In 2017 when the block halves again
Indeed the next block reward halving is expected to be in Aug 2016, rather than 2017. Another website to check the ETA for next block reward halving for bitcoin is http://bitcoinclock.com/

How do I use the inputs later with blockchain.info? And how would I send another payment without waiting for this one from blockchain.info?
How do I rebroadcast cast with blockchain.info? Or do I need the client?
AFAIK, if your transaction doesn't get included in a block in a day or so, you will have your bitcoin back to your original address with blockchain.info, as if nothing has ever happened. You could then create a new transaction, and please include min fee then.

I still think you have to wait a little for FXOpen to be considered, even UpDown.
It's not whether they pay out this month, it's whether they stick around a long time.
There are a total of only 30 spots in FXOpen program. If they really send their first weekly payment, all the spots would be taken very soon afterwards. Ouch! Only 30 spots? There is no way to got one after people will be paid for this month by PD, RITZ, UP/down. I did not see that Yup. But another problem now is will PD, Ritz and Updown match the pay rate.

Have you ever thought about buying BFL Monarch?
Please never ever make any pre-orders from BFL. You may be surprised to see how terrible the delivery delay could be.

Hello,i want lend 10 btc.My collateral my account in bizcom affiliate.I dont know that site is pay or not,but i see screenshot of withdrawal and man get money. This is good offer for you,my balance 57500$ and lend 10 btc only.I earn this money long at 5 months.i dont scammer,on last day i pay 35 wmz to man,who is as I see scam me.He dont transfer funds to me as we agreed.Dont afraid,if you want lend to me,I give you fully access to my account.Write in pm.
As already mentioned in your other thread, that affiliate account is NOT a collateral and the balance on it is NOT real. $ 550 for registration in the project, + $ 200 for a visiting friend, + $ 300 each month for your participation You think that this is real money? They'll give you $550 USD simply for signing up, then $200 USD for each friend you refer? This is just a scam. You don't have any collateral.

He knows clearly that is NOT real money, and that's why he want to borrow scam $20000.

emm, Yes?
And if it's not an Obvious yes to you then you probably lost touch with reality.
Try to run a ponzi in real life and see how fast you land in jail, that is because the people in charge of printing the money will hang you from from the nuts
So if you find a ponzi in USD (or Euro, etc) that hasn't been taken down yet, will you join it and "invest" your life saving in it? If your answer is yes, then the problem is clearly not about bitcoin but also USD, Euro, GBP, CNY, JPY, etc. If your answer is no, then why did you join a ponzi in BTC?

You are just paying 0.00000001 BTC as fee. Free transaction normally takes a longer time to get confirmed, sometimes hours or days, and sometimes never. You can only wait patiently now at this stage, and you may re-broadcast the tx or create a new tx a day or so later.

Lately whenever I open the blockchain.info webpage, it automatically comes in Russian. I'm not Russian. I was never in Russia. I can't read Russian. I tried switching the language with the flag dropdown menu, and it works... except that when I move to another page of the website it appears in Russian again... Do they want that bad to attract Russian buyers? As turvarya and Light suggested, the problem should be gone with clearing caches. You can also use https://blockchain.info/en to access the site.
