The Black coin Community Black out!!
We agree as a community on a certain date in the near future that everyone pulls there coins for 2 weeks from all exchanges.
We set the date and on that day we all remove our Black coin for a 2 week period after we would have an agreed date that everyone can go about there trading of what ever.
If we could do this in a large enough number Black coin should walk up in price for 2 weeks.
Now. this would only work if many members here got involved.
It's just and Idea But I have all ready pulled my black coin off Mintpal as I feel it does no one any good for it to sit on there.
Also I read a few other forums and they where saying that Exchanges dump POS coin when there are big amounts in the exchange.
Not sure how any of that works. But taking 2 weeks off to make Black coin rare can not hurt.
iconic tried to do something similar. people will trade as they want you can't change it by attempting to openly manipulate the price. I think the mod should delete this any anything referencing it. |

i managed to talk to a friend who is now investing 6 BTC into BC. Immediately as i explained to him that there is this digital currency called BlackCoin "what blackcoin? what is it, tell me more.." just to drop the name blackcoin already makes some people curious about the currency. then i explained the tech stuff how it works and he made the wise decision to invest. BC is infectious! even if people just invest 20 bucks into BC, or 100BTC, doesn't matter each new user equals one new user. Talking to people about BlackCoin is one of the best things we can do atm, to try to get people involved any way possible. I have also made some of my friends a small blackcoin holder  Word of mouth is an incredibly powerful thing. I have been doing this for months. |

IMO blacksend is attracting support not only from the dark side (illegal activity) but also from people who believe in the animosity that it offers. Do you think that companies would like to reveal where money is being sent? Do you think Intel would want their checkbook open for scrutiny open to the public block-chain?
Darksend and its derivatives seems to be a good application for private industry and private people and therefore it seems important for BC to supported.
I agree in some way, but how about audits. What if Intel would need to be auditted? Would it be possible? This is actually a really good question to be asked. If big business wanted to seriously adopt a coin as payment, how viable would anonymous transactions be considering they need to be audited on the regular. Exactly. What I think is -way- more important is a good implementation of multi-sig. Agreed. Plus you can make current coins anonymous with a good proxy. So it's moot anyway. |

It is not rocketscience.
People sell because at the moment DRK and now also NautiusCoin are way more profitable.
And major dumps for BC are still on-going, no end in sight. Holding BC is not smart at the moment.
In fact it is. I fell into this trap more then once. Some other coin is pumped and you sell some good coins to buy into the other pumped coin. Then the other coin is having a correction to a much lower price. After this BC will rise again and you lose you money. Your new coins are worth much less then you bought into. And the original coin (in this case BC) is worth more again so much loss ;-) bc will be a bargain till next week or someone figures it out. top 10 wallets are holding steady. Perhaps they know what is up. |

I recently acquired some BC by staking in my wallet, now it says I will earn again in 5 days. I thought interest was compounded daily, should you not receive daily interest or do I need a larger amount of BC first ?
It is, but its also based on stake weight. more coins = faster stake. The more times it stakes the faster you get it next time but smaller payouts. Overall you might make more if you leave your wallet open all the time. Its also based on how many other wallets are staking. the more coins staking the slower you will get it. You will get the SAME overall payout regardless of how long it stakes. |

I have a question. Who PROMISED that BC was going to be in the WSJ and Bloomberg... just to name a few.
Not sure, but I recall eating an absolutely fantastic burger literally seconds before the giant pump to 94,000 sat. I hate that IE was claiming he influenced the increase in value, TBH I think it was the burger. Then a few weeks later I had a stellar kebab, then of course the price increased again. Then IE comes out of the woodwork and claims it was his doing, I feel cheated. I plan on having a pizza tomorrow, this is where we can really prove my theory. Mark my words guys, tomorrow we will begin our ascent. I will have a pizza tonight and together we can double the size of the run! 200k in sight |
