we will calculate the btc that you should mine(2% PPS) based on the total hash power you own
then minus the host fee you need to pay and send the rest btc to you each time

we will compensate all the downtime list on your monitor system this time and after this round, we will only compensate the downtime in the month many people concern about how we compensate the downtime here is our solution first, i want to point out that we will only compensate any downtime that exceed 14.4 Hours each 30 days(98% uptime) according to our user terms. second, the compensation will be sent lonely to make our accounting easy. 1)we will collect host fee on 20th each month, please pay the host fee in full according to our bill, you need complete the payment before 1th next month. 2)we will calculate downtime on 1th each month according to our monitor system and send each customer a mail with downtime to let your guys confirm whether it is correct. 3)we will compensate the downtime in full via btc, the amount of btc we need to pay is calculated according the following equation C=(T-14.4*A)*E C: The amount of btc we need to pay T: The total downtime of all of your miner in hours A: The amount of your miners E: The amount of btc that your miner should mine within one hour, we will use the average value in 30 days BTW, chengdu data center is performing yearly maintenace and will be offline for 12 hours on today and tomorrow. |

I was wondering how the offline hours are calculated.
One of my miner has been down for like 6 hours now and 2 hours are in the offline register. (Current Maintenance)
Also had a miner down for like 2 hours last week and was still showing Online in the monitoring UI but the "last update" information wasn't updated and the unit wasn't hashing This has not been reported in the offline report.

if the miner donot submit new data after 2 hours, we will mark it as offline so the offline hour will be a little delay, however, it is the same thing when it is online, so the accuracy of our record is 2 hours. |

we do set an account for each customer
now we also add one function to let you to submit pool change request
you can find it by click miner configuration tag, just below miner monitor tag
i already find two customer use this function, seem very useful

i am considering to collect the host fee also on 1th next round, so we can calculate the compensation and deduce it directly from the bill of host fee
If you want to switch to a billing cycle of the 1st to 30th/31st, why don't you make this bill run from March 20th to March 31st and we pay the new bill right now. Then you can send out another bill on the 1st for April 1st to April 30th with the offline hours adjusted. It would be logical if you are thinking about changing the billing cycle. This way, we all understand how the offline hours will be dealt with going forward. i will do this next round following your suggestion we already send hosting fee bill for this round |

To be honest, i only have 40 unit left, and one customer want them all if i set the price back to 380$. i have tryied to collect some used s5 from two-hand market, but the lowest price i got is 2600 CNY= 419$, and i also need at least 5 days to get them online and also need to take the risk if any miner have problem. if i want to get new miner from bitmain, then the price is 369$ plus 17% tax plus shipment fee, and also the miner can only be shipped out on 30th March(almost forgot i also need buy a psu too). All in all, i canot persuade me to sell the remain miner at the price of 369$ under current situation.
our profit on host fee is also very poor, i only put the miner on stable data center to avoid down time, which means that i have to pay high cost as well

I see that the AntPool has some problems overnight and half my Lee Group S5s are dead on pools 1 and 2. The other half of my miners are running just fine on the same exact pools. The Lee Group team rebooted the miners that are having pool issues for me as soon as I notified them and it doesn’t fix anything. Does anyone have any tricks that may help with this?
When I was running S5s in my garage, I could usually fix these kinds of problems by switching pools around and several reboots. Once the pools came back to life I could switch the pools back to normal and everything would be golden. Without this capability on my Lee Group miners it is difficult to do anything.
one simple way to avoid such issue is set one f2pool account as your third pool, we never have connection issue with f2pool |

we have added the fund monitor function to our system, when you login to check your miner status, you can also see the profit of our fund, which is based on the arbitrage strategy i said before, currently, we promise the profit will not lower than 1% per month, you total earning=1%+(total earning -1%)*20%
for example, like today, the fund net value is 1.0156, you will get 1+0.01+(1.0156-1.01)*20%=1+0.01+0.00112=1.01112.
Remember, 1% profit is promised, which means even we donot earning any money with this strategy this month, you will still get all of your money plus 1% interest.
