281  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Indiscipline and Greed on: March 06, 2020, 11:07:25 PM
Most traders will most likely go for higher % of profit people are not getting contended when of what they are getting. One main problem too is jealous, I've seen many people who lose their money in trading by jelous because they saw someone who earn more money than them they aimed to surpass it and just ended up them losing more money.
We traders should have a qouta that we should follow so we can climb easy and steady.
282  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can porn sites make bitcoin more popular or will it brings negative effects? on: March 06, 2020, 02:24:44 PM
Was it really illegal to use bitcoin for pornsites?
I think not. If there is something illegal about porn and cryptocurrency it is porn itself. Governments even restrict people from watching porn and blocking porn sites in their ISP. Some pornsites even accept debit/credit card payment bitcoin is still money so we are free to use it anywhere in the internet space just like fiats.
283  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Bitcoin ready for world wide 1 currency? on: March 06, 2020, 01:35:01 PM
Psh, how silly are they to get afraid of using money while they are still touching keyboards, cellphones, doorknobs etc Roll Eyes. Anyway, I understand them tho but I guess it's okay to go this way. At least it will favor on the side of cryptocurrency. If this is the only way we can achieve massive adoption then why not.

It ain't silly. Fiat money circulates. We don't know from what or where that money came from, it is even said to be the dirtiest thing in the world money. So I think it is just fine to be scared about holding money this day especially in this time where coronavirus is kicking in.

Bitcoin is ready to be the worldwide currency
I somewhat disagree with this, bitcoin still needs more development and support to be a worldwide currency this is my dream to one day that bitcoin will be a major currency but it is still seemingly impossible up to this date.
284  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Leave now or stay until replacement? on: March 06, 2020, 12:35:50 PM
Stick in what you trust. Crypto is not safe yes it is already given but if you are really trusting in crypto like many of us your beliefs and trust will not collapse. If you still feel like staying and investing in crypto is the best for you you should trust your guts and go with crypto all along. But if you want to feel safer forex is the only option you have as you said, it's either trust your belief and risk or just hop in the safer way.
285  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: PONZI SCHEME FRONTROW on: March 06, 2020, 06:25:02 AM
Kulang tayo sa research as investors kaya madaming naloloko.
286  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I am fed up with scammers and newbies. on: March 05, 2020, 03:45:48 PM

But yesterday, they announced they are going to sell Bitcoin at a 50% discount to celebrate the halving.
They already showed their agenda here why and how in this world people would fall to such a lame scam method they are offering. Celebrating halving by simply throwing away profit already sounds hilarious. Those who really bought into this act must be greedy people if there were really someone who buy to them.
I remember what my mentor said before " If it is too good to be true it aint true" and that is always true.
287  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Ethereum be taking 1st place in 2020? on: March 05, 2020, 01:02:41 PM
Ethereum is one of the strongest altcoin and one of the coins that are showing good movement this first 3 months of the year, we can expect more from ethereums price as time goes by this year but will surely not beat bitcoin in the market now. Maybe in the next few years? as when further development will be established by Vitalik to improve his coin more.
288  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is gambling a threat or fun? on: March 05, 2020, 12:06:11 PM
Gambling can easily be both threat and fun.
It varies upon the person playing and how to take his gambling session in his life. Gambling is fun that's already given but only if you are winning, some gamblers when they lose they go on rage mode trying to recover their losses and this is where gambling becomes a threat.
Gambling will just only be a threat if you get addicted to it and if you don't have self discipline, gambling is fun if you have total control about it and it is not ruining your life.
289  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Age restriction in gambling on: March 05, 2020, 10:56:02 AM
Malawi implementing that 5-year-old rule that allows you to legally gamble I think is really bad. A child at this age or let's say 5-15 years old with gambling habits will surely have the urge to steal money from their parents because for sure they don't have their own money to gamble and their studies will surely be affected because kids at that age are very vulnerable and they will surely develop a bad attitude with them being legal to gamble at this age.
290  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Location of Bitcoin ATMs in the Philippines [will update from time to time] on: March 05, 2020, 10:25:47 AM
kundi ako nagkakamali merong ATM machine located in Baguio kabayan?aa yon ay n halos kasabay ng nasa Makati ?though nung nagpunta ko baguio last 2017 hindi ko nagawang mahanap dahil sa limited time.

but while checking the google ito ang lumabas

https://forum.primedice.com/topic/27823-btc-atm-sa-baguio-city/ wala naman exact location, tingin mo kabayan legit or fake?

not so sure kung totoo to since 2017 pa ang post but will share na din.
It is quite hard to verify kabayan since ang posted lang is the machine itself. Mas madali sana maverify kung may actual place or some pictures na nasa publics view nga yung nasabing machine.
291  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Have you ever lost access to your Bitcoins? on: March 05, 2020, 09:30:54 AM
I have 3 experience of me losing access to my own wallets, the first one is when I accidentally formatted my hard drive which contains my seeds and private keys and my total holding in those wallets is approximately about 200-300$ in erc20 tokes, eth, and bitcoin. The second one is by getting hacked and lastly is later losing my nano ledger. I tried contacting supports for my wallets which I got my seeds deleted but got no reply, I just lost hope about it and just forget and move on from it.
292  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Investing on cryptocurrency is too hard for others on: March 04, 2020, 11:31:16 AM
293  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can writing how hard you worked for earning money restrict you from gambling? on: March 04, 2020, 10:24:00 AM
Realizing how hard it is to earn money and learn how to spend it the right way is a good thing. However, writing how hard you worked for a certain amount of money may not work for other people, but the good thing is it is working for you. We all have our own way of preventing ourselves from gambling some just think of their family and future and the things he really needs to keep moving on in life.
294  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: For those who wears a signature of gamble service campaigns on: March 04, 2020, 06:54:15 AM

My question is: Do you spend the money you gain with the service you are working for?

Most of the time, yes, but sometimes I don't. Sometimes I prioritize buying something else with my paycheck from my signature campaign rather than gambling with it. I occasionally gamble my earnings when I have spare and when I'm in the mood of gambling.

It depends upon the campaign requirement. Some gambling campaigns require their participants to gamble as a part of their rule.
Been doing signatures campaign for almost 3 years and I never encountered something like this rule, maybe you are referring on sites that are giving free balance which in order to withdraw you need to wager 10x the value of it. Having this kind of rule will surely kill your campaign (if such a rule really exists).
295  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Assess your gambling addiction level. on: March 04, 2020, 02:41:13 AM
I was once at almost severe level back when I was really hooked up in gambling but as I grow up and realizes what I am doing wrong I went back and made a change by myself and now I'm sure that my level today is only at the beginning again, Yes I do still gamble up to this date but I have now full control over on how much I will play and I'm just doing it for fun.
296  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Reputation at stake will you stop gambling on: March 03, 2020, 12:08:04 PM
If someone gambles just for fun and he totally has full control of his gambling habits it will not be a problem at all. Being a responsible gambler also means you are a trustworthy and responsible man. It is ok not to stop gambling because by the sound of it your friend trusts you for him giving that position.
297  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can you share at least one gambler who have become rich in gambling? on: March 03, 2020, 10:04:09 AM
Can someone name at least one cryptocurrency gambler, that become rich (or at least famous for his bets) in gambling, but not by cryptocurrency exchange rate growth ? Smiley

Anything will do. Real name or nickname, or any rumor or story about becoming rich from crypto gambling.
Being a gambling site owner is counted yes? well if you count them in I knew one, It si Bary/Baryom who is the owner of bitsler.com.
I was there from the start of that website and the development it had just shows he indeed became rich from that site. Also the other owners of the biggest gambling sites like primedice and bustabit.
298  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Students on Bitcoin or Cryptocurrency on: February 27, 2020, 03:48:35 PM
How can I start earning with doing some services or having jobs with cryptocurrency without asking the rank? but instead it's willingness at pagiging seryoso dito.
299  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do people compare betting and investing in bitcoin (in terms of risk)? on: February 27, 2020, 12:50:37 PM
Well, we can't blame them if the really saw bitcoin investing as a type of gambling. I'm also one of those who also think that all forms of investments online even in real life are gambles. Why? because there is still a huge chance of losing your money no matter how hard you study about where you are investing in. And when we take that risk we already gambling our money not just by traditional means of gambling but the concept is the same, we are risking our money in hopes of profit.
300  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you keep a spreadsheet for you wins and losses for tax purposes? on: February 27, 2020, 12:07:38 PM
The only record I have when I'm gambling is the record on the website I am playing in. I don't really tally my losses nor wins and not even for tax purposes since crypto earnings are not taxed here in my country. I only track my losses and earnings just by my  profile nothing at all
