2781  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Sovryn price speculation. (Bitcoin dex) on: May 22, 2021, 03:51:19 PM
In my opinion, i think Sovryn (SOV) can hit around $2k for sure.
Because this coin is doing really well in ICO and Sovryn can become one of hiddent gems in the cryptospace.
I think that SOV can really become huge in the future and can compete with top altcoins.
They probably can once their service become booming, the problem with it though the RSK chain that's not really popular (in my opinion) and they need some kind of external support like blockchain bridging, etc.
Even now there's very little people knowing about this project, it only takes enough people knowing that defi for bitcoin exists to go as far as $2K because that's the deserving price.

the platform is not allowing us to send other tokens. you'd have to stay on rsk network for good. if you are an investor you'd have to deposit BTC inorder to trade it with rBTC, rUSDT and so on. it's entirely a secluded market that you can't get in and get out easily. limited access which you only buy rBTC on Kucoin, Bitfinex and SOV platform. its kind of new, i have to get out sold mine at $60. wish to see changes later.

I think this is what your looking for https://tokenbridge.rsk.co/

thanks. will try this to get back there once again. i have seen this before but didn't bother to use it.

it's not just $27. the chart for sov can only be seen on cointrader.pro and without an account there you'd have no chance of analyzing the market. i do not wish to see the price dip lower than $20 since the market is beginning to look greener. it will be a welcome surprise for those who are waiting though.

2782  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are the biggest crowdfunded bankroll investment casinos now? on: May 22, 2021, 07:00:02 AM
I am not a fan of crowdfunded casinos! I like crypto casinos that pay dividends, there may be several differences across the various casinos, but usually, you mine casino native tokens by playing and you stake them!
Why not? Aren't they basically the same, the only difference is that you're required to bet in order to get a piece of the house.

almost the same. they are crowdfunded i also like the casinos that pay dividends, they seem to have success somehow that as an investor you'd have to stake the tokens but not much like the bankroll. investors are much like speculating and investing a token for a single use case and that's for receiving dividends, the more you have the bigger your share of dividends.

2784  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I don't find any flaws for BTC except this one... on: May 22, 2021, 03:11:41 AM

the headline i saw the other day on Australian news was that Elon is satoshi. Elon must have hate BTC so much because his PayPal company was beaten by cryptocurrency and if he was the one who created BTC, he could actually destroy BTC and the entire crypto industry so why did he not do it but instead play dogefather?

he'd be rethinking claiming he is satoshi because the government had his ass already.

2785  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Time to Decide: Are You an Investor or a Gambler? on: May 22, 2021, 02:08:06 AM
That's right, right now, when the price of bitcoin is in such a big decline. If it were me, I'd buy it!
I'm investor, but actually maybe a gambler.  Grin Because bought bitcoin not with analysis but with something like this, event or news or any condition and don't know what will happen or maybe just guess without any analysis. I think it can be considered gambling to me.

This is not gambling because you have basis before you buy Bitcoin. Gambling is buying random coin without giving a shit on both fundamental and Technical analysis. Events and News are both a fundamental analysis which you are not aware though. All good if you are buying Bitcoin for now. Only future trading is the gambling when you are buying Bitcoin.

i'd like to see it as gambling since i gamble my investment while not exactly knowing where the market goes in the next few months which i plan to cash out. if things turn out to be different i'd get out before losing it all. what goes on in crypto market today is very uncertain but i'd gamble in holding it a bit longer.
2786  Economy / Speculation / Re: From trader become holder because the market is crashing on: May 22, 2021, 01:49:26 AM
holding is an option this bear market if you are a full time trader. there are still few options to profit that you may consider doing. margin traders are like leechers in the market who constantly earn whichever the trend goes so if you are going to play the risk, trade on margin.  gamblng still is an option or try the binary option.
2787  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Manny Pacquiao vs Errol Spence Jr on Aug 21 in Vegas on: May 21, 2021, 11:17:24 PM
He didn't get any exhibition fight so he resorted to a riskier fight.

the difference between Pacquiao and Floyd. the riskier the more exciting the result could be. at age 42 he still fights someone who can potentially knock him down to the end. unlike Floyd who just does the exhibition. very risky for Pacquiao but then he already has 7 losses, nothing to lose any more since he had proven himself many times.

2788  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Feel Pressed Something while Gambling on: May 21, 2021, 02:36:45 PM
I've heard and even experienced pressure in gambling but so much that you pee or shit in a public place, well never quite that much. In fact on a funny side when I am gambling and suppose I am watching NBA and it's towards the end then I would rather hold my pee and would do it once the game ends. I guess that's the advantage online gambling has over offline gambling.

Imagine being the next person to walk in to play and you see such stuff lol that must be a horrible feeling. I was enjoying reading the comments in that video you shared and they are so funny man. Someone said, he doesn't let shit get in between him and gambling Grin.

By the way, I was wondering since I haven't gambled at offline casinos, do these casinos and machines don't have those facilities nearby and maybe a pause or something so you can continue after a break Wink.

holding pee normally happens but pooping is extreme. he just can't live for awhile and then come back. pooping that way without washing or tissue feels shit. i'm the one feeling the discomfort.

i think the guy is losing. he wants to win his money back, never minding the camera he just shit there because he's not leaving. in his mind, atleast he have pooped the place. got even!! 😁
2789  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: buying crypto currencies and then travelling on: May 21, 2021, 02:21:44 PM
its what makes crypto easy to bring because all you need is the private key or the pnemonic seed you can already cross without worrying bringing  cash thats more than 10k. you will also not be able to do it with gold.

it looks u safe writing the keys multiple times on multiple papers, highlighting words in a book works for me.

don't it need a search warrant before they can scan your smartphone?
2790  Economy / Speculation / Re: What goes up must come down on: May 21, 2021, 02:01:02 PM
Without a doubt those investors who recently crashed and got burned will be far more cautious and pass on their tales of loss to new investors. (Otherwise they'll be bound to repeat their past mistakes adinfinitum.)

those in the margin trading got burned the most. at 40k its becomes confusing to analyse the trend as to where it will gl from there.

when the price drop from 52k to 30k, jerome powell then announces that cryptocurrency isnt reliable dus to price volatility and then talks about cbdc. this is very timely.
2791  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would you transfer 700BTC back in their hands? on: May 21, 2021, 06:27:09 AM

what would be the ground for the lawsuit in this case?

this is the best feature of crypto is that it's irreversible. so if you are not careful and currency is sent, there is nothing else to do but let go. blockfi pleaded for its return. can't blame the user for not returning them, it's a chance of a lifetime, and with 700BTC anyone with that amount today can live comfortably just about anywhere. hope to see an update if it's returned.
2792  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Justin sun is now the Hero in crypto world on: May 21, 2021, 05:04:32 AM

not sure why he considers Justin a Hero. he hasn't done anything else yet but dine with warren. in order for Justin to be a hero, he has to pump TRX up. the holders will be much grateful to him for doing that. he isn't very active in tweeting actually but it's good that he keeps it to himself now, it would be good for crypto.

I will never forget the video of him and another crypto influencer laughing about Tron as a jokecoin and shitcoin or something. And then buying BTT and also even buying the great Steemit and turning it into a pile of crap,,, it is like everything he touches has become bad. It is a good thing Bitcoin cannot be affected by this guy. Sorry but he is not a hero.

the one thing i can't forget what he did to the Oikos project. that he extort them to sell the price for 0.02 so it could be listed on TRX market. oikos was excluded on tron blockchain when the team didn't give what he asked.

2793  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Tank Davis vs Barrios - June 26 on: May 21, 2021, 04:18:47 AM
I'm not too excited about this fight. Tank has some great options at 135 but he continues to avoid those fighters. He is only fighting secondary champions to polish his resume but we know the WBA just hands out titles like it's nothing, they have 3 champions per weight class. It really does not mean anything that he is a "world" champion in 4 weight classes. If they want to make him a pay-per-view star and selling out stadiums then he should be fighting against legitimate champions.

He can't avoid those 135 lbs, sooner or later those are going to move up as well. Teofimo Lopez for one has shows intentions to go to 140 after the Kambosos fight, so we will see. But I agree that this is a cherry pick fight for Davis. The solid WBA champion is Josh Taylor, they just have to give up another so called belt and now Davis has the chance to annex that and call himself a three division champion. And I want to see if he can take a punch as well coming from a legit 140 pounder, which might re-hydrate to 150 lbs fight night.

that might just what Davis thinks but barrios isn't easy. barrios is a very careful fighter and will just wait to counter. he could be thinking that way because barrios aren't as famous as him. wanna see Floyd's face when Davis lay flat on the floor.

it's not easy to come out of the comfort zone like moving up a weight class. some boxers can't adapt quickly and resulted in a loss.

2794  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: What's your favorite way to earn Cryptos? on: May 21, 2021, 02:58:51 AM

certainly not faucets nowadays. staking is probably the most favorite way for holders as i do just stake some of the tokens i planned to hold for long time. whether you only have a few to tons of the token as long as you plan to hold for long-term investment, staking will be good. for most high-ranked users in the forum, i guess is a signature campaign.  Farming on Defi is actually a great way to earn cryptos, this is if you can risk.

2795  Economy / Speculation / Re: Winter is here.... on: May 21, 2021, 02:11:08 AM
the fud starts again. bears could be coming indeed so just be prepare to turn your coins to stablecoin. US citizens are trapped however because Biden suggested 10KUSD has to be reported for its subject to tax. so much to speculate in crypto we are just not sure where things will go because if FED is panicking to regulate the rise of cryptocurrency, they are also printing a lot of money.
2796  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Risks from large financial institutions entering the crypto market . on: May 20, 2021, 01:47:22 PM

it must work both ways. youd be grateful the large i stitutions are coming because cryptocurrency will be widely accepted. you  can now say to the people who says Bitcoin is a scam that Paypal is now a platform for which a user can buy BTC.

but at the same time, big swings in the market price will occasionally happen because these institutions are accumulating by manipulating the market.
2797  Economy / Gambling / Re: Very immoral marketing strategy. on: May 20, 2021, 01:40:03 PM
Let the loser cry but the mature gambler won't fall from those traps.

We must consider Gambling is one of the most Criminal Loved place in which means all the evil forces are inside to make money , so if you are not ready for this then find place where you can enjoy without risking being fooled or Lured.
Not everyone who is angry are bad and not everyone who is smiling are good, its just the way how they are so we should never consider the gambling is a criminal activity and people who are gambling are criminals.

It's just for everyone, so don't miss the fun out there.

its a fine line in marketing because the goal is to make people join the casino and become a gambler. nothing can be called crime when its not violating a law. its just the ness we see on tv today, the badder and exagerrated the news is, the more it gets interesting fod viewers but in reality its just exagerrated by the tv station kinda marketing.

if you got tempted and signup and then your credit card details are stolen, thats when you can consider there is a crime.
2798  Economy / Economics / Re: Risk of Scarcity. on: May 20, 2021, 01:27:20 PM

watching the news all the time will help you see how these trade wars are going to affect economies. the grocery stores normally is filled with unlimited products but today there are stores that has empty shelves. scarcity of toilet papers was the first to be reported when pandemic started.

there is actually a token project that tries to solve  Supply Chain Management (SCM) and thats Vechain (VET). i have no updated information about the project but their token is pretty bullish.
2799  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online gambling becomes popular on: May 20, 2021, 01:18:18 PM
...

I think it's not only Covid 19 that is driving online gambling to become more and more popular...

Online gambling is increasingly popular because it really makes it easier for us, we can do anything and be anywhere while gambling only with a smartphone or laptop. online gambling will continue to grow.

I disagree.

COVID-19 is the one who boost it up, because people have no choice but to stay at home to obey health protocols and to make sure they are safe from the virus, that is why they adapted online gambling, for example is Online Sabong here in our country where they would conduct s live cock fighting and people will put bet on whichever cock they like. Mode of payment is via GCASH (an online wallet) if I'm not mistaken.
I have the same thoughts. There are also new gamblers during this pandemic who just got really bored because of lockdowns and quarantines that just want to have entertainment. Online Live cockfighting really got its trend during the pandemic and even now, more and more players where keep playing it because people love how easily it works.

It's not just the new gamblers who were born during the pandemic but there are also many new casinos and gambling platforms that were made.

gone are the days of cockfighting kristos, online cockfighting is prefered nowadays! 😄  did you guys tried martingale to this cockfighting? 😬 i've seen that cockfighti g site buf didnt try it, it needs referral before you could actually bet.

the ones who normally engage to cockfighting before pandemic, just travel miles to another town every weekend
in order to bet but since gathering is forbidden, organizers found ways to make it online. thanks to covid they learned to gamble online not just watching porn.

2800  Economy / Speculation / Re: Angry on: May 20, 2021, 05:57:32 AM
I am angry rn I knew I should execute all my crypto yesterday when China anounced ban.
Happens with the best of the traders. Important thing is that you learn your lesson from this. Governments tend to oppress crypto when it goes up and this brings the price down again, a type of feedback loop that makes the traders suffer for their euphoria on seeing high prices, I concur that this is a important lesson for everyone to know when to sell.

Of course it is never possible for anyone to predict when a country might take a negative approach to crypto but when prices are high make it a point to at least sell a fraction of your holding to cash out and wait for the drop to happen.

Quote
Now all my crypto 30% down.  and it will take 3 years to recover.
Now that is BS. Crypto can go up and down within hours. You cannot declare an absolute number like that in this market. True that price may drop even more but rise will happen with time. Three years is a long way, many more things might happen in a year.

china is the only one doing it. The banning isn't really new, its the same rules but the news media just recycled the news. countries today are more into solving covid problem than anything like currency problem. Palestine wanna solve peace in their country, not about crypto. there is just much to solve like political instability than playing around with cryptocurrency. India today forgets about cryptocurrency law but accepts Vitalik's donations which is from cryptocurrency.

actually 40% down. but its gradually growing up again. if OP had sold, he could have grown his holdings so yes he has the right to get angry at binance. or to elon probably?  Grin
