I completely agree. The worn coins / airtit is an asset in this case.

Agreed, surprisingly good advice in that link. I see many of these qualities in my default escrow agents and lack of those qualities in escrows I would never ever use.

You should always put a time stamp in your signed messages.
Generic messages can be misused.
