301  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and Education on: April 14, 2020, 10:01:23 PM
IMO, for formal education, I think it will be more emphasized on general knowledge related to blockchain and cryptocurrency, can be included in the curriculum of computer or economic subjects. As for the deeper ability to earn money, it can be obtained through seminars, training, or non-formal education, I think.
302  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: This is our chance on: April 14, 2020, 09:23:43 PM
Bitcoin and the crypto world generally offer freedom. But that does not mean we can ignore government regulations. We can be free to choose the investment path that we like and prioritize, as good citizens, we must consider the applicable rules as well as that. That is the importance of us understanding the laws and regulations related to the crypto world in our country, in order to determine effective strategic steps to earn money. Remember, freedom does not mean rebellion, do it smoothly and smartly Smiley

Even when halving is so close yet everything in crypto looks very quite and normal, unlike previous years of halving that you can fill the vibe from distance,  this year is totally different,  the unexpected pandemic has changed things in a whole lot, can't say I expect so much this coming halving just for the obvious reason, I don't think there will be such influx of new investors, the attention is diverted from crypto right now, surivival is top most priority for many people right now, so we can only hope for the best.
Right, this is a really difficult season. Although sometimes pessimistic, I try to convince myself that there will definitely be a pump even if it is not as big as the previous period. No one knows, for sure we must also be prepared to take part in taking this opportunity.
303  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why reward halving instead of doubling? on: April 13, 2020, 09:26:40 PM
I think this is a comparable appreciation for early adopters. The system that has been designed by Satoshi makes the internal value scale of BTC tends to increase, moreover the blockchain is increasingly popular and adopted by many companies. With limited supply, the level of difficulty of mining which also increases, demand increases, it will increase prices. This is not an instant process, there are times when correction, strategy, and mental are needed. There is no guarantee that prices will always go up, understand the risks and use the best possible opportunity to make a profit
304  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Well Organized Scam Projects on: April 13, 2020, 08:33:19 PM
How can we safe ourselves from well organized scam projects? ~~
For projects proven to be a scam, there will usually be a warning from an experienced member here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0

Actually this is difficult to explain, not only need "experience" but also "luck". Projects that initially look good and promise can fail because they are less attractive to the market or choose the wrong strategy. Projects that initially seem usually even doubtful, can be extraordinary and profitable. That is why the crypto world is full of surprises.
The thing that you need to make sure that, whatever we do and choose will definitely bring positive or negative impacts. That is the risk and the consequences that we must understand.
305  Economy / Speculation / Re: My first experience of Bitcoin halving, I'm excited. on: April 13, 2020, 08:16:34 PM
~

My question is what price do you predict Bitcoin to be after this Halving and also I would like to get more details as regard to the Halving event. Does it have a venue?
Whatever the prediction, it is only speculation, there is no guarantee that the price will reach it, it could be the opposite happened. All of that is relative, make sure we understand this ecosystem, don't expect too high, so you are trapped in fomo.
Based on the previous halving period, the price does not directly pump, there is a long process, up and down, if your strategy and mental are not strong then you will be trapped in frustration. Fill your bag sufficiently, according to ability, is like saving.
306  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: This is why bitcoin is unique. on: April 13, 2020, 08:08:23 PM
~
I have used several times to make transactions to people I know in other countries and it’s way too cheap compared to when I go to the bank to do such a transaction; Western Union, MoneyGram and the rest of them will charge you high fees. But with bitcoin I just fund my wallet, and quickly send the money to them.
That's what makes BTC unique. We can make transfers in large numbers, without limits, without complicated terms and regulations as in conventional systems, and without territorial boundaries and without additional admin fees. As long as we are able to maintain security and give our best efforts for it, BTC is a good choice compared to conventional systems today. See? if we only fixate on the negative side, then we will not be able to enjoy the positive side and benefit from it.
307  Other / Politics & Society / Re: GLOBAL PANDEMIC - BLESSING IN DISGUISE on: April 13, 2020, 07:55:17 PM
This pandemic indeed provides many changes. In lifestyle, we are taught to care more about cleanliness and adopt a healthy lifestyle. For the earth, because outdoor activities are restricted, pollution is significantly reduced, we all "take a break" from our tired routine of life and learn to appreciate life more. Including economic activities, especially buying and selling, which TS mentioned. If the buying and selling activities will further reduce direct payments or cash, which becomes the first choice, of course, using e-money or digital cash transactions such as PayPal services, etc.

This is a disaster for all of us, many people have died, lost their jobs, and have difficulty making a living. Hopefully, this ends soon and we can immediately start a new, better life. Stay safe, stay healthy.
308  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: We are having the difficult time, are you still a Bitcoin HODL? on: April 12, 2020, 11:56:55 PM
Everyone has different predictions, some consider BTC dangerous, some assume there will not be an increase in the near future, some are very confident that BTC promises so that it plans to invest long-term, all of these we cannot force. Similarly, the desire to buy, sell and hold, it all depends on the conditions of each. Moreover, the current situation is quite alarming, everyone must prioritize maintaining their business in the real world, meeting their daily needs, meeting their health needs, and helping others to fight this global pandemic. On the other hand, BTC will still exist and be a good choice for those who want to invest, with the right consideration and strategy.
309  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Privacy in Bitcoin on: April 12, 2020, 11:45:21 PM
Well, bitcoin does offer freedom, but breaking the rules and fighting against the government is not part of that freedom. We must be wise in addressing this matter, the government set rules there must be a purpose. Understand the rules well, then take advantage of the opportunities given or allowed, so that we can still earn money from crypto and become good citizens by obeying the laws and regulations Smiley
310  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Which will do better in this Economic Crisis ??? BITCOIN or GOLD ??? on: April 12, 2020, 09:46:24 PM
Do we have to choose one? Though bitcoin and gold both have advantages and disadvantages. It's not fair to just look at the bad side of bitcoin and believe in "rumors" about it, while looking at the comparison from the good side to gold. IMO, by combining the two will get a chance to get a good profit.
311  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: We failed altcoin!! Altcoin then did the same on: April 12, 2020, 08:55:30 PM
I never failed altcoins but altcoins failed me alot, I'm sure it's same story for others too, they introduce good use case, give out good price at ICO and it all end with disappointments
Thats true.
There are some unscrupulous or scammers who make altcoin images worse, but that doesn't bother altcoin projects that are really well planned. Investors, marketers, bounty hunters, will form a good community if the dev team is able to offer quality products with attractive strategies. That is why there are still many crypto enthusiasts who come, there is still hope, as long as they truly understand the risks and determine the right strategy.
312  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Ixinium bounty participants? on: April 12, 2020, 08:37:06 PM
~~ no info about the team, what lesson can be learnt here ?
The crypto world is always full of surprises, that's a lesson from several projects that I have participated in. Although anonymous or pseudonymous does not mean the project is a scam, and that does not mean it is legit, many things are a factor of judgment. Good marketing, strong products, will definitely attract investors, it also takes time, so we must be patient. As bounty hunters, we must be aware of risks and unexpected things. Do not expect too high and always be grateful for what we can.
313  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty Detective Community Populer? on: April 11, 2020, 11:03:56 PM
~
Do you think that this bounty group will continue to manage the campaign for the future? Yeah, I think so.
~
Yes, because there are a number of projects that choose bountydetective management, it can be predicted that they offer quite satisfying services. I also see the rules that are set can reduce spammers and cheaters, as we know beforehand hacken.ai is handled by other management that turns out to be dominated by bots.
314  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if BTC never reaches all time high? on: April 11, 2020, 10:48:10 PM
Basically, it is not suitable to compare bitcoin with stocks because it is likely to be difficult for stocks to reach ATH but not for Bitcoin. Look at the effects that can pump bitcoin in an instant while stocks require a long period of time for a significant increase, there are many differences between the two.
Right. We must remember that all investment products such as gold, stocks, cryptos, etc. will not continue to rise. There are times when corrections and we must take the right steps with the calculated strategy. Panicking is not good, so make sure we prepare plan B. There are times when locking your profit it's a good thing.

Trends and patterns in cryptocurrency are always changing, as we know that data shows that there is always a significant increase after halving. New ATHs are always formed, but many experts predict that it is difficult for this period, we know the world is in crisis due to the COVID 19 pandemic. Even if ATH is not achieved I think the crypto market will still exist and become a profitable alternative for investment. But who knows? All this is only speculation and the crypto market is always full of surprises. We look forward to it.

BTC prices tend to rise after halving
315  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Recent Corona Virus Scams on: April 11, 2020, 10:15:47 PM
The fraudsters are very inhumane. This pandemic is a disaster for us all, we should help each other instead try to take the opportunity to commit fraud for personal gain. I also read some news that there are some people who hoard and sell important items in this situation such as masks, hand sanitizers, disinfectants, etc. at very high prices.

How sad, forging fundraising for personal gain. We also need to be selective in choosing a truly official fundraiser. If through social media make sure it is an official account. Actually, the easiest way is to help the closest person, the neighbor, or the neighborhood, it's more effective I feel.

Like TS directives, we also have to remind each other and report if we know of scammers in the name of raising funds. Report immediately so they can't fool more people.
316  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Time Will tell on: April 11, 2020, 09:24:23 PM
Bitcoin is surrounded by pros and cons. Its working system, which is contrary to the centralized system that has been established since decades ago, made most of the government provide anticipatory steps and strict legislation. The money circulating in the crypto world currently reaches billions of dollars, so a ban on this is not the right choice, so the government is only able to compensate it with legislation. As good citizens, we must obey government rules, learn the rules well, and find the most effective and suitable way for your efforts to earn money from cryptocurrency.

Bitcoin does offer "freedom", but rebellion and lawlessness are not part of freedom. Be smart people Smiley
317  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I realise Coronavirus is not a reason why on: April 11, 2020, 09:07:52 PM
Relatively, coronavirus is the main cause. Due to coronavirus, almost all the cities are locked down, people have become unemployed. Many people's resources are gone already. They need money to buy foods and daily necessary. That's why many people have sold their bitcoin at a lower price and the price has suddenly dropped like this.
Right, that's a very logical reason. This crisis caused difficulties in various aspects. Inevitably, some people sell assets to get fresh money, to sustain life during this pandemic. So it's not because of the loss of trust in cryptocurrency, this is just an attempt to survive in a difficult situation.
318  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: John McAfee 2020 Prediction on: April 10, 2020, 08:33:04 PM
~What are your insights about this? are you willing to wait for his promise about the market prediction?
What can be trusted from a "guesswork"? Even if it happens is just a coincidence, even if it is not proven, it will only make it as nonsense. Cryptocurrency is very volatile, difficult to guess, no one can really predict the price, only speculation. So don't drift easily, moreover, make the opinion or analysis of less competent influencers as a reference.
319  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: In times of turmoil, is Bitcoin really a safe-haven asset? on: April 10, 2020, 08:23:46 PM
~Gold has been performing better than Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies combined. It's odd to see something like this happening today since Bitcoin is a decentralized cryptocurrency. This should make it "immune" from real-world events whatsoever.
~
What are your thoughts? Huh
There are no assets that are immune I think if facing a pandemic that has an impact all over the world. Investors are also ordinary people, certainly also choose to release some of their investments to fulfill life in the real world. Only the durability varies.
All investment products declined amid this pandemic. Most people prefer to hold fiat, as a "safe" way to maintain value. This is also the most effective way because of difficult conditions, the need for life must still be fulfilled, while many things are decreasing productivity.
320  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: The sincere bounty managers should escrow bounty rewards on: April 10, 2020, 07:57:21 PM
the question is, will all projects agree with the decision to pay their tokens first to the manager or escrow? because surely every project will not agree with it except the forum that sets up the upfront payment rules for each project token
Of course not. In fact we can see now, some use Escrow and some don't. I think, if the dev team is truly committed and has planned all of its promotional efforts well, it must have prepared a budget for the bounty. So there is no harm if the funds or allocations that have been prepared are channeled through escrow, reciprocally, will form a strong bond of trust between the dev team, the bounty manager, and the participants. IMHO. Of course, this is a dilemma, projects with low budget will definitely have difficulty with the pretext of fundraising first.
The only way to deal with this situation is to be patient, and accept all harmful things like risks.
