301  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: People still don't know about Bitcoin on: December 03, 2020, 07:31:03 PM
There are many people who still don't know about bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies. I don't know about others I am talking about my country and about my society. Whenever I ask from people about or talk about the Bitcoin. They ask what is this?

How much there is who face this problem?

I think as generation goes or pass by so many will adopt to know what Bitcoin or other crypto currency is. When I first started it took me months and now it's over 3 years I came to know so. For everything to fall in place it needs patience and time.
302  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best trading site? on: December 02, 2020, 11:17:48 AM
Hi Guys

I have tried the likes of Binance and Bitterex, but they aren't accepting any new users at the moment.

Poloniex have been processing my photo ID for over a couple days now, has anyone got any recommendations for alternatives?

The best trading sites from my point of view are coinbase and bitrex coinbase is great for using platform top notch knowing huge fees and rates don't take the simplest the list of supported countries is extremely short so it doesn’t work for everybody. An exchange with the longest list of cryptocurrencies supported by bitrex one among the most important players within the market also some reports on internal work are often found online. I'm unsure if they're correct but there are many compared to other exchanges.

I have not used Coinbase or bittrex for a long time now because BINANCE exchange has just given me everything I wanted just like as am an African so we use NGN which is NIARA and from my bank I can deposit money to BINANCE and also withdraw to my bank as well.
303  Economy / Digital goods / Re: LOOKING TO BUY NEWS WEBSITE on: December 02, 2020, 11:07:58 AM
Looking to buy business/tech/crypto (or general topic) news website (or blog) with existing high organic traffic.

Payment in BTC only with Escrow.

You can PM me, or comment on this post if you have something to offer.

Why not pay up someone to create one for you at least to the taste and looks you want it to look like. Since
Check domain sales on Digital goods (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=93.0).

I don't simply need a domain. I need a website with traffic. In that section there's nothing interesting.
I forgot to say that it includes websites that are on sale. Should you check there and see what are the available websites on sale that you're looking for.
Just a few browse from there and you'll get to see what are those websites and you might see the ideal website you're looking for. Just in case that you still haven't seen one.

Check yourself! There's nothing interesting!
Most websites/domains are actually sold in Auctions section, but even there it's mostly domains with no traffic.

Then that's the indicator for yourself to create your very own site since looking for those for sell site will never really get any good thing for you since the owner will not sell their site if it's profitable that's why it's good to have a fresh start and do a marketing campaigns after you established to get a better result.

Has already pointed out some clues on what to do.
304  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Binance compared to other Crypto Exchange. on: December 01, 2020, 10:22:25 PM
I have been into crypto-currency for a long time now, probably i understand few about Crypto and other things related to it, now I believe you and I know about BINANCE EXCHANGE and BITTREX EXCHANGE, right from when the market was not kind of complicated like this. Well let's go straight to the point of what am to say. Binance is really growing Wild when it comes to giving the community what they want. I came across this:  http://imgur.com/a/EjLSFu4 in my email inbox and I believe most of us using binance received it. This development coming out from BINANCE EXCHANGE is really welcomed and binance is really paving waves than bittrex Exchange if am not mistaking.

Your opinion to how you see binance and bittrex in the next generation are welcomed.
bittrex in 2017 has tremendous and impressive potential. but binance is able to overturn bittrex. My opinion is that if Binance can be stable I think Binance will be at a good point of popularity in the long term and it will not be like Bittrex which is currently losing competition between exchanges.

When you said STABLE what exactly are you in pointing at I think I should have a clue about this. I my self came to enjoy BINANCE better for the amazing features

307  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Loaded on XRP at $0.19. Time to cash in on: November 30, 2020, 05:32:24 PM
Hi..

Indian investor here.
Loaded on XRP for $0.19. Like bought $10,000 worth of XRP in my own account.

$60,000 worth of XRP @$0.24 average in the client's account that I manage (I own 30% of this).

I have started unloading this and booking profits! What is your target?
Also booking profits in BTC at $20,000.

What are your targets?

What you are saying here makes no sense, are you trying to get trading idea or tips on how you will manage your clients account.
308  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Coinexchange.io is Closing Down. Official announcement. on: November 28, 2020, 05:29:33 AM
The Coinexchange.io is about to close. According to their last announcement, trading and deposits will be closed from 15th of October 2019. They have shown the cause of the market situation.
Those who have funds in the Coinexchange.io can withdraw until 1st of December 2019.

Announcement :-  https://www.coinexchange.io/news/post/85/

Quote
Coinexchange.io is Closing Down
01/10/2019
It is with great regret that we must inform the community that the board of directors of CoinExchange.io has decided to close down the exchange.

This is purely a business decision and there has not been a security breach or any other type of incident. Unfortunately it is no longer economically viable for us to continue offering market services. The costs of providing the required level of security and support now outweigh our earnings.

Trading and deposits will be suspended on the 15th of October 2019. Please cease any deposit and trade activity as soon as possible.

The website and withdrawals will remain operational until the 1st of December 2019. We ask that you please remove all funds by this date.

It has been a fantastic journey and we have enjoyed playing a part in the crypto currency space. We thank everyone that has traded or listed a currency with us.

So sadly it is goodbye for now however we may return in the future if market conditions change.

They couldn't meet up or what, or they have just hit a jackpot from a newbies who is coming into the system new,  I am a user of coinexchange.io and possibly have some funds I can't pull out there. Talkless of having the fee to pay, we wish them the best in there next coming if possibly they will.🚶🚶
309  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How you can earn money from bitcointalk.org? on: November 28, 2020, 05:24:34 AM
I think most of the people who are joining this forum every day want to make money from this forum. But not many people know how to make money from this forum.  Maybe I don't know everything either. Yet I am sharing here what I know.

Ways to make money:
1. To participate in a signature campaign.
2. To participate in a bounty campaign.
3. Win a contest.
4. By selling your service.

Signature campaign:
You can earn money weekly by participating in the signature campaign. However, most signature campaigns do not accept low rank profile. That's why you need to rank up your profile. If you want to rank up the profile, you have to earn merit.
You can visit the following thread to know more about this....
Merit & new rank requirements

Bounty campaign:
You can earn some money by participating in the bounty campaign. But for this you have to be very patient. Because after a bounty campaign for a certain period of time, the payment is too late and low. Some campaigns will not pay you. But for a low rank profile, bounty can be a good way to make money.
You can visit the following thread to know more about this...
Bounties (Altcoins)

Win a contest:
There are different types of contest campaigns at different times in the forum. You can earn money by taking part in all these contests. I am sharing such a thread here.
Roobet.com | Art Contest - $5000 Prizepool up for grabs! Ends August 31st
But you must be qualified for this.

By selling your service:
You can earn money by selling your various services.
You can visit the following thread to know more about this.
Marketplace

If i am wrong, i am open for correction.

You are definitely right on all you stated out here. But you know what kills most bitcointalk users it's the mindsets of they want to make the money so quickly without wanting to spend time study and understand the principles.

Bitcoin will be hitting to $35000 soon - Buy it today!!

There is a strong buying signal. Buy it today now!

Seriously you don't have to even scream out so loud asking people to buy. I guess he or she who knows what's happening in crypto space today won't just need to be left in behind.
311  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Satoshi Nakamoto Lived In London While Working On Bitcoin + proof on: November 27, 2020, 10:36:52 AM
Pretty surprising research.

https://chainbulletin.com/satoshi-nakamoto-lived-in-london-while-working-on-bitcoin-heres-how-we-know/

Seems consistent with Barely Sociable's youtube video.

Do you guys think that this is further proof of Adam Back being Satoshi, or would you consider someone else?

It is also interesting that Craig Wright chose London when trying to scam people into believing he's Satoshi - do you guys think he knew more than the public, making his scam more elaborate?

These are some pretty exciting revelations.

Back when I started learning crypto I was told that the founder of Bitcoin was just no where to be found. And the funniest part is when I asked if he died they said No that he just went missing in thin air. As time goes on am seeing different headlines on trying to know his whereabouts.

That's it? No website to showcase your past works?
- I do know you've posted a few designing works on your FB page but I mean in regards to other things you've listed.

Since you're offering your services, this is better suited for the "Services" board...
- Move button is in the bottom left corner of this page.

Regarding the website we are still working on that in due time I will drop down the link, thanks for the observation and as well giving me the thread that befits.

315  Other / Beginners & Help / How to trade using TABTRADER APP Rather than visiting Exchange sites or Apps on: September 03, 2020, 04:05:39 PM
Hello to every newbie's out there finding it difficult going there one Exchange site to the other e.g Bittrex, Binance, kucoin, coinsbit, bitfinex, etc or installing one Exchange site App to the other. Trust me a solution is here making it easier for you. I believe most of us in the forum know about the tabtrader app, if you are yet to know or have and idea how it works please just visit HERE.

Now let's continue, have been making use of tabtrader for years ever since I came to learn about trading. On this post am going to show you:

1. how to add indicators to your chart like:
*Bollinger band
*RSI (Relative strength index)
*MACD (Moving Average Convergence Divergence)

2. How to Enter and exit trades {buy and sell}

So you can as well analyze charts from your end. My previous post was HOW TO LINK OR CONNECT YOUR EXCHANGE ACCOUNT TO TABTRADER APP. So I will advise you to follow up on the previous post so you will understand before you can join in this post, that's for those who don't have any idea yet but for those who already do you are free to skip it.

Let's proceed...

Note: I might not be too clear on my sentence just use the pictures am putting up for a quick catch on what am saying.

1.

How to add indicators to your chart. Launch your tabtrader when it all loads up, now on the tabtrader click on any of the coin on the WATCHLIST. In my case, I choose TRX/BTC & ETH/BTC pair for this tutorial.

2.

When you have clicked on the coin of your choice, now follow up on the images.

3.

4. Once you click on the icon @ NO.3 the image above it will pop up those basic INDICATORS that you have come across before. Now to add these Indicators to the chart just touch on any of them. Once you touch any of them it will open up for you to change its perimeters, but I will advise you not to touch anything. Just click on the back arrow ⬅️ at the top left side of your screen or back button of your smartphone automatically that INDICATOR is added to the chart. Please the last two Tick INDICATORS BELOW in the image above don't tick them but the main indicators ARE:
*Bollinger band
*RSI (Relative strength index)
*MACD (Moving Average Convergence Divergence)

5.

When you have successfully select the Indicators one after the other, there you will see the changes in your chart giving you and different looks.

HOW TO ENTER AND EXIT A TRADE (BUY AND SELL)

Now that we have known how to add Indicators to our charts, let's proceed on how to use tabtrader to enter and exit a trade.

When you have come across the coin you likely want to buy or probably the Indicators shows you that the coin is ready to moon 🚀🚀

1. While on the WATCHLIST Click on the coin you want to trade on. Let me use TRX as an example

2. The YELLOW CIRCLE space Indicates the amount of TRX you want to buy, once you input the number's of TRX you want to trade on. The PURPLE CIRCLE indicates the amount of BTC you are using to buy the amount of TRX

Once you have inputted the amount of BTC you want to use and buy TRX Or vice versa. At your right-hand side where I Drew out A GREEN BOX where you see

➡️LAST TRADE
➡️BID
➡️ASK

Let me explain them in simple terms:
Last trade: this means the price at which the coin is trading currently

Bid: this means an offer of a certain price of the coin

Ask: this means a price at which the coin is being asked by other traders.

Above you is the BUY and SELL
The buy is used to enter a trade and the sell is used to exit a trade

Note: whenever the coin has gotten to your sell of point whereby you set your sell point to be 5%, 10%, 20% profit, and so on, what you click is the SELL not the BUY. Always try to concentrate whenever you are on this section of Buy and sell, so you don't by in any chance click the BUY while you were to click sell.

Now Below in the picture above is the amount of BITCOIN (Your funds) you have as well as the amount of TRX you also have available in your wallet.

This last picture am putting below is a trade I made on KNC COIN

If you look closely you will see a YELLOW AND GREEN little arrow in the CANDLE STICKS the GREEN ARROW Indicates the point I entered the trade and the YELLOW ARROW at the top Indicates the point I exited the trade.

Tabtrader app has a whole lot of features... To bad all of the trades I have been getting engaged on for years now have been from my smartphone which I believe will be more enhanced on a laptop, iPad, tablets, or desktop computer.

Happy trading..!🚀🚀

I never got paid in the first bounty campaign and the project launched a new bounty campaign?

And the team didn't give the exact date they are to pay for the first one? They shouldn't be so outrageous. If not this second bounty Campaign should be red flag.

318  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to LINK or CONNECT your Binance account to tabtrader trading App on: August 16, 2020, 10:31:44 PM
It is a mistake to share your API with many applications, it is not about privacy, but rather safety.
~

I couldn't agree more. Sharing your API keys on several of these apps could hurt in the long run. Binance was hacked early on in 2019 (ref: https://www.coindesk.com/hackers-steal-40-7-million-in-bitcoin-from-crypto-exchange-binance)  How? Hackers were able to get their hands on users API keys and executed the attack.

I've connected my binance account to tabtrader in the past via my api keys and I didn't have any issues or noticed anything unusual with it. But I eventually stopped when I realized the risks associated with it. Today, I still use tabtrader but mainly to do technical analysis and check coins on my watch list, Afterwards, I use binance app to execute the trades.

As much as I would like to connect my api keys, the security of my funds is at the top of my priority list and wouldn't want anything to jeopardize it.

@OP, great post. Tabtrader is one of my favorite trading tools till date.

Thanks for the details but probably, I have been making use of tabtrader as well for 3 years when I first got the idea of trading. I welcome your advice. But in other words when the attacks was made it should be on their own low security level. And one thing I will advice as well is don't keep huge funds on Exchanger site. Never recommended.
319  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to connect (Link) your BINANCE Exchange Account to TABTRADER App for Newbies on: August 12, 2020, 11:02:13 PM
<…>
I’d be very careful sharing API codes with any site/app. One really needs to know exactly what and how the API allows the third-party site/app to access, with what limits, its trustworthiness, and assess whether the risk is worth it. Note that I can’t quite discern whether the API is granted read only mode access and/or spot&Margin trading (the image on step 4 has both ticked, but only one is in bold, whilst the other has the disabled kind of look).

Additionally, Referral links like the one you have in the OP, linking to Binance, are not allowed on this forum. Since you have put quite a bit of time into your post, I would promptly erase the referral link in order to avoid the OP from being deleted.

Thanks for you advice I guess we all learn every day I have probably fixed everything on the post
1. Image reduce (resized)
2. Ref link removed

I so believe this will really help newbies. Once again I appreciate.
320  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to connect (Link) your BINANCE Exchange Account to TABTRADER App for Newbies on: August 12, 2020, 10:55:46 PM
I did not read your guide because your images are too large. It is one problem. Please resize your images then post again (that what you should do to reduce image size). Some people don't have good internet connection and will get troubles with your images. Or you can change width option but as said, should try the first way.
