2781  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Why am unable to connect? on: July 15, 2022, 02:05:42 PM
Are you sure that the wallet is from Bitcoin.com?

I can't seem to find an installer for Windows 10 from Bitcoin.com they only have two options IOS and an Android app.

So it's weird that you have a Windows version of Bitcoin.com wallet.

Since you mention above that you have a backup seed why not try to install the bitcoin.com app to another device(Try on your phone) and import the backup seed?
You can follow this guide "Restore Bitcoin.com Wallet Guide"
2782  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: Antminer S17 hash board "SXE 1839" chip on: July 15, 2022, 01:16:54 PM
Are you talking about this part below near two capacitors?

It looks like an amplifier for the temp sensor. I couldn't find any data sheet for this chip maybe try to contact the zeusbtc below they might have an exact chip or an alternative one.

2783  Bitcoin / Mining software (miners) / Re: T17+ works perfectly but after a while one of hash board get down on: July 15, 2022, 12:57:14 PM
It's a common issue on Antminer 17 series if you bought this new usually the issue is related to the temp sensor replacing it might solve the issue.

But before you touch those parts you need to try some suggestions from this link below. It could be just related to a software issue so flashing it might work.

If it didn't work then your last hope is to replace the temp sensor.
2784  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bitopro.net on: July 14, 2022, 11:59:05 PM
I guess it's a clone site of bitopro.com this site is usually promoted on the Chinese local section but even bitopro.com do not have yet reviews.

Plus the domain .net is newly registered which is obvious it is not safe to use unless someone trusted here on the forum tested them.

How did you find this website?

Ooopppsss... after trying to access the website my AV reacted.

2785  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Need help and advice about some investment, only personal experiences! on: July 14, 2022, 11:38:48 PM
Never heard of this website I check them they offer "Income up to 22.4% per month" which is very high but there is no guarantee that you can actually make money from them.
From what I can see they do offer their trading bot as an investment and promises you to make a profit.

But the fact is this kind of strategy is the same as other investment sites. They offer an attractive profit but if you invest in the latter, you are scammed.

I suggest you stay away from them and instead of giving them links here on the forum put them inside the insert code tag or remove HTTPS on the link so that it won't rank up on Google and to avoid new users clicking that site.

A bit check of your post history it seems that you already have a thread about this why don't you read your old thread instead. Do you own this website?
To prove that you don't own this website remove all links to that website here on the forum instead put only the name.
2786  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: [Wallet of Satoshi] Bitcoin lightning paymemt is in stuck!! on: July 14, 2022, 10:43:59 PM
That wallet is using a lightning network are you sure that the 911 website you talking about is accepting lightning transactions?

Would you mind telling us the exact website URL of 911?
Or are you talking about 911.re I already check the website and it seems that they do accept the lightning transaction.

If you sent it to the right address it should be instant.
2787  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Sepa transfers and transfer crypto from one exchange to another on: July 14, 2022, 10:07:07 PM
P2P exchange is the only option that you can buy without any problem and no KYC is required but the rate depends on the seller and the withdrawal fees are a bit high. Sample Bisq exchange where you can able to buy fiat to Bitcoin the withdrawal fee is around 0.0003 which is around $6 with the current Bitcoin price.

If you don't care about the withdrawal fee then you can use the Bisq exchange or if you are looking for a list of P2P sites you can check this https://kycnot.me/
2788  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: Samourai wallet in early access as far as I can remember.. on: July 14, 2022, 03:08:18 PM
How secure it is? Although the description on the site is nice. As it is said on the site that, there is no email, and no ID checking, you just installed it and use it. It is more of decentralized Wallet. You control your funds by yourself without the participation of the wallet programmers. https://samouraiwallet.com

For now, it is still safe to use since it doesn't have bad issues reported yet on GitHub. It's questionable why they still keep it (early access).

And another thing that I noticed is that they release new updates on Playstore but look at the open-source below

It seems they are planning something because they don't release the open-source one on Github so we can't tell if we can trust them. So I think it would be better to use a different wallet than using this wallet.
2789  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: Antminer S17 hash board "SXE 1839" chip on: July 14, 2022, 01:40:13 PM
Are you sure is that the name of the chip? I tried to search but it seems it's not yet available on the market even here https://www.zeusbtc.com/Integrated-Circuit/

Better check the chip name carefully or make a screenshot or take a pic of that chip let me check if I could find more details about that chip. Or use the link above to find it but I'm not sure if you can easily find it there since the chip name you talking about seems different.
2790  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Current Profitability on: July 14, 2022, 12:00:02 AM
Are you talking about the netprofit?

It always depends on your Electricity rate and the price of the unit if you have free power I'm sure that list will be changed but don't use nicehash as your profit calculator because sometimes they change the profit to attract to mine on their pool.

I suggest check asicminervalue.com and scroll down to the bottom and change the electricity rate the list is changing every time you change the electricity rate because it is sorted by profitability.
2791  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: P2P transaction cheating techniques. on: July 13, 2022, 11:45:16 PM
I never experienced that thing on Binance p2p and I don't worry so much about this unless if you are dealing with unverified users or have no p2p trading history yet.

You can dispute if you do receive not the exact amount from what you agreed. Make sure every time you deal on P2P check the amount that you receive before you confirmed and release your payment because if you confirm and release there is no button to report or to dispute the transaction. That is why Binance added two options to remind you if the buyer sent an exact amount or not before you release.
2792  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: How can we easily view recent WabiSabi CoinJoins? on: July 13, 2022, 11:15:36 PM
I tried to install Wasabi v2.0 the wallet is totally different compared to before and it takes a few minutes after importing a wallet except on the wallet with more than 20 transactions it takes 30 minutes before you can able to use it(Which is very slow).

I tried to check settings or anywhere on the wallet but I can't seem to find where the Coinjoin button is located.

Only the design and discreet mode is only new to me without the Coinjoin button.
2793  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Pictures on users profile? on: July 13, 2022, 10:52:40 PM
I saw someone before using the real him in Avatar I don't remember the name but I remember he is a developer.

But why do we desperately want to remain anonymous here where some of us have public profiles on some other forum or social media platform. Or is there any where on the forum where anonymity is explicitly advised?

Don't compare this forum to other social media I don't think about the other forum I usually use a different avatar than my own picture as an avatar.
Privacy is very important not just here on the forum but also in other forums. That is why we always see a privacy policy when accessing websites because most of people always want privacy.

On social media, like Facebook, you have the option to don't upload your real picture and actually, it doesn't require you can use their website or app without uploading or sending personal data.

Same here if you value your privacy then don't upload if not then anytime you can upload your real you. However, only full members above can able to wear avatars.
2794  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Preev.com - DNS hosting service has expired. on: July 13, 2022, 10:30:17 PM
I can access the preev again but with a warning from my AV Kaspersky I don't know why my AV gives a warning notice accessing this website it's only the price of bitcoin.

The site is very popular to the community and it amaze me that the owner is earning nothing from it. He could have just placed a banner ad and advertiser would pay him a lot of money.

When I first access the preev website before the year 2015 or 2016 they do have a few ads and banner ads but after 2017 or I think 2018 they stop promoting ads. I think it's because ads pull data like IPs and a little information about your device and I don't remember exactly but there is a discussion and report before about those ads on preev that end up removing ads.
2795  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Fake ChipMixer review? on: July 12, 2022, 11:57:26 PM
it is probably the best way to promote the site, why wouldn't impersonators do the same.

Actually, their first purpose is not promoting it on the blog they only need is the DA or the domain rating of blog website to easily rank up fast on the first page of Google.
The guru99.com have high DR based on ahrefs checker with lots of backlinks so if one of the fake website link to this blog site there is a big impact on the SERP and easily placed on the first page of Google.

The only thing that I noticed is how and why guru99 linked a fake website?

I search a bit with their website and end up on this link below

Code:
https://www.guru99.com/advertise-us

It seems the fake website hires them to advertise on their blog.
2796  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Fake ChipMixer review? on: July 12, 2022, 11:24:36 PM
I tried to search but I found the chipmixer with .xyz extension and the #2 URL is the darknet one.

I tried to check the chipmixer keyword with Ahref and actually the keyword is not yet congested. If you create a new website with the same keyword a little effort of SEO can rank up the website easily on the first page of the Google results. And even I can easily rank up with that keyword.

Most of the blogs right now with chipmixer have fake chipmixer like this blog post below
Code:
https://www.guru99.com/best-bitcoin-mixers-tumblers.html

I found almost 3 fake websites today after using that keyword.

Code:
chipmixer.pro
chipmixer.xyz
chipmixer.app

All of them are connected.

The original clearnet of chipmixer.com seems already outrank with the same keyword and it seems it is no longer at the SERP.
2797  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Need to use crypto for my online business. Any suggestions would be great thanks on: July 12, 2022, 04:17:06 PM
If the security and anonymity of your merchant website are your concern only BTCpaysever is the only option.
And add more privacy/anonymous coins like XMR or you can accept only Bitcoin and later use a mixer to receive clean coins.

And I'd like you to suggest it is easier to implement if you use CMS like Wordpress for your digital marketing because BTCpay is easy to setup there based on my experienced.
Also, BTCpay is self-hosted you need to host them with your own either in your PC or server.

the BTC you receive on BTCPay are automatically converted if I remember correctly.

Actually, it's not auto-convert it only automatically sends to exchanges and sells immediately but it seems they don't implement it yet according to this.

2798  Economy / Speculation / Re: copytrading and futures on: July 12, 2022, 03:19:30 PM
I never heard Bitget exchange so I don't think if it's safe to use their exchange I search a bit on our forum but only few threads that I found mention this.

The Bitget.com seems shady exchange there is someone here have a problem about locked BSV and he can't able to withdraw until he returns the BSV and refunded BTC.
You can read the full story from this thread below

About your plan and strategy, copytrading and futures might be working but leverage trading is very risky and copytrading always depends on the luck of the trader you are following.
So I think the risk is 80% or 70% depending on the market condition.
2799  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Is interest pledge trustworthy? on: July 12, 2022, 02:44:41 PM
Why not tell us what exactly platform you talking about or mention the website and let us check if their business is a scam?

Any investment site or Cloud mining most of them are scams and there is no 100% revenue unless you are mining with a real miner and mine with a free power source.

About attaching pictures you can't able to attach them since theymos disabled it due to abuse. You can only able to attach an image if you are a Jr. member above but you can able to put the direct image link here.

If you become a Jr. member in the future you can follow this [Guide] How to Add image on Bitcoin Talk Post?
2800  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Binance: Payment Suspended Due to Risk Management on: July 11, 2022, 11:57:08 PM
It seems it's a common issue and most of the affected users are on Binance.us if you deposit recently and withdraw just few hours or a day then you won't be able to withdraw.

According to Binance.us if you deposit recently with a Debit card the withdrawal is locked for 5 days and for bank deposits it's locked for 10 days after these you can able to withdraw them.

Did you deposit it recently? and later withdraw it?

Read this "Why Can't I Withdraw or Trade?" updated 6 days ago. And you must understand how risk management works.
