You buy or sell from an unknow counterpart (whereas in p2p you know who you pair with). BEEB only knows your device address. No registration is required. Regarding the images it looks like a BTCTalk proxy problem. |

Now we have a bot that sells blackbytes for bytes. The sale is through a conditional payment smart contract, so the bot can't scam you.  The rate is fixed, and it is a unidirectional sale only, the bot doesn't offer the reverse exchange. The bot is already in the Bot Store. Source code: https://github.com/byteball/conditional-token-sale. You can easily change a few parameters and use it to sell your tokens. Tested and it works fine  I have one suggestion though. Instead of "Payment" (original):  I think it's clearer to use "Conditional Payment" in chat, like this (edited by me):  Why would anyone sell Blackbytes? Where are the Transaction Fees going ? Why not free like IOTA ?
IMO fees are spam protection. Can someone confirm ? yes and white paper page 6 " Fees are collected by other users who help to keep the network healthy (more details
about that later), so they stay in circulation." -> see Witnesses (the witnesses collect the charges as a reward) To understand why fees are required, it is recommended to read this as well: page 3 "Exchange rate"... From my point of view it is worth reading at least the first pages of the white paper. A network with no fee has no future (somebody, somewhere, has to pay for the network). |

I’m from Germany and really interested in using Byteball as payment for erveryday things.
Because I’ve the possibility to create T-shirts, Caps and stuff like this, I had the idea to create a small homepage or chatbot, to offer them.
I’ve already designed some samples with different versions of the Byteball-logo, etc… which I could send you per PM.

report a BEEB blackbytes excrow exchange bot bug : when I was payment bytes to buy some blackbytes that time out for batch id ,I lost all my byteball, the batch id is 351,and I lost 60500 byteball
It is not a bug. When you buy a batch it is on hold for you for 30sec to receive your payment. If not it is put back to sale. Please move to slack channel #beeb for support and post there the unit for your timed out batch buy, I will refund you. Thx. |
