What is Zefir even trying to say? Less talk more REFUNDS!  Angry

I guess he's trying to say that refund was not requested for the last batch, so it's going to be delivered.

Типа Наймы?

Concerning the second batch:

Hello zefir!

Could you please inform about the status of t13hydra's part of the last (joint EU) batch.

It will be served with the chips that are scheduled to arrive, i.e. to be expected end of next week.

Остальные молчат. Видимо, майнят изо всех сил  Cool

What happened to PURHASE offer? Can see no Ask orders at the selling price.

Offer is always taken down each day at around the time of dividends/report.  Once I've checked the accounting and that the new price is correct a new bid gos up.

Oh, sure! I forgot to look at the clock before posting))

Once you guys get your miners in hand what pools will you consider using and why?

btcguild + pplns

Guys,

stop using BTCGuild, please do spread your hashing power to the other pools!

spiccioli

Why pay those guys 3% when you can mine on Eligius, P2Pool, and others for free?  You can keep more of the BTC you mine, AND help keep the network secure by spreading the hashing power around.

With BTCGuild having almost half of the total rate, this is NOT a decentralized system. Join any small local pool or P2Pool.

309  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][SRC] SecureCoin | A Fast and Secure Version of Bitcoin | LAUNCHED on: September 19, 2013, 03:16:00 PM
getting a lot of "transaction is too large, transaction cannot be created" errors for some reason, can't even send 30 SRC :<

This is probably due to p2pool payments. You are getting too many fractions of payments so it affects the way you can pay out.

Same issue here after using a p2pool for long enough. Are there any solution? TIA

Try sending in smaller parts or use raw transaction API for fine tuning: https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Raw_Transactions

Hello!

Do you have any news on Avalon chip refunds for t13hydra's GB (ordered 22 May) and the joint EU GB?

Thanks!

5000*500 = ______

or there's this maths if you like

1,000,000+(5,000x250) = 2,250,000 GH/s

Thanks, found it. I skipped that post twice somehow)

And since KnC is supposedly delivering 2.5PH/s in 12 days

Source?

Try reading back, oh, all of about 10 messages or so...

Read 2 pages. Still can't get how he derived the "2.5PH/s"

I am pretty sure if was 2-3 weeks from the time Bitfury resellers received chips to the time the first orders went out.

That was the main Bitfury's idea. Just as planned, some device (PCB) developers have failed, some succeeded. This is the disadvantage of single development process.

I'm a novice and I suppose I'm asking you guys if its worth buying stock.

But you've answered the question nicely.

I'll keep an eye on the prices and buy a small amount.

MINING will generally act like a 5MH/s PMB, so if you just want cheap PMBs, buy it.
SELLING requires some reading first.

LOL. You are implying that buying a PMB requires no knowledge or skill -- and that is completely wrong. Most people investing in mining are losing tons of money because they are not doing the necessary research and are generally ignorant of the economics of mining.

No, I didn't mean it required no knowledge. I was just saying that it's easy to understand what is PMB and its dividend calculation is straightforward. There are other PMBs on the market which act the same (a PMB is a PMB). SELLING, on contrast, is a fund with unique rules, which are not so easy to understand.

If someone is going to buy PMBs (after he has done his math), he can just buy MINING. No precise knowledge of DMS mechanisms is required in this case.

I'm not sure I understand what this means for batch #1 refunds.  Forgive my density, anyone care to elaborate/explain?
Batch #1 was odrered by escrow, and he placed a refund request at Avalon (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=189582.msg3119178#msg3119178), but funds are not refunded to his address yet.

Batch #2 was ordered by zefir, jointly for all EU group-buys (this, marto, bizwoo, Sebastian). Same as above: refund request placed, funds not arrived yet.

Thank you!
Now we can just relax and wait for another week (or month) until Yifu processes the refunds.
