281  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which one is the best to earn more? airdrop or bounty? on: April 17, 2020, 05:53:03 PM
How much you can earn in airdrop and bounty? Which is the fastest way in earning?

95% of both airdrop and bounty are not even reliable nowadays, scam airdrops and bounties are just too much.  To me bounties definitely pay more than airdrops, because scammers create airdrops more than bounties.  But if someone hit a very good airdrop, it may even cover up for many bounties that have wasted ones time.
282  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is BCNEx is turning to a scam Exchange? on: April 16, 2020, 08:28:38 PM
So here we go again, Many projects that seen to have a potentials and could urn into something big ing thw futures have turned into scam and even exchanges are following the trends. One of those projects that I thought it would compete with others big exchanges is BCNEX. Here is what happened, I logged in and traded all my balances including those I got from their bounty campaigns and asked for withdrawal( Jan 22,20200) and up until now my request is still pending. I have tried contacting their support and noone answered my email, I went to their telegram group but unfortunately it is deleted. With all these happening I don't think investors will have an appetite of investing in a project knowing that they could be scammed and don't be able to get their money back.

BCNEX has totally turned into a scam exchange.  Since the time I have withdrawn my asset there and converted it to ETH, I have not receive the ETH till now and it's over two months now.  Where is the $13m they claimed to realise during ICO? I guess it was a big lie.  I didn't know this exchange would later turn out this way.
283  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trust Wallet Token discussion. on: April 16, 2020, 08:28:01 AM
Trust Wallet is the famous and most downloaded wallet right now. Everybody knows they've already issued their BEP2 based utility token Trust Wallet Token (TWT). They recently distributed tokens from referral campaign. Almost 63.5K holder currently holding their TWT tokens. I've also received my referral earnings.

What your perception on TWT token? What will be the probable value when Binance list TWT token?

I have also received my share of the TWT recently.  My hope is just high on it, especially because of the plan to be listed on binance.  However, I  was hearing news that they are not planning to list any soon.  I hope it is listed with a good price.
284  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Well Organized Scam Projects on: April 16, 2020, 07:44:49 AM
How can we safe ourselves from well organized scam projects? Some projects are so well crafted and in the end they scam people, to my own understand research doesn't help here at all, use case, whitepaper, team, every thing are so real and make sense, please give advice about this

At times, one may not be able to avoid all scam projects, even the wisest of the investors or hunters may not be able to, but if one is able to avoid about 95% of scam projects, then it is a good thing.
Part of the points I want to add is that, we should consider the integrity of the bounty manager handling such project, what was his or her past achievement when it comes to delivering good bounty projects.  There were some BM that 3 out of the last 5 projects they executed have not paid people and without the hope of paying, the same BM is coming up with another project again, then we should be careful.  Another caution is that, we should be careful of too much sweet promises from the projects.  There are some promises or plan that seems almost impossible.  When we are seeing all these too sweet promises, then we should take some caution.
285  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Market stability is not ascertain. We might fall again on: April 15, 2020, 04:41:02 PM
As a result of the current world crisis regarding the pandemic virus spread that have ravaged the world and still not stopping. this has affected global markets including stocks, fortunes, commodities, oil prices. everything is crashing. a lot of accounts has been liquidated on trading platform. within two weeks. billions has dissappeared due to current virus crisis.

As long as this persist, we are not sure how long the market will survive. there is little hope. everyone needs to be careful. when to move funds. Most countries are already in deflection. the situation is making matters worst. it looks like the end of the world.
Honestly, 2020 was not what we all expected.

Whether there is crisis or not, one of the characteristics of crypto market is instability.  Though the crisis may have little influence but this has been the nature of the crypto market.  This was even proven with the rising  in the price of bitcoin and major altcoins even in the midst of this pandemic.  So market forces determine to the large extent what happened to the crypto market rather than the crisis.
286  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cheating or Not? on: April 15, 2020, 03:24:52 PM
Cheating or NOT Cheating?

Coming from altcoinstalk forum I've experience few projects going against their own rules like saying on promotion page that no KYC will be required and after promotion ends they tell promoters to go and open account on an exchange and pass KYC, what can this be called? Cheating? Any consequences for such projects on this forum? Thank you.

The thing is that, in most of the cases, it is what the developers ask the bounty manager to do that will stand.  Initially it may not be part of the rules, but probably when the team see that the project received a lot of attention from the investors, they may decide to introduce KYC, which at times is to get rid of some people who might have been in possession of their token/coin illegally or hunters that with multiple accounts.  In few occasions, the power of KYC might be delegated to the bounty manager who would have included it in the bounty rules in most of the cases.
287  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Browser extensions can steal bitcoin on: April 15, 2020, 02:34:43 PM
Its been a long time since ive knew that browser extensions are bad news and in fact they should consider red flags, you can easily get viruses on your pc or even spyware but the latest news about these so called browser extensions is they can be used to steal your coins, consider this a warning for those who use chrome and mozilla firefox browser extensions regularly. I came across the warning while surfing the internet today.

Browser extensions can help scammers steal your crypto Casa CEO Jeremy Welch warned the audience at the Baltic Honeybadger conference in Riga this weekend.

Sorry i couldn't drop link to the full news because i got the warning news from pivot news which would require you to download app before reading any news, share this warning with friends and crypto fans especially newbies

Thanks so much for the information. I do make use of many ads on, though I have never had a sorry experience with any of them.  Nevertheless, some ads on are purposely designed in order to get access into someone's privacy for one purpose or the other.  We should just be more careful about the type and source of the ads on we want to you.

289  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trust wallet rocks on: April 09, 2020, 08:22:13 PM
I used to be so obsessed with coinomi wallet because it support many altcoins, maybe because I find it more better than myether and copay and later I decide to try trust wallet, I was surprised that right after importing my private key all my altcoins are ready for me including every single ERC20 tokens I own, Trust wallet get rid of adding tokens manually and in fact it shows every price of the tokens that are listed and trading, now I can't stop loving the wallet, way better than coinomi now

I have also used trust wallet and really satisfied with it. Easy and simple to use. Transactions is very convenient on trust wallet than on imtoken.  Besides, there are also occasional airdrops hosted by trust wallet, a recent example was TWT.
290  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shit Exchanges, an end to good projects. on: April 09, 2020, 05:21:09 PM
It is almost impossible to believe that after developing a good project which might likely succeed because of the product, some so-called developers and teams will still go ahead and list in a shit exchange all in the name of reducing the listing fund or all in the name of no fund to list in the big exchange, if you cannot afford good exchange, why not continue with the development of the project to be able to attract the right investors, why rush to a shit exchange. So many projects that could have succeeded have been buried by shit exchange, and if you care to know, you are the reason why we still have shit exchange because the owners of shit exchange knew that some daft developers and team will surely come and list their projects. Why will someone prepare a good meal and then decide to keep it in a cabinet full of cockroaches? Wake up.

I think pressures from the investors at times is part of the forces that make developers to list on shit exchange.  Some investors don't care at all, they just want to dump what they have bought especially if the bonus is huge let say 40%.  When developers try to make community understand at times on the need to exercise patience in order to get good exchanges, people will think they are running away.  So, investors and hunters sometimes contribute to that.
291  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Looking for legitimate airdrop / giveaway on: April 09, 2020, 08:48:33 AM
Pls suggest me legitimate airdrop and giveaway or where i can find list of airdrop.
I am looking for airdrop that listed in exchange it doesn't matter how much its price or at least token from exchange that you can use to trade in thier exchange.
Even twitter giveaway if you know one pls comment here.
Thank you

Finding a good pay airdrop nowadays is almost an impossible task. I have participated in almost 20 airdrops this year, I have only realised a meagre amount of dollars.  However, a friend just told me yesterday that I can also try out giveaways, then he gave the links of some giveaways he was currently participating in.  I have also tried out some of the airdrops links given by other members above, some of them are good though, just that the payment is very low.

Which Altcoins Should Be Watched Closely in 2020
As the year 2020 started with boom in crypto currency after almost 1 and half year silence. Some of the ALTS shown great progress that includes ICX and some others. Can i ask experienced fellows here ,which are the ALTS that looks promising in 2020,Thanks

There are some altcoins to be watched actually, but we can't categorically conclude that they are going to satisfy our expectations.  However, I will love to pay attention to Origin (OGN) and Dabanking (DAB).  I have been watching the progress of these two altcoins and few others for a while and I think they have some survivability potentials.
293  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: To All Bounty hunters on: April 08, 2020, 09:56:07 AM
Many find it hard to invest any money on bitcoin or altcoin but now that we are in a good crypto year I think its wise if you hold few good top coins but if you don't have any money make sure you hold parts of coins or tokens you earned from bounty, remember what happened to most bounty rewards in 2017? I feel same thing will happen this year, I still see people who hold GowithMi tokens and they are happy holding it, just a piece of advice

But make sure they are good projects, some bounty projects are better dump off than holding them, you have to find that out yourself, example of good bounties was Tokoin, Gowithmi, Sero, TemTum, they are worth holding, thanks

Yeah, it is a very good advice.  I have held several coins I got from bounties for some months because I saw the potential for greatness in them.  At the end of the day I did not regret doing so.  I am someone that don't sell bounty rewards quickly like that, I use to do some monitoring to decide on what to do with them.  I am not an hasty dumper.
294  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to escape loss as an altcoin trader on: April 08, 2020, 07:16:44 AM
I want to assume that there are few people, who make several profits from trading altcoins, but sell their profit to bitcoin, and then over time while holding bitcoin, it dumps and their profits dips alongside bitcoin.

Why not do it this way ?
Since you trade mostly in altcoins, as soon as your make your profits, sell them to stable coins or fiats, close that trade chapter.

If you are passionate about hodling bitcoin, always convert to usdt or other stable coins and be patient for a fair entry point. Because the market isn't running away

What do you think everyone ? is there a better pattern that can be practiced?

I am open to more suggestions.

It is almost impossible to avoid loss totally in trading, loss is part of risks taken in trading.  What I could have said is mitigating loss as a trader.  Loss can definitely be reduced to the nearest minimum by taken some precautions and through experience.
1.  Don't be greedy: once you get some gain from that investment, it's OK. Don't wait until everything is forfeited
2.  Don't put your whole eggs in one basket.  Spread your potential loss or risks across investments and not just one.

General information about CoronaVirus Token.

Hello my Discord name is criptonprivate#6815
Originally the project was based in the idea of incentivize the adoption of the token to help the victims of the Corona Virus around the world :Earth_Americas.
The total supply is very small, only 1 million tokens.  We do not know the complete course of this project or how fast its adoption can be but as a community, we can discuss and make plans together and decide the projects future.
This is a totally decentralized project so no owners.  The community will own it.
Fell free to recommend or promote the project with friends and family and any ideas you may have may be discussed in the Discord Chat under the Public Chat channel.

Phase 2 of the token is to turn it into a collectable, specially due to the limited supply of 1 million tokens.  This will stop the inflation of the project so the adoption of phase 2 would be easier to manage as a community and more valuable as the collectables are born.   We have other ideas but we need the community to get involved and help us with the ideas to make this a totally decentralized project.  You may post your ideas on the Public Chat or DM me if you wish on Discord.  Thanks.

I think we have heard enough about this scam project.  I am highly disappointed to still find people still talking about this shit and scam project.  It was last week that the team members and other developers ran away and close all their social media accounts.  Why are you still bringing up this issue again.  This is not good at all.
296  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think 40% bonus is too much for early Investors? on: April 06, 2020, 03:42:46 PM
In some cases where a token price crashes soon after listing on the Exchange, the blames has over time been attributed to the bounty hunters and sometimes to early investors that received certain bonuses.

Do you think 40% bonus for early investors is too much and capable of crashing token price?

Most of the crashes in the price could be attributed to early investors rather than bounty hunters. Even if bounty hunters are involved, it will be few.  Even if bonus are to be given for the investors, it should be done in such a way that it won't affect the price negatively.  To me 40% bonus is too much. Investors will just dump it immediately it is listed on any exchange.  There is no way too much bonus will not affect price negatively.
297  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: characteristics of fraudulent projects on: April 06, 2020, 02:11:48 PM
when investors and the crypto community already believed, but the team said differently!
- The team did not respond well to the crypto community.
- The team is very shady and does not provide updates about their projects on the telegram & social media channels.
- The team plans to take a vacation
- The team blocked accounts one by one from each community who questioned about the development of the project.
- and finally you are banned in this group  Grin

it's so annoying, how you feel?  Roll Eyes

Well, these are good parts of the characteristics or red flags towards a bad project.  However, some may not even do these and still turn out to be fraudulent at the end of the day.
One thing we should also look out for is "unrealistic promises or vision"
Don't fall easily for some seems impossible promises of some projects.  When you observe critically and you are able to conclude that the promise or mission of that project seem to be unrealistic, then it is a red flag on it's own.
298  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Binance charity launches with $1million donation. on: April 06, 2020, 01:06:40 PM
When it comes to emergency help in crypto it's binance who are always stepping front, binance charity launches global $1million as a donation to fight against COVID-19. The funds will be mainly spent on medical equipments where people are desperately looking for that, Just before few months they donated 1million for the bush fire happened in Australia and now for medical emergency, guys I am overwhelmed and humbled to these team binance exchange....longlive guys...

https://www.google.com/amp/s/cointelegraph.com/news/binance-charity-launches-global-crypto-against-covid-initiative-with-1-mln-donation/amp

That's so thoughtful of binance exchange.  This generosity is attributed to the responsible management and the whole community of this reliable exchange.  They've always step up in one way or the other in time of crises.  Other big exchanges are also implored to follow the footstep of binance.
299  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: New Fiat currencies on Exchange on: April 05, 2020, 02:25:50 PM
That's a very good news to hear. I have heard of the inclusion of Nigerian Naira on binance, but I didn't know some other fiat currencies have been added.  However, this crash is not a good news because the exchange is trusted by multitude and they need to do something to prevent future occurrence.
300  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think are the potential benefits of the present crisis for crypto? on: April 05, 2020, 01:39:10 PM
Yes, good observation. There are always good and bad sides to every situation.  This present situation of pandemic could have made several national governments who had earlier refused to adopt crypto revisit their thoughts and see how they can balance up between fiat and digital currencies.
