In one post I figured we can have 302 lines. I will create a fresh new topic with 20 to 25 reserved spots once we will have final checked paste.ee file. I guess I can handle the rest anyway.
You can also do it by reserving post in 2nd or 3rd post. Just use OP to link those reserved post. Isn't theymos going to implement a way to link an address with account. I think I have read it somewhere earlier. Can't remind where I have read. Are you doing it easier for theymos  |

I think you are right. Banned user will get direction of recovering account after sending a mail. Therefore, there is no necessity of creating a thread in meta. |

Are all the merit sources getting the same amount every month?
No. Different sources get different amount of sMerits. Some sources get 10 sMerits too. d5000 used to get 10 sMerits, don't know the current amount though. There are also merit sources receiving only 10 sMerits per month, which isn't exactly helping to solve the problem.
I don't know who are you talking about. I would appreciate you if there was a statement. I think that applies to the newest group of Merit sources that didn't apply explicitly for that task. Me, for example.Do we have to use up our source sMerits before we get replenished?
Yes. As per theymos, sMerits should be given out before it get replenished. It's better to spend more amount in a quality post than hoarding it. ~ if they have decent posts, by all means, give them the 250 or 500 merit that they need to rank-up. Theymos mentioned same message in another post too. I could not able to find it. Will add later if I find. |

It's not the first time. I don't think someone should make it a criteria while meriting a post. It dismisses the purpose of the whole merit system. It's a kind of giveaway and JC don't like merit giveaway too, afaik. |

1 - Who is going to verify that every link is accurate?
2 - So if a scammer just ignores that thread, they can't be tagged?
1. System will check whether both of them have replied in the respective thread. For example, I have created a thread in marketplace for buying something. You as a NON-DT member can only provide feedback if you have replied in that thread. Now, if some random person gave feedback, it will be same as of now. No one gonna care. 2. If a scammer don't create a thread even, or don't make a reply in any thread, how will we even know that he is scammer. Also, DT can provide feedback. And the link will verify the proof. I just have mentioned that I have observed this system in another forum although there was no DT in that forum, lol. If someone is offering a ROI of 50% a day or advertising a bitcoin doubler, you don't need a trade to take place to know they are a scammer.
Again, point 2 can handle this. If someone offers such kinda ROI with a thread, feedback can be given easily by DT. |

I can't see a lot of problem with the current trust system. We might have a little portion of invalid feedback from DT (I'm not sure if it exists in realityI'm not sure such kind of feedback exists, I have edited this sentence since people may think I have talked about DT existence, lol.). Despite this little amount of invalid feedback, we the normal member are getting a vast number of valid feedback which is vety helpful for us. I would prefer to stay with the current system with a little edition if theymos/community agrees.
1. You must have to provide a reference link, of course it will be from marketplace.
2. The person whom you are going to provide feedback must have to reply on that thread, it ensures a deal was happened. Applies for DT only.
3. If you are not in DT, both the person have to create a reply on that thread so that a 3rd party can't provide an invalid feedback.
I got this system in another forum and found it quite nice where invalid feedback can't be given.
If someone is talking about moderating feedback-
1. Everyday hundreds of new post will be created in meta.
2. Theymos have to trust a few moderators (a few can't cover it though) which seems impossible. If you look at the current recovery system, you will realize why theymos will not give the power to someone for moderating the trust system.

We can add/change some message on different option like creating new thread, posting plagiarism, etc. which will lead us less spam. |

Poof, that sooner might be more than 6 months or even a year or even it will not be implemented.
Since there is no update from theymos, we can only assume/expect to have it sooner. Theymos himself has said that it may be implemented by the end of this year. Since he said, I think it will be implemented sooner. Also, I think there should be no hurry. We need a perfect solution. It will be an automated system and therefore, it will defenitely take a lot of time to complete the coding perfectly. |

You know what I just wish you a merry Christmas, If you are lucky you might get your account probably 3 months after you've sent an email with your proof of verification but if not then that might take you more than 5 months or years.
If the automated system is implemented, it will not take longer time like now and as per hiriousandco, we can expect it by the end of this year which is almost ended. Therefore, we can expect it sooner. You should probably just wait and hope that theymos implements the automatic recovery tool which he said should be ready by the end of the year, because your account just realistically isn't going to be recovered otherwise unless cyrus mysteriously starts to restore them or more staff are given access to do so.

Those are users who have been nuked because of spamming or other reason. And those merits are airdropped merit, only exception is the one who got 77 merits. It will not be fair to tag someone only because of your doubt from posting history. In 2012, I definitely would not write such kinda English what I am writing now. When you keep growing, a lot of thing will change along with your writting style, this happens mostly on the people who are not from a native English speaker. Most of the people who are from not native English, they keep learning English and the writting style keep changing gradually. Therefore, I would not support to tag this account. Let's have some accurate proof that this account is hacked.

It depends on your post quality after all. Why do you think you are stuck in while you are posting in altcoin ann? For your info, most of the people who care about the forum, don't like the altcoin discussion garbage mostly. I personally rarely visit altcoin boards just because I don't find anything worthy. I believe most of the merit sources also don't visit those boards. I can remember only once I had seen suchmoon to give merit someone in altcoin boards. You may post quality posts on that board but people don't see those because of the garbage. Therefore, possibility of getting merit from that board is near zero. I have seen you to post on other board too but I didn't find one to spend a merit there. |
