No, look up the transaction...from blockchain transaction of the bet: Received Time 2014-09-08 20:57:56 He actually sent in the bet within seconds of the finals starting (couple days after Djokovic was already knocked out). Whew. Glad we're all on the same page now. Then the ticket is written incorrectly and the money should be refunded. The ticket doesn't list the name of the second player. It's written up as future with a start date of 8/25 to win the open w/o Djokovic. It's cut and dry unless DirectBet is going to make up another rule. I currently have a large pending issue with nitrogensports
Action that was taken late is always refunded on their site. However they definitely had lopsided action on a side and decided not to cancel late wagers. Bet was placed 8 minutes into the start of a match and lost. The bet was available on the board 20 minutes into the match because it had the wrong time listed on nitrogen. I was unaware the match had started when I placed the bet, but figured out immediately after when I went to check the score.

No confusion here. Post season is universal. Your rules are unique. You have them posted so it's no big deal other than confusing.
Our rule is not unique. The book that pays you to rate them on top of your fake "ratings guide" has a similar rule, as do other top books. You are forcefully trying to find excuses to bash DirectBet because we refused to bribe you for ratings. Then 2 books are wrong. Books with banners are rated "A", "B+", "B-" and "C". No one pays for ratings or they would all be "A". |

One more thing, DirectBet has a poll on pay for ratings in his thread. I posted in DirectBet's thread and showed them the differences between DirectBet and books with banners. Directbet told me if I mentioned a books name again, he would hire posters to spam the book's thread.
Even though DirectBet's thread isn't self moderated, DirectBet was able to get my posts deleted that showed the comparisons.
