You should be sympathetic to your fallen Bulls. Especially those that got a little too exuberant and went long at 100x on Bitmex at the wrong time. You should weep for your fallen Bulls. Sorry, but I find it hard to be sympathetic to people who gamble with leverage. They fall into the category of suckers, be they bulls or bears. But leverage is a good tool to make a boatload of money. Do you really think you can consistently win Monopoly by refusing to mortgage at an opportune time? I know that's a game, but how do you think Trump made much of his fortunes? Tax avoidance?? No he took out leverage through bonds and loans and then filed bankruptcy. If you want to make a boatload of cash in a proof of debt system, you go into debt. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9o0rAvZtM7wOf course, cryptocurrency isn't a proof of debt system. So maybe you are all right, and leverage isn't the best thing to do in this space.

I will demonstrate the power of leverage. You all never mortgage no matter what, and I will. After a few games, we will see who comes out winning the most.

Who sold at the bottom?
People whose longs got liquidated. Especially if using Bitmex. You people are mean. Not everyone that sells at the bottom are bears. Some are bulls who went long at the wrong time. You should be sympathetic to your fallen Bulls. Especially those that got a little too exuberant and went long at 100x on Bitmex at the wrong time. You should weep for your fallen Bulls. Especially since the rise came soon after their liquidation. https://twitter.com/BitmexRekt/status/919661856909877253

I have scanned the .exe with VoodooShield and found these:
Trojan.Win32.IRCBot not-a-virus:RiskTool.Win32.BitCoinMiner.ihhv Suspicious_GEN.F47V1002
There was a few others in there, but these were the most suspect. That Trojan IRCBot is a bit alarming. IRC allows for remote access of computer!
I downloaded the LitecoinStake wallet and did not have these files. False Positives or what???
Most cryptocurrencies use the IRC to find peers. It's probably a false positive. The bitcoin miner is standard in many of these clones of Bitcoin since they have a miner built into the wallet for the CPU. Not sure what the Suspicious_GEN.F47V1002 is about. Although these are all probably false positives, it's probably prudent to play it safe. Learn to compile the code yourself under Ubuntu. Although there is still a risk, the likelihood that someone would include trojans that run under Linux is much lower than ones that run under Windows. (Also, the chance that someone would be brazen enough to intentionally display malware code on github, for all to examine, is much lower too. Which is why you compile from source. With a prepared binary, there is no telling exactly what code it was truly compiled from.)

correction in progress Yes. Correcting quite nicely. It's starting to make last night's little dip look like a beartrap. But I wanted to buy back a little bit of my BTC satoshis at around 5100.

See, a prime example of all the weak hands. Rather than view Bitcoin Cash as a gift, they treat it like they would a cheap whore. Unfortunately, I still think there is probably still too much Bitcoin Cash in the hands of ingrates. Probably just a little bit longer until the accumulation phase can properly begin.

That's why I come to this thread, nearly daily, to receive edumacation about the self-identification of fruitcakes. Your Forums Avatar is pretty goddamn fruity. Just sayin... My fake gaydar spots an ice skating male ballerina! It is supposed to be an exaggeration of a dancer - and even if I may have had regrets in the one that I chose, I tend towards consistency - I mean not changing the avatar because I already chose it. Yeah, kind of like how many people stick to the same hairdo they chose in High School.

Not too keen. Norwegians aren't too popular in Thailand. We mainly treat that country like a sex shop, so it sounds like a tense existence.
I was under the impression that tourists of all nationalities treat Thailand as a sex shop. Have you ever been to Thailand, or do you merely traffic in stereotypes? I spent time in Thailand two years ago. I visited Bangkok and took the train to Chiang Mai, among other things. And I spent some time last year visiting friends in Stavanger, on the western coast of Norway. When I read the kind of thing I see in this thread, it makes me wonder who is doing the talking, and why they're saying such things. I'd bet 0.001 XBT that the guy who says he's Norwegian hasn't been to Thailand, and that you haven't been there either. OMG, here comes the PC police. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sex_trafficking_of_women_and_children_in_ThailandPerhaps you need to go edit censor the above Wikipedia article, since anything this unpleasant is prejudicial and far from fact. Right?

Here is the secret nobody wants you to know: Every country has a sex industry. Odds are your city has at least one brothel.
I didn't realize that was a secret. Not very well kept.

I was under the impression that tourists of all nationalities treat Thailand as a sex shop. idk, never been there. So you think I will blend in? If you are bald and fat, you may be quite the hit. I heard in the past, the more a man resembles Buddha, the more attractive they are to the youngsters at Thailand. Could be wrong though since my source was my first boyfriend who was an old toll chicken hawk back in the late 80's/ early 90s. I probably could have done better, but I was the proverbial pencil neck geek. (Still am, just not a pencil anymore.)

For all those who haven't so far, it may be a good idea to use this thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=996318.5720Post a bitcoin address (preferably one you haven't ever used - or are going to use) Sign a message with it, and post the message. Someone will confirm the message matches the address, by re-quoting it If your account is hacked, messages deleted, BTC address in profile changed etc. You should still be able to recover your account if you can resign a message from a mod. Too bad there isn't an established protocol to use a Segwit address to sign messages, yet. I do have an address posted there, but it is an address that I have used in the past.

Your picture seems to have overlooked the fact that "cybermoney" uses the state's infrastructure (internet and other facilities) with non-obfuscated traffic, centralized transaction validators (miners) that the state can easily take over or attack, and centralized exchanges. There is also the fact that blockchains don't scale to be anything more than a settlement network which is not used for daily commerce by citizens (a centralized one at that, no different than things like SWIFT that already exist).
There is also the fact that it requires orders of magnitude fewer resources to wage a police state on the digital world than the physical one, so no matter what angle you look at this from, if anyone was trying to defeat the state, they would not be doing anything digital or craptocurrency related. Using anything digital is falling right into their hands - a domain they can actually afford to run a police state in. The real future of freedom and wealth is located in the physical world with physical commodity based money (silver and gold) - a domain where you can just ignore anything the state says because they can't afford to run a police state over every km^2 of earth.
Wouldn't that include posting on this forum? After all, everything posted here is archived, and can eventually be tracked to the source with some effort. Best hole up in a retreat in Montana and fall completely off the grid. (or perhaps make your own floating country in the middle of the Ocean.)

Hi, Why is BTCC keeps on falling slowly slowly day by day? Doesn't it supposed to have strong community and miners support?
Are we going to see an additional dump after Bitcoin gold will be created?
The initial distribution of this coin went to people who supported Bitcoin Cash and also to those who did not support Bitcoin Cash. That's a lot of weak hands, dumping. Plus, it has attracted a strong contingent of "vulture miners" who only care about profit, and are willing to dump as soon as they can. If the supporters keep working on ways to improve upon the code and developing new use cases, it will work out.

..snip Typical R0ach post about PMs and how BTC is the shitiest form of money every conceived.
Let me guess.. What really happened is that you shorted BTC near the all time high and are looking to increase you profit margins by just a little bit more in this dip; hoping someone here decides to take their BTC and buy some PMs. (Win Win situation for you, if that is true.)

The only thing keeping this coin alive is that Bitmain forces you to use it on their website... Unless something is done, BCH won't survive the year.
Too much support from big players to totally die. Also, this is the first project by big blockers that actually got off of square one. Segwit2x may succeed, but many big blockers don't care much for the Segwit part. One certain big player, whose ASICBoost is not compatible with Segwit, comes to mind. Furthermore, you must remember that the Bitcoin Cash market started out in the distribution phase. Of course you are going to see continued declines, as people who don't really care about Bitcoin Cash, liquidate it. Furthermore, the price point now is similar to what BTC had back in late 2014 and most of 2015. Did BTC die within a year after that? At some point, Bitcoin Cash will probably go through an extended consolidation period. At this time, it will probably be accumulated by some smart buyers, since the price will be low. I just pray that the development team sees the light and takes measures to somehow improve the retarget algorithm. If you look at the main attack of all of us trolls, it usually focuses on the EDA. (Or some consequence of it such as heavy reliance on 3 mining farms to keeps the chain flowing during unprofitable times, and deciding if and when to invoke another EDA.) With how the EDA has played out so far, anyone can plainly see that it's far from optimal. However, if this project is truly worth anything, I'm confident the needed changes will come. I don't think the Bitcoin Cash development team are really going to just let the code stagnate. After all, it's code, not scripture.

I'm following Segwit coin like a religion? That's rich. Have you checked out my posting statistics? A vast majority of my posts are in the Altcoin announcement section. I'm hardly a bitcoin maximalist. I'm all for coming up with better ways to implement the blockchain technology. However, in the end, the EDA does not appear to be the philosophers stone that somehow turns the lead-like Segwit retarget strategy into a golden retarget strategy. It's more like turning lead into shit. Why are you so afraid of the EDA? It is nothing more than a safety net designed to protect the coin. Are Miners milking it for profit , duh yeah , it is what they are in business to do , make profit. Is it a big deal , no it is not a big deal. They earn more of their rewards now and if they are dumb enough to sell it at the current prices , well they are doing others a favor and their-selves a disservice. At some point in time , the EDA will not be needed, but it is like the airbag in your car, removing it so it is not there when you do need it is Stupid. ╥Aztek EDA is like an airbag in need of a recall. I'm not suggesting "removing" the airbag. I'm suggesting fixing and replacing it. Call it my EDA repeal and replace plan. Too bad that I don't know shit about coding. I'd be submitting my pull request to the Bitcoin Cash github right now with a Digishield upgrade.

@bones261 You think the coin that has a software code (EDA) protecting it from a death spiral is the one sticking it's head in the sand. Your confusion knows no bounds. (Be careful your shill is showing.)Backwards U R. What code is protecting segshitcoin from a death spiral if the majority of miners switch to Cash & segshit 2x. Nothing and you don't see a problem with that. I see a problem with your ability to reason if that is the case. But that is the problem when you follow a coin as a religion instead of as a technology.╥Aztek I'm following Segwit coin like a religion? That's rich. Have you checked out my posting statistics? Funny how you are so concerned with Bitcoin Cash Design which is superior to segshitcoin in multiple ways, but refuse to even admit how segshitcoin is vulnerable to the very thing the EDA protects Bitcoin Cash from.
Maybe you should contact ShitCore and tell them to setup DGW or Digishield before they die in a death spiral, since that is where you are going to lose your money if they don't.
My money is with Bitcoin Cash (The Real Bitcoin) , so I don't care if segshitcoin dies in a death spiral.
@tekmobile, No one here is listening to you, where is your concern segshitcoin is vulnerable to a death spiral. Have you talked to ShitCore devs or do you only spend your time trying to trick a superior coin into removing its superior code.
