lbs - just under the maximum allowable weight for this fight.  Say what you will, thats a lot power and he is looking ripped.  Not crazy taking a chance with Paul at those odds....at CoinRoyale, if he gets knocked out in the first round, its like it never happened.  Enjoy the fight.

amusing logan, it's not even listed on stake nor on sportsbet.io because they sure are not going to be that surprised after all this is just an exhibition fight and then they hype it like it's real. will this fight even be recorded to the pro fights of Floyd?

the two sports betting site in crypto doesn't want to get involved since its almost embarrassing to list it.

2689  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Chart - Is Bitcoin About to Break Down? on: June 06, 2021, 04:49:53 AM
the daily chart actually looks like it's the best time to invest but because of the 200MA it appears like it's still gonna go down. the market finds its strongest support on the $29k and then there's also $34k.

given that there are lots of fud and institutions coming in the market, you'd have to weigh whether buying now can hedge the inflation that's coming.
so ask yourself but BTC which is about to go down or buy altcoins not thoroughly affected by this correction.
2690  Economy / Economics / Re: If Something is cheap you Buy it Buy the dips on: June 06, 2021, 04:30:30 AM
I am optimistic that the price of bitcoin will not be lower than that of the current moment, the range of 30K. Sometimes I have the feeling that we are reliving the experience of last year when the price of bitcoin fell to 3K. So that inadvertently the price of bitcoin was making its best run.
If so, we are at the best time to buy because bitcoin will continue to reach new ATHs.
Don't get your hopes up with this one, always expect that the worst could always happen, this kind of mental readiness is going to help you prevent panic when the worst ensues. Just always have some money on your side so you will be prepared to buy when the prices really did go lower.

doesn't hurt when you keep a stablecoin in times when the market itself is confused about where its trend will go. i can't even decide where the price is going so i'm just going to keep usdt with me or maybe buy when the price goes more than $40k.

buy the dip if you know it's the dippest but this is if you are a long-term investor which i'm not. but what i don't understand why OP wants to hold USD for so long.
2691  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Who can stop Bounty Campaign Scam? on: June 06, 2021, 04:04:21 AM

the only way you can do is not join them or simply join the BTC paying campaign, they are often the most legit projects that will pay. There are few that are actually good projects but you'd have to really look for them among the flood of scams. If they are one of the projects that just copies the other, it's more than likely a scam. NTF or Defi projects today are somehow scams because the trend is already over.
2692  Other / Off-topic / Re: Elon MusK Bullish again for bitcoin ? on: June 05, 2021, 07:01:12 AM
so which is it?

don't get me wrong I like the guy but Elon Musk is like a confused teenager with huge mood swings and figuring out what he feels is just a waste of time. people should focus more on what they need to do rather than waiting for what Elon Musk feels regarding bitcoin.

people would feel so much better if they just ignore what Elon Musk does in the crypto sphere.

or he could be heartbroken since he wasn't invited to that Miami Conference. was he?  he is one of the famous and rich individuals who obnoxiously encourage bitcoin investments and then play around. he should have been a speaker in that event if he wasn't so much of a disappointment.

been watching a portion of the conference on youtube recently but no one had simply mentioned his name there. the community must have been fed up with his tweets this time.
2693  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will we ever see $10k per BTC? on: June 05, 2021, 05:23:57 AM

you are not the only one who is prepping for BTC going further south. you'd gonna have to wait for more fud again against miners, it's them that sells high so if they turn to renewable, they may try selling cheaper. $10K however could be too low to imagine but it's possible. the market is very unpredictable, you can't tell if the holders really value their BTC.
2694  Economy / Gambling / Re: 👱‍♀️ Mummy's Ultimate Crypto List on: June 05, 2021, 04:40:09 AM

strange choice of colors for a website. if the rank is considered on your list, some of them don't fit to be the first actually but it's your list. if you accept paid listing, i think it may be good to just create a list of sponsors and add them there than listing them being the first.

if it's mine i might just add a list of DEX or probably a list of youtube channels.
2695  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Global adoption — A ridiculous term on: June 05, 2021, 02:32:39 AM

adoption i guess has some sort of a degree. somehow today Bitcoin reaches the mainstream media already. but it may really not be adopted by everyone. its the blockchain i guess that will be adopted. the last update I've read was that the stock market will soon be tokenized, a kinda migration.

it's gradual just like the internet. back in 1998 i use to just go out and rent on a computer cafe to access my email and send email to my uncle. now i can just tap my phone. the phones are everywhere today, some don't know how to use computers but they easily can use phones.

2696  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Can any one suggest best indicator for trading? on: June 04, 2021, 07:18:31 AM
if you wanna confirm what your RSI is signaling, you may wanna add momentum oscillator indicator along with RSI. they both work the same way but just to verify what your RSI is telling you.  this is going to be paired just like MACD is good to use along with the Volume.

fibonacci is when you just don't wanna draw trendlines anymore. you immediately see support and resistance with fibo.
2697  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: The Best Stablecoin Staking Options on: June 04, 2021, 06:17:57 AM
I did staking stable coin of USDC on DEX waves.exchange. Currently their staking program offer reward up to 30.47% ayear with USDCLP assets received, and currently the price of USDCL is keep growing and they ensure that will continue. In this decentralize platform also available to stake others stable coin like USDT, USDN and others.

30% a year for USDC staking is a really good rate. What is great about staking to this dex is that the coins stays still in your wallet unlike having it on exchanges like binance. but why choose to stake a stablecoin when its value is not gonna grow?

i'm also staking my WAVES on this dex, it's giving just 6% but i'm not gonna complain about it since i only plan to hold my waves for a long time.
2698  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will energy consumption be Bitcoins downfall ? on: June 04, 2021, 05:02:32 AM
Energy consumption is much into discussion these days, and the big controversy is now once again getting shattered by Elon Musk. It is also stated that, banks now consume more power than the bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. With time, efficiency is getting achieved on bitcoin mining equipments. Based on this I don't think energy consumption will set to be a big issue in the future.

Exactly. I don't get what the big deal is about Bitcoin's energy consumption, when existing financial institutions consume more energy than Bitcoin on a daily basis. It's all failed attempt to spread FUD in order to lure people away from Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies in general. Bitcoin can be much greener than what it is right now, if miners rely on alternative energy sources. Imagine how Bitcoin would benefit the environment if most ASIC machines relied on solar or wind energy. With how fast our world is changing, we might see this become a reality sometime in the future. Since PoW is the most secure (and decentralized) consensus algorithm to date, it's hard to believe Bitcoin will switch to PoS anytime soon. On the contrary, Bitcoin will remain as a PoW cryptocurrency while the rest of the altcoins will switch to PoS in order to "tackle" the high energy consumption. Ethereum will switch to PoS, and other PoW-based cryptocurrencies will follow as the PoS hype comes into fruition. I wouldn't worry about Elon Musk abandoning Bitcoin in favor for another altcoin, as long as the pioneer cryptocurrency as some loyal supporters behind it. Just my opinion Smiley

There are reports saying that 76% come from renewable energy for Bitcoin, but only 39% for other coins that are PoW. If others switch to POS anyway and Bitcoin increases its renewable energy mining even further, I don't see the energy consumption turn into a problem.

the problem they point out is that the energy that the miners consume boils the ocean because it causes global warming. but we all know this is just a fud.

they thought the higher the energy cost for mining BTC the higher its value. if you think about it, miners not selling their coins in loss because of their bills, then it's how things work. the rate of electricity is regulated by the government. but whatever argument will be, BTC will be valuable. either mined by renewable energy or not because BTC has demand for it can't be confiscated.

2699  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Are people really that ignorant? on: June 04, 2021, 04:32:30 AM

OP so many people feel less concerned about the pending ETH PoW algorithm because ethereum team can't be trusted until they did what they promised, do you know how many years it's been since when ETH team have been promising proof of stake algorithm ??
I started mining back in 2017 and Eth POS was supposedly coming within 6 months, so yeah I understand.  It's like the boy who cried "wolf"  After a while nobody listens anymore.  But my point is that when and if it happens, it will be the end of gpu mining for 99% of people.  Of this there can be no doubt.  The gravy train will reach it's final terminus the day Eth goes POS.  So don't expect the salad days to go on forever.

it's already impending for time. they are even delaying it again i think by dec 2022. by 2022 they might again announce a delay because hey we're in transition to greener energy. maybe ETH will also be affected by this transition. if you have mined ETH since 2017 i guess you already have more than 32 ETH for POS node.

just so your GPUs not goign to waste,  isn't XMR profitable as well for GPU miners?

2700  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: No One Can Shut Down Bitcoin on: June 03, 2021, 06:29:45 AM
we know that until now in some countries there are still differences of opinion and perception about bitcoin and this is what makes bitcoin continue to strengthen from year to year
I don't get it , Countries has  differences towards Bitcoin but this is the reason why the currency is going stronger and strengthen ?  was that contradicting?

But Ok at least you have a Positive views towards this coin and this market.

No one can stop Bitcoin that's indeed reality ..But once the people stops using this then that will be the shutting time.

fortunately, no one will stop using BTC. i doubt people and even companies will stop using BTC. the government will even adopt the cryptocurrencies including BTC regardless of how much they dislike it being decentralized. the regulations will be very tight one day for BTC since most of us had already submitted KYC documents to exchanges, many might really regret why they did this including me.
