Then 2 books are wrong. Books with banners are rated "A", "B+", "B-" and "C". No one pays for ratings or they would all be "A".

Usually you can bet more than the maximum advised. Best approach is to send the maximum amount, then after your bet is confirmed it will tell you if and how much more you can send.

The pitcher name on the other game was also corrected earlier today.

Unfortunately I experienced an issue regarding my bets on the BMW Golf Championship Tournament. After the event has ended i got an message telling me my bets will be "settled manually"-dead heat.

The dead heat rule is pretty much clear to me now (after I read the rules:)) but I couldn't find any information on how long it's going to take to receive my winning bets. So how long will the manual settlement take to pay the actual bets?
