301  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: KYC for bounty hunters on: February 10, 2021, 01:02:59 AM
It's seems good idea. But the process is very bulky one, it's only reason for the Bounty Manager to skip it. And if the project client said this one, the bounty manager will do it for sure.Mostly the client will not recommended the kyc is compulsory. The project will look into many marketing platform like twitter, facebook campaign to get the people from various country.By your words, it may reduce the double entry of same people into bounty.
KYC wont really be solving that out and yes this one will really be bulky and also, it isn't really that right to ask out those documentation since these are just part of marketing stuff.

They aren't investors in the first place to ask out for some KYC.If they do like to get rid of possible abuse then there are lots of verifications that can really be done to ensure that
no one would really able to cheat. ex. website registration (checking multiple similar ip's) .. Phone number verification or some sort.

Im really against with that KYC thing for hunters.

I agree with everything you wrote and I also don't like the KYC verification requirement (I guess nobody likes it). However, it often happens that projects are forced to do so due to legal regulations in the place where they are registered. We all know that governments do not like cryptocurrencies, which is why such projects want to do everything so that no one can accuse them of shady activity. For this reason, we cannot always blame them if they require KYC verification.
302  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / The best AMA service? (This question is directed more to dev teams) on: February 10, 2021, 12:29:57 AM
Hello,

On Telegram, here on Bitcointalk and on the internet in general, we can find a lot of services offering AMA (Ask Me Anything). However, each service is different from each other and often these differences are very large. I would like to gather information from those who have already used such services and may give (good or bad) feedback about them. (Some word about effect will be also appreciated)
If someone does not want to speak negatively in public, please send me a message on priv.

Thank you!

303  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Doge? XRP? ETH? All Shitcoins. Read this Thread I will make you rich on: February 09, 2021, 02:18:56 PM
I expected better shilling performance rather than comparing the ETH and the unpopular shitcoin. I have never heard about that coin but almost all crypto traders know about the ETH. The Xrp and Eth are not shitcoins, you have to start the trading school from zero if the first post is your honest opinion. I don't want to talk about KoinOS because I have no idea why even this coin exists maybe you have shared your own opinion but it never makes sense to call the rest of the main altcoins as shitcoin. So pls explain why to invest in KoinOS??

I will try to explain it to you instead of OP. Well, he bought a lot of KoniOS at a very low price, and now, through an interesting tactic of informing about his amazing investments, he persuades everyone around to buy KoniOS too. He only does it to sell as soon as someone can be convinced that it is a good investment and will raise the price enough to make him happy.
304  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [DEFI] DFE: Decentralized Finance Europe Farming and Exchange on: February 09, 2021, 01:28:11 PM
It's not easy to research a project without worrying that something will go wrong. The developers themselves do not know that .. Well, unless they assume in advance that they will collect the money and disappear.  Lips sealed  Cool

DeFi projects such as DFE are doing great, I don't know what exactly went wrong in this case, but there seems to be lack of activity and promotion. It is possible that CEO is preparing a better marketing plan for main sale and this time he will run bounty campaign for at least few weeks. Then the results should be better.
305  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Doge? XRP? ETH? All Shitcoins. Read this Thread I will make you rich on: February 05, 2021, 08:26:02 AM
some users did great gains on projects dead like DOGE or without any news about it, like XRP. It's all due to the FOMO and fake news. It's very sad that great projects don't perform much they deserve
That's called PnD. PnD didn't any fundamental support to create FOMO to the speculators. That only needs a party tried to create a big pump for a coin and that will make the coins will be going to the moon in a short time.
It's almost all of the great projects have been surging a lot and did you see that dude?

It seems like you must watch the CMC again.

I don't know if you noticed, but probably not, what OP is doing..
At the beginning of his post, he says something sensible about investing in the most popular cryptocurrencies to attract attention, and finally he advertises a shitcoin that he probably bought at the bottom.
This is more or less the way, how coin pumps are created that have not been developed for even years.

In other words, you're implying that adeeshaa were only their CM and his suspicious activities were not related at any degree to them, as well as it is implied that their project is legit?

This is also exactly how I understand it. @adeeshaa doesn't have much to do with Kohima Finance other than posted an ANN thread. He published ANN threads for several other projects, which means it was just his service.
However, I am disappointed that the Kohima dev team has not yet responded to allegations of the Whitepaper plagiarism.

You said this with complete awareness that he served as part of the team and dev for the project before this previous one, right? courtesy to wakefred

I read about what @adeeshaa was doing and the evidence presented makes it clear that he was a scammer.
All in all, you're right, because I'm not sure if he was part of Koshim's dev team or not. However, I suspect that they could only use his service and publish ANN thred with his account.
I think that if the Koshima project is continued, we will see an official explanations about this.

The pre sale will end at. The end of the month

I understand that the presale ended at the end of January. I am optimistic that the dev team is satisfied with the results.

When can we expect official information about sales results and further project plans?

They should finish the presale first to continue the next stage, if they do not achieve their expectations maybe they will make another strategy.

Hopefully everything will be fine and the project will continue to develop. It is true that there is no official information yet, but CEO was not very optimistic on Telegram. He seems to have a grudge against the bounty hunters for not buying his token.  Grin Grin

Right now I can't get access to the website, looks like hosting is not working or something. Does anybody has the same problem?

The same situation is with me - "Error 502 Host Error" appears. Unfortunately, the situation is getting worse and worse for this project.

I wonder if this is a coincidence, or whether the developers hid the website from the world out of shame..  Roll Eyes

The same thing with me about the site not being able to access, I thought it happened because of my internet error but it wasn't.

At this point, no one should doubt that Kohima Finance website has been removed from the server due to scam accusation: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5313673.0
310  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Dogecoin needs Electrum on: February 03, 2021, 08:41:56 AM
Dogecoin needs a proper SPV wallet for many years now. There was Multidoge in 2014, but now we are in 2021...

Unfortunately, this is a very big problem.
When I saw the price pump few days ago, I remembered that years ago I had collected DOGE in Multidoge. I found the old wallet.dat and installed Multidoge to get my coins back. I don't know what was the reason, but if I had waited for the synchronization it would probably have taken a year. Fortunately, I was able to export the private key and pulled it out via the wallet in https://my.dogechain.info/
I wonder how many people will never succeed to recover coins..?
311  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can BTC go down to <$5k again now? on: February 03, 2021, 06:36:18 AM
While anything can happen in the cryptocurrency market, at this point, Bitcoin's price drop to $5k is definitely impossible. However, I do not exclude such a scenario in a few years, because technology is moving forward and eventually someone can come up with something better - I think that only in such a situation so hard price drop will be possible.
312  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: KYC for bounty hunters on: February 03, 2021, 01:57:20 AM
Obviously, the project team does have the right to ask for KYC if there are things that are suspicious of someone, but in general the bounty participants also don't have to do KYC because their job is to carry out promotions in accordance with written rules and they also don't spend money on that matter.

You seem to be contradicting yourself in this statement. If verification is required, this should be announced in advance. The solution may be to inform in advance that KYC will only be required in suspicious situations. The bounty hunter then joins the campaign knowing that he may be asked to do so. To require this after bounty hunters have done the job is a breach of contract and a fraud in my opinion.
313  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][Pre-Sale] Kohima Finance | Make money in E sport on: February 03, 2021, 01:10:21 AM
For those asking about website not working, the reason was explained thrice --yes, three times, I wondered how could you missed all three of them-- here by furious7, necromastery, and amorejaz. But perhaps it is inevitavly necessary to put them this way to catch your attention

The project is caught plagiarizing document and is a scam. OP themselves were caught doing ban evasion and currently their account, the one created the thread, was banned too.

I knew about the fact that the Whitepaper is plagiarized. However, I also saw how much work went into building this project. I'm afraid that with this project it could have happened that the writing of the Whitepaper was contracted to a cheater and the developer was unaware of it. This is just my suspicion. We will see if they have proof of it, or they just give up.
I did not know that the OP was banned. This for sure will not help to recover this project from troubles.
314  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [DEFI] DFE: Decentralized Finance Europe Farming and Exchange on: February 02, 2021, 10:43:38 PM
I find this in their tele group..
Does anyone know Lukutex?

New Listing! DFE will open trade in Lukutex Exchange
Trade in: DFE/ETH - DFE/USDT
Deposit Open in: 29th JANUARY 2021 - 8:00 Singapore Time

https://t.me/DFEfinanceofficial/9041

Seems like a new exchange for me, never heard of it before. Even not listed on CMC yet. Very afraid of an exchange like this, only worth to trade a small amount, the risk of problems if the amount is large, everyone should be careful.

Yep, You are right. Very risky
I don't know the reason the team chose to list their tokens on an exchange like this, I think this is the worst mistake
Listed on small exchanges it's ok, but don't Shit exchanges

After all, we decide ourselves whether we want to trade on this exchange or not. If exchange offered a listing for free, that's probably why dev agreed. Better to have one more exchange than not to have one. All exchanges somehow started. I will avoid this one for now, but I'm glad that there is more choice.
315  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: KYC for bounty hunters on: February 02, 2021, 12:38:59 PM
Indeed KYC  can not  solve the problem of cheating committed  by  a  bounty hunter. Because  they  could  fake  KYC.
But as long as the participant doesn’t cheat in the  same campaign  as  the multiple  accounts he owns, it’s legitimate
until now. Now it depends on the team and the project owner, whether  they will  implement  KYC  to  avoid  cheating
from the participants or not. But most participants will avoid projects that enforce KYC, because most current projects
only give small rewards, so if they impose KYC, it is not worth the reward they give.

If it's KYC, know that it's already a scam

"You're working for free and i am supposed to fucking grace you?"

It looks like you have a very bad experience as well as little knowledge of regulations in some countries.
Some projects, due to the fact that they are subject to legal regulations (because of the place of registration) and want to be as legitimate as possible, must require KYC verification.

I looked at this project yesterday, right after publication of their ANN thread, and it looked very well done. I really wanted to follow his progress closely. I am really surprised that developers who put so much work into creating such a project make such trivial mistakes.
318  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: KYC for bounty hunters on: February 02, 2021, 04:36:29 AM
I have noticed some diplomatic rules in the bounty project and we have to agree all the rules and guidelines. It's not mandatory to pass KYC for the bounty hunters but the teams have the right to ask KYC for suspicious cases. This is somewhat trap, and this weird things should be removed.

I don't like this rule too, but many projects in the world of cryptocurrencies (casinos, bookmakers, exchanges..) work in a similar way. Someone may be anonymous, but if their activity raises suspicions of scam, they may be asked for verification. When a project cannot make KYC verification, it gives scammers too many options.
319  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] WorldToken — a unique platform that combines the best tokenomics of curren on: February 02, 2021, 04:10:43 AM
The people who are not in the $WORLD will talk negative just to bring the price down so that can buy at low. Don't fall for the trap.

What kind of trap are you talking about? So far we only know that the project works, but we don't know much about it. I don't understand why someone would say something bad about it without knowing the details about project. Let's wait for the Whitepaper and then we can judge.
320  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] WorldToken — a unique platform that combines the best tokenomics of curren on: January 29, 2021, 03:58:56 AM
The application looks transparent and very user friendly. The presentation is also very clear and understandable.
It means that there are professional people behind the project who know the DeFi market very well.
About the marketing, I only found a mention in OnePager that it will be launched on YouTube. Does that mean you are not going to run a bounty campaign on Bitcointalk?

Can be understood clearly and you are sure there will be a very good team here but are they transparent to provide information about the team that is in this project. Can you show me?

Unfortunately, I couldn't find any information about the dev team members. There is still no Whitepaper published, so it is possible that profiles will be revealed in it.
However, I would not be surprised if the team wanted to remain anonymous. Among DeFi projects, there are few where we can meet the entire team. However, I hope that the World Token team will share information about itself as I also prefer transparent projects.
