Putting up an 800btc wall will lead to lack of interest of this coin. Many people will hold back on participating in the CFC since they know it will only lead to a refund. You should just launch the project regardless if it doesn't meet your ridiculous expectation or not.

Many years ago when bitcoins weren't as valuable as today, I played on satoshidice. I lost bitcoin that would've been worth $20,000 today. I didn't care back then because it wasn't much but of course it pains me today.  At least you didn't pay millions for pizza. |
