AMT,

I sent you my request for RMA. I sent you machine LAST month, and you have received them (confirmed by Josh). I was told it would take a week at most. Please reply ASAP, I have given you ample time (Also have emailed your sales department).

~Casey

Get the JAG office up his ass. I know he's defrauded veterans (my self) and National Guardsmen (myself)  as well as active duty service members (your self).

My pool is still sitting at a lonely zero. Though josh said it would be back on within a couple of hours since they moved it to the other side of the data center. That was days ago.

Josh was in China then. Where the fuck is this supposed data center?

The moon. They power the data center with solar, and cool the data center in moon caves.

Out of curiosity has ANYONE gotten their miner? Besides the one person? I'll hazard a guess and say no here. But it's shippedTM.

Nope.
285  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: New Official AMT Thread on: August 10, 2014, 05:19:13 AM
I'll make my weekly monday call to DHL and see if there is anything on the way. That will be the 11th and with a two day shipping should be here on the 13th. I'm some hoe now assuming that it will arrive by then. I hope that isn't the case though.
286  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: New Official AMT Thread on: August 09, 2014, 10:16:50 PM
So did anyone get the cloud mining for 1TH?
I did and it mostly was a good 900-1100ghs. That is it was until Friday when it went poof... Huh
Is back up now.

Not for me....still down.
I haven't gotten any. Send message to amt with pool info, but got nothing.

Nothing here also, not even a response! He said they had seven more spots available. I was the first to respond. No reply at all!

I am into this for 12k! Two 1.2 th machines! I worked very hard for that money!! And Nothing to show for it, SEVEN Months later!!

The lower machines are getting upgrades and we get nothing! Come on! We spent more money and waited the same amount of time!!!

Seems to me for every 1.2 th machine we should get one for free.

Technically, we should be upgraded to the 2.4TH, but that won't roi so we should be upgraded to the 3.2 th, but that won't ROI so really we should get at least 1 3.2 and one 1.2 for every order for him to fulfill the MPP as it is written on the site.

That should secure close to ROI in the 6 month time frame specified.

Mine is still down.
288  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: New Official AMT Thread on: August 09, 2014, 06:38:27 AM
I did had it for approx 30 some hours, where it steadily hashed at 1 to 1.1 th/s. So if this is the product they are sending it looks like it will work well, it just doesn't address all the issues with MPP and what not.
289  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: AMT users thread. on: August 08, 2014, 08:48:10 PM
Phin, you really should cool it with all the racisty sounding shit it didn't work out well for you last time. I doubt it will this time.
290  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: New Official AMT Thread on: August 08, 2014, 04:43:23 AM
When my machine arrives, apparently on some random day without my knowledge, I'm fully welcome it. My hope is to hash and make some of my loss back.

I do look forward to seeing what the compensation plan AMT has in place is.
LOL

Fuck the bullshit.  AMT is full of crap.  Don't be fooled by another lie.  They are actively deleting posts.

USED a shipping agent, not DHL directly. It was cheaper.

Wow!  I somewhat believed that AMT would make everyone "whole".  After this comment I am afraid that everyone is fucked.  What a shitty move by AMT.

Enough is enough.  If anyone has a recent address for these pieces of shit, please PM me.  Somethings needs to finally be done.

My offer is still open.  Send me the address of these assholes and action will be taken.

I don't know your plan, or what action you would take but it sounds dangerously close to being a physical threat. All issues still being accounted for there is no reason for violence or threats of violence, I would think that should go without saying.

rik, relax.  No illegal intent meant by my comments.   I simply want to see justice served.   There was no violence stated or intended.   I guess you will need to confirm that with your "cop friend" - LOL.   You seem like another AMT shill looking to save this pathetic company.  I would encourage you to back a more reputable company or in the end, you will be seen as the fool.

I don't have any cop friends. That was someone else.

I just stated it sounded like a physical threat and others happen to agree that the tone of the message reflects that. But as with anything in written communication it's hard to tell exactly what a person mean without context that is usually given by body language and vocal cues.

If we ever do receive our miners we should use the first bit of money we make to file the small claims process.
294  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: New Official AMT Thread on: August 06, 2014, 06:57:29 PM
You seem to be unaware that we can all sue you based on the fact that you didn't properly refund us our money ages ago when legally requested it. The FTC rules very clearly state your obligations to the consumer and that you have to notify them of delays and if they don't agree you have seven days to return their money. You decided this didn't apply to you for some reason. The courts will believe differently.

Also the MPP appears to be an express guarantee you don't intend to offer, this whole situation smells of a bait and switch operation. Playing favorites and giving them cloud compensation : "Some nicer clients have recieved cloud hashing compensation while they wait for their machines." only shows that you had the ability to be compensating us this whole time, that would not look good to the courts now would it.

It's like every post you make is you digging a hole deeper and I think you dug yourself way farther down then you can climb out of.

Why would we buy anything more from you? You've not shown us you are capable of delivery of our current products. And not only that you are selling items that should be given to us as compensation under your MPP.

Just receiving the miners don't stop the hurt for you it's not even a band aid, its a call to action since you didn't deliver on your promise. These were things that were not beyond your control.

Thanks for the link. I went and checked it out and noticed you can file a mail fraud complaint through them.

I suggest anyone who sent AMT a check through the mail to file one. along with possibly a cyber crime and wire fraud complaint.

Also, thanks Rik for the "negative trust" idea.  I just added mine.

I wanted to believe AMT would fallow through, but I am done kidding myself.

I have moved on from denial and I am now smack dab in the middle of anger Angry

Edit: When I submit my trust feedback it ends up in red in their trusted feedback even though I check the box for negative feedback. anybody have any idea what I'm doing wrong?
I want it in the untrusted feedback.

You want it the trusted feedback section, it doesn't mean that you trust them now so much as it means it was a situation where you did trust them. If you click that it's a negative feedback it counts against and shows that they broke that trust.

I was hoping we could avoid the big pink highlighted stuff. The bolded solid color works fine. Just use two different colors to point out inaccuracies if you are going to start that again. There is no reason to assault innocent eyes.

It's at a point where we are better off just all suing them independently. My guess is he won't show up and we'll win by default. Then he'll just have to be tracked down for payment.
298  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: AMT Summer Garage Sale!!! on: August 06, 2014, 03:55:12 AM
won the AMT miner auction with a bid for 2x 1.35BTC and amt is backing down on the terms of the listing.  will post here with results but the auction vibe is shifty

Where was the auction?
299  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: AMT users thread. on: August 06, 2014, 03:52:31 AM
I think they are mistakenly thinking they only had one customer... not the hundreds of customers that haven't received working miners... unless they are counting the broken ones they shipped.

Nope those were recalled so our houses wouldn't burn down. It was the smartest thing AMT has done so far. Though for some reason as far as the members of the forum are aware of, mine was the only that was actually received. If other had theirs bitcoin grills received they haven't been around to let us know. Then they just told everyone to hell with it they will replace the miners and have faith that everyone will send theirs in stiil. Looks like I got suckered out of some free chips by following their procedure. I do everything as they have instructed and have documentation of that fact. So my ass should be covered if I have to bring a stand alone lawsuit.

If they pierce the corporate veil maybe I'll have a house out in PA in a year or so. I'll even sell it back to Mr. Zipkin if he would like to buy it back from me. I'll even sell it to him on favorable terms because I'm the bigger man.

It's ok I'm sure the boat had a hole. Now they hash in rapture.
