There are too many atheists in government right now. That's why we have things like Big Bang taught as fact in many of our schools, and God taught as myth. Get the atheists out of government altogether. Are there any atheists in government? Can you name a single one? Such a silly question. Even government applications require that a person's employment not be based on his religious affiliation. So, even government doesn't know. Regardless of whether it is required, most politicians freely announce their religious affiliation... It is far from a silly question... Especially after you claimed there are too many atheists in government... I am only asking you to back up your claim with a single fact Obama is a Christian. George Bush is a Christian. Ben Carson is a Christian (assuming 7th day Adventist counts). Marco Rubio is a Christian. Donald Trump is a Christian. Bernie Sanders is Jewish. Mitt Romney is Mormon... I can't think of any atheists... Can you? |

When it comes to business and scam and default prevention, religious people have some "moral leverages" as an example:
- A Muslim may feel it to be alright to scam a non-believer, as that's what his religion states.
- A Christian have an imaginary friend that forgives anything (and by anything it means really anything, from scam to kill the creditors).
IDK much about other religions, but they may have also some "moral relief" systems.
So, should we add to account a "too religious" at risk assessment?

I think being a honest business partner does nothing with religion. That's about the human qualities of that given person and about the accepted common business practices in their homeland. Actually, anything over 2 cell Maglites are now considered weapons as well in the US/Canada. Much of the New Testament is eye-witness reports about Jesus and the things He did. In addition, while it is not scientific proof, the Holy Spirit has enlightened the hearts of Christians through faith that Jesus not only existed, not only is the Messiah, but also lives in Heaven right now as the almighty God with the Father and Holy spirit.
Have you read that little header above each of the gospels? When were they written, according to your own bible? (many bibles give dates) The earliest (Mark) is supposedly written 40 years after "Jesus" died, the latter ones as late as 140AD, over 100 years after Jesus died... now add 20 years since they were not children when they met Jesus... Given the average lifespan was around 30 years at the time, I find it hard to believe that these 60-140 year old men wrote accurate accounts of what happened 40-100 years earlier... How well do you remember events from 40+ years ago? |

If we had the proof of His existence then how us, mortals, could oppose His will? God has left a tiny area of free will open in us. It has to do with aspects of faith that we have in Him. It doesn't have anything to so with any of our standard understanding of free will, like choosing which side of the bed to get out of in the morning. Our free will has to do with limited aspects of our faith in God. That's it. God judges us according to our faith in Him. Then how could He test us? I can't seriously believe that the Catholics would team up with the Baptists, Pentecostals, Mormons, et al... If there is one thing I am certain... minor differences in the flavour of 'magical space fairy' dogma is a deal breaker for religitards... 1) God created the universe exactly as it is
2) God could have created the universe differently if he wanted to (billions of possibilities)
3) God is Omniscient (knows the future)
Then free will cannot exist

Look them up in your phone book. Translated: "I lied" The only "Jewish Christian" movement I am aware of is "Jews for Jesus". My mother was part of their movement for a time while I was younger. I can't recall ever hearing about a tradition of handing down eye witness reports about anything... Satan's movement had a rapid following... quickly, a full 1/3 of all the angels were in support of Satan, opposing God.
