For me the best is etherum, its price could just go up in near months like 2x or more, i know that its moves on market will only give it pump, it won't go lower than now for me.

Until now I have not successfully worked the bitcoin trade, here I am still a beginner and still learning, hope that I want to succeed work in bitcoin trading, success is everyone's dream.
You need to be patient, you can't be the best in something only after some days/ weeks. Just practice and become better and better, i believe that you are able to do so. |

It is very difficult to guess ,I think, that bitcoin will remain the most popular and strong coin even in 2020 .but Ethereum does not seem to be even in top 3. After all ,now there are many different coins that can come close to them.
It's always hard to predict what will happen in 3 months in crypto. Things are changing and moving so fast. Most likely 2020 will be great for crypto in general That is true, for me since 2020 till like 2025 prices and whole crypto market will go to the moon, but bitcoin will still be first, this coin for me will be king forever on crypto market. |

I do not think it necessary to make rules about the issue, let the competition determine the quality of a currency. we have the same rights here, but they should really give the best for their currency to get many investors.
Of course, competition in the cryptocurrency is the best to determine whether the currency is worth it to be used or not. We should never be distracted by how many cryptocurrencies are there but the quality it has offered for use. There are indeed many coins. Probably the market will regulate it. Little or nothing worthless coins will eventually disappear from the market. Only in their place will new ones appear together with new projects. The amount of coins does not matter much. Quality is more important. True, this is like in normal curriencies that we know from daily use, money like dollar or euro are one of the strongest and people are just focus on them cause countries which they use them are the strongest one, the same is with crypto, we do not look at coins that noone use, we just focus on "best" for example 10 from market. |

Great question for all you cryptocurrency believers. What is going to drive the price of bitcoin up and all the altcoins? What exactly are we waiting for? Money doesnt just come out of thin air. What exactly is the catalyst? Again the question is, what exactly are we waiting for?
I think for "better" time, when market will be green, our coins will go to the moon, prices will be bigger and coins will have more "useful" aspects like payments or trades with users all around the world. |

XSPEC i read a lot about it and i believe in this coin too, for me next to it there are some good coins like waves or neo/ ripple, there are some coins that will pump to the moon when whole market become green in few next weeks.

kinda strange when investing in a volitile market. you can spend 10,000 $ into the market in january and come out less. than what a person invested in april with 10,000 $.
That is true, cause market has its down and ups and if you invest in up and sell when it is on red you will lose some part of your money, so investing in crypto need to be followed by looking at your coin, its trends and moves on market, so it is kinda matter of time. |

I always participated on bounty campaigns right after my recent campaign is over, I will apply again into another one, I received enough amount of bounty and Im thankful with it. but in airdrops, I always participate too, but, I didnt received any bounty since I joined.
Like me, airdrops are nice but you need to be lucky in some point of it but campaigns offer you something for your work, that is working like normal salary that people know from work that they are doing everyday. |

I don't think so, they only offer bigger profit in situation if price will go to the moon cause other aspects make price going up so i can't agree with that statement.

$5,000 is a decent amount of money to start uour trading, so basically if you invest that amount of money now and bitcoin is around $7k+, then for sure by 2025 your investment will be multiplied a couple of times by then.
If amount of bitcoin will be mined untill 2025 that will make its price go to the moon so investing now could lead to taking X Times bigger profit in 2025 or even later. |

I just choose of altcoin on coinmarketcap, I prefer to choose the top 100 trading volume on the exchanges. If do you like a high volatility the best choice is ETH.
But investing in coins should be done with following this coin on market, you need to know their trends and you need to predict some "moves" that could be done in near future. |

It is possible that 2018 will be more stable in terms of prices for cryptocurrency coins, and finally the market will stabilize and normalize, and there will be no such unpleasant situations.
For me it is too early to do so, bitcoin need to be mined in 100% cause if people get to know that there are lower supplies they will invest and price will go up again for me. |

Hi all, please forgive such a nub question but couldn't seem to find this in the forum and there's too many different answers on the 'net.
Picked up some altcoin, they got a cease and desist from the NASAA and looks like the biz could go under. Trying to figure out the best thing to do.
If I hold and the value goes to zero, can I write this off as a loss based on the value at time of purchase? Should I try to just dump it all and pray someone buys?

You need to find out which coin is worth to invest by long time following it on market, only thanks to that you could say that this coin is "nice" to invest. Loss is when your coin can't back to price with which you had purchased it. |
