XMRG should be crowned the winner since the devs minted like 10000 Billion tokens the night after they marketed and did the airdrop and scammed a ton of people out of their money. I didn't lose anything except the opportunity I had to cash in my 1200 free tokens while it was being pumped (I would have made about $150).

Today we saw quite a bit of green and it looks like it is staying green for the 24 hour mark. I am just glad to see it recover a little without shooting directly to the bottom. It may be over and it surely is a sign that we will be OK.

I have a very strong feeling tonight that this crash is actually the biggest blessing we could receive from the crypto Gods. Hopefully you have been buying during the dip. I feel that within the next week the crash and burn will turn. My intuition and instincts have always been pretty good. This crash is actually making more millionaires than destroying them. You may not ever see the market this low again in your entire life. Is it at the bottom...who knows...but as long as your buying during this epic dip, you will come out a champ over the next year. I am thankful right now, not regretful. I hope you can see things from the same perspective. Buy what you can afford and just hold. This is the moment that could set up the rest of your life. I personally am going all in and doubling down across the board.

I thought NEO was what most people in China were using and believed in? So now China wants to create something only they own and have access to and profit from it through the sales of it to their own citizens? Sounds pretty lame to be honest. I can see this being a massive issue with the global crypto market regaining some value. This is yet another bad piece of news.

It's possible and that's actually pretty scary as it should have a huge effect on crypto. Value will drastically decrease, in my honest opinion.
It's already decreasing at what seems to be 10% to 20% per day right now. I know that market is probably being manipulated by some whales while at the same time crashing due to all the FUD. I just hope when the dust settles we don't have exchange wallets under the watchful eye of big brother and the bankers. |

Then problem is that unless you are cost averaging then you can still be buying at a higher price than the next day brings. When will the dip end? Nobody really knows right now, but the experts are saying it might last all the way until April.

DOVU is the only green in my portfolio. I can only imagine what would have happened if the market wasn't tanking. Easy 5x return on this news if it had hit 2 months ago.
Well for what it's worth, the coin is selling (sell orders) for close to $.40 on ED with a Coinmarketcap value of close to $.20 - and I see that as a pretty solid statement given the current situation. I was thinking of buying some DOVU when I read this news earlier, but I think it, as with everything else, will crash a bit harder in the upcoming week(s). I am officially not buying anything for at least a few days. |

Hey - just a heads up. With the intense amount of regulation talk happening now, and all the KYC registrations required in the crypto world, would it be crazy to assume that a government could seize your assets from an exchange wallet(Binance/Bitfinex/etc) due to taxes or other unpaid government debts? Remember when the US confiscated all the btc from Silk Road and the Marshall's Service auctioned them off? I have been reading a lot about the US government doing some heavy work this year in regards to taxes and crypto... No FUD, just being real and obviously concerned for many of us that could be the target of this type of problem.
Exchanges like etherdelta may prove to be more valuable in the upcoming months simply because you don't have big brother all over you (decentralized with 0 KYC requirement).
With more and more big exchanges complying with government rules and restrictions, people should just be aware of the fact that this IS a possibility.

Hi, a developer gave me 99million worth of tokens, I am wondering what I can do with that? The developer just got tired of marketing and ask me to do something on this specific coin. I am thinking of teaming up with some of the greatest here I like this token to become useful and not just a shitcoin. I dont know where or how or what to start. can somebody give me advice?
If you don't have any developer skills (coding) or even at the least marketing and design skills. Then right off the bat I can tell you this is a losing battle. There are too many tokens out that simply try to derive value from marketing and design (branding) and you would have a long way to go to complete with them. And even if you could compete you would be lucky to hit .000001 value. If, on the other hand, you can do some developing or know someone...try to create a platform that utilizes the token (utility token) and that way the token gets value from being a necessity for something. I would say just forget it so you don't waste a ton of time you could spend doing something more profitable. Anyways, good luck. |

As others have mentioned, even though Eth is at quite a discount right now compared to recent months, the market may crash even more, so I would hold off and create a buy point and go for it when you hit that number. You should also create a buy point to make sure it doesn't go too high before you buy.
For example.. if it is at $700 right now you say:
I will buy if it dips to $500
or
I will buy if it rises to $750

By the looks of it, the DT members disapprove of this practice, and your trust just took a hammering. How could you not predict that this would happen? In any case, do you actually think 26 merits would be worth $50? Merits.... $50? Doesn't compute.
If people really wanted merit, they would post highly quality material here on the forum, the merit sources aren't exactly stingy with their sMerit. If you post something worthy, you'll be merited. Anybody receiving merit suspiciously (e.g. indicating it has been purchased) is likely to take a hammer just like you.
Anyone who will buy or sell sMerit will probably get negative trust rating and if I were the admin like Theymos I will ban those account doing that. Look like thread starter already banned. Not banned, active today - "Last Active: Today at 12:03:45 AM" That being said, it seems like -32 negative trust would be enough to keep that account from getting any action with sales. |

In my opinion , ETH is now more hot than BTC because the explosion of ICOs base on ETH Blockchain. During the recent dip, ETH price even a little come up, all altcoins and BTC holders lose funds but ETH holders still have profit. So i think that ETH will reach BTC price this year. What do you think guys?
Eth is around $700 atm so it definitely isn't making anyone money. It may be losing us less, yes, but certainly not making it. I do agree though that it is ICO fuel and therefore will continue to hold a strong value. It may just dip below $500 soon, so I would be aware of that before investing.... |
