Who's idea was it to make a coin that has no profit. Idiots.. Dev and CEO you haven't thought this through have you again.... It costs me about £3 per day to mine gpu coin,at the current rate i am getting 20k gpu per day. Now sell those on the exchange for $4 i just about break even.
Whats the point.... Do what everyone else is doing and mine other coins then buy on the exchange if you think there is any point..

Unlike other coins. GPU pricing sets the price of gpucoin. If the CEO wants to make his coin profitable. He will set the price of the GPU low. I say 750,000 to 1million per 280x sounds right. He doesn't even need to have the product in hand yet. Just create a webpage for his store and put "estimated gpuc price will be _________" The market will immediately correct itself. That's it. Easy peasy. Man, I wish I was in control of this coin. The price of the new GPU's will be decided by the price of the coin on the exchange, the CEO says this on the first page. That shouldn't be fixed. Bad choice if it is. Only top dog IPOs will be able to purchase them then. No one will want to mine it since it's not profitable (yet). It's not fixed if the price goes up on the exchange which I think it will you will obviously need less GPUC to purchase a new GPU for example as I stated earlier at 0.00000045 (current price) you will need 1.725 million GPUC to purchase a 280x at 0.00000450 (price coin started) you will need 172,500 GPUC to purchase a 280x this is only 8 days mining at current difficulty at 1 MH/s True, but say it stays at the current price by the time the store opens in 2 weeks. Only IPO's like myself will be able to get one. Not good for the coin. |

I'm still mining it. Getting a lot more than on launch day. Can't be a dead coin since you can pick up GPU's with it. Not sure why the hashrate is dropping though. |

The CEO can easily manipulate the market with his store. Since he will be holding 80 gpu's in which he will make a profit on each one. If I were him, I would list them at a 750,000-1million gpucoins each and limit 1 per person/household for the initial batch. That will set the current market value for each gpucoin. Then he can unload all his coins and repeat. Just skimming through the IPO list, I think there are under 80 IPOs with 750,000gpucoins, so each IPO will be able to pick up a 280x if they choose to.

I agree. Also, there needs to be a usage/purpose for this coin. Something that makes it stand out from the others. Dev. I brought up the idea of offering tours/trips to China via Fatecoin. Not sure if that is do-able. Or like open a online shop where people can get rare items only available in China or Chinatown, USA. haha |

Actually, there's a 1 GPU limit according to the store page: http://www.gpucoin.net/store.html. That's just per day though, but at least it would prevent the big spenders from emptying the stocks instantly. If he sets a 1 GPU daily limit. He should charge shipping per card per day and not combine all orders within a week or so and ship them out at once. This will limit the big dogs. He will also profit not only on the cards but on the shipping. |

Current price between 25 sats and 45 sats I wouldn't pay to much attention to the price at the moment though. As far as I'm aware store was due to open 2 weeks after launch an update would be nice though Thanks. Yeah, an update from the CEO regarding the store and GPU order status would be nice. Hopefully he is planning to order more GPU's because I don't think 80 will last very long. well if you send him money he will... (I mean you understand that he have to sell something before he can buy again ?) True, but this will sell quick. If I were him. I would of sold some of my 75million when price was high to purchase more GPU's. You can't lose money on new GPU's. |

Not sure how to mine this coin. I have 2 computers on it. Neither one is ever on the same block and when I get some immature coins, it disappears after a while. I've been at it for over 5 hours and still nothing is confirmed. Don't know how some people could get 10's of thousands of this coin. Am I missing something? I have restarted my wallet over a dozen times today. I guess fate is not on my side.  I doubt anyone has 10.000 FATE maybe someone who is mining from day 1 can have around 5k but 10.000 is hard to make! Also keep in mind that if you can lower intensity it is better somewhere in this thread fatecoin said that! As a fact I mined FATE on 3 computers for 2 days and I only got a few FATE on my home pc witch is crap compared to my work laptop or work pc  Also what version are you using? I am using 110 since I can't get 111 to work. It looks like it's missing files or something. Thanks. |

We can only assume what the dev means to tell us since his English is how our Chinese is! What we need is an English speaker that knows Chinese or a Chinese speaker who knows English!
