3021  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How can we share our knowledge to the other people about bitcoin??? on: March 04, 2018, 12:24:38 PM

Rich people have the opportunity to share their knowledge because people always want to hear something from the influential people. If you become rich that's is the right time to publish your views but if you are not rich and popular, your ideas might not matter unless the camera is on you.

One simple thing a simple person can do to share your bitcoin knowledge is using a blog, I guess social media doesn't need you to be rich.
3022  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why are Americans so fat? on: March 04, 2018, 12:17:08 PM

I've read a study about people getting fat is because they don't just eat MCdonalds but simply because they are happy. Americans are not all fat but most of those that are unhappy people are skinny - Studies shows that when a person is not a jolly as some, they end up growing with the wrong crowd and not so happy.

3023  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Exchange or Wallet? on: March 04, 2018, 12:07:08 PM
I think it is best to keep your funds in your exchange wallet . Tho you should be careful on which exchange site you are going to store it . Make sure they have a good reputation or background on their security . I mean , no history of being hacked for long term . It is good practice to keep your funds in exchange site if you are a constant trader .

Keeping it in the wallet - This is good only if you want to withdraw or convert your balance into paper money . I mean , wallet can be stolen . hacked . If you have a hardware wallet then its the best option if you just want to protect your funds .

So it still depends on what purpose you want . If your a trader then keep it in your exchange wallet , because if you keep transferring your funds into your wallet , problems may come up like slow/high transaction fees . And during dips , you need your fund to be readily available always . On the other hand , if you just want to secure your $$ then like i said a hardware wallet is the bext option for that .

It is of course not good to put your coins on exchange wallet unless you are ready to trade every day but if you aren't  and just want to hold, you are putting your coins in danger. There is no safe place unless its going to be in a wallet that you hold the private key. This is the most important of all that someone in the crypto should put in their minds. As a matter of fact we discourage systems that asks our private key as its like giving a password.
3024  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: [BOUNTY] DEBITUM NETWORK - !!! BOUNTY CLOSED !!! on: March 04, 2018, 11:30:33 AM
Hi, I already removed the signature and have joined a new campaign. I've read its okay to remove it already. Thanks to the manager hope to receive my bounties later.

Campaign finished by week 7 now we are waiting for updates for spreadsheets and distribution schedules. But strange if many make a spam report on the 8th week, if you do not read on a written thread
DEAR PARTICIPANTS, TEAM HAS DECIDED TO END THE BOUNTY PROGRAM 1 WEEK EARLIER. TODAY IS THE LAST DAY OF THE BOUNTY PROGRAM.
NEXT WEEK WE WILL BE FINALISING THE SPREADSHEETS. THANK YOU ALL.

Those reports may not be credited says the manager because the campaign already ended before the 8th week.  Lets just wait for the final spreadsheet.
3025  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: Deley its a failure on: March 02, 2018, 09:48:14 PM
Failure, failure and more failure.
Inefficient allocation of resources.
At the moment the company has already consumed all the resources of the ICO developing the project. I have the sensation that the creation of the news channel is something to keep us entertained.
The best would have been to take the project through stages. The net of the testnet network was a good thing two years ago now, the management of the tokens is done automatically through Ethereum.
The EON token will not be worth anything, I'm seeing the start of similar projects like Polybius and Monaco.
I remind you that unsold tokens were redistributed proportionally, for $ 0.30 BTC valued at $ 500 I received 10500 EON tokens, therefore the purchase price is $ 0.047 / EON which I expect to sell at $ 0.20 .

There is nothing left to do though but wait til they finally release, we're all out of patience too. The reason probably why there is not much violence yet is because there are speculation of EON to be more than $1. If true, everyone will dump and can go on smiling after but if not that's when we see more here.
3026  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: [Signature] ✅💲🚀 DeHedge ✅💲🚀 Risk-hedging platform ✅💲🚀 on: March 02, 2018, 03:57:45 PM
I just joined the signature campaign. I was searching for good project to invest my time and effort to and I'm glad I have landed to dehedge thread where I saw they just started the campaign. a good project like this shouldn't be missed by someone who always are up for new venture to keep safe the investment.
3027  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty Campaign on: February 19, 2018, 04:30:35 PM

I mostly do campaigns that pays bitcoin but started to think big when I saw some users earnings thousands after they kept the tokens they got from bounties and so I decide to join. If one day this debitum tokens which I will be receiving when the campaign is over will be worth $10 each I think I've be getting a lot worth keeping.

Joining campaign will be worth if you have high rank in the forum too.
3028  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why can we not as a community boycott stocks.exchange on: February 18, 2018, 02:09:51 AM
Why even use that exchange?
If it loks like they are new and not even recommended by trusted users, avoid it because there is a chance of you getting your coins stucked for god knows how long or not even withdrawn. If your coin is only listed in this exchange then you need to wait til it get listed somewhere else.
3029  Other / Meta / Re: Secure your account before you regret. on: February 17, 2018, 02:33:59 PM
Just don't give away any password of yours also upper and lowercase and symbols and numbers are going to make the password stronger take that advice. The best advice I got is don't click links and login to it even if the sender is a trusted user. Most of the time why MEW wallets are hacked is because they logon to phishing sites.

Protecting your wallets is as important as protecting your bitcointalk account.
3030  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what is your plan? on: February 17, 2018, 12:43:24 PM

I'd like to by my own small farm of my own where I can also build my business from scratch. I hope to make it last that I can survive without depending to no one and this farm should help me and to my kids. I'd die trying if it will not be done in my life time. Crytpo is my chance to make me earn all these money needed.
3031  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty Rewards: Sell immediately or HODL? on: February 17, 2018, 12:54:54 AM
I think selling immediately bounty reward is a bad moves in bitcoin because what if the token will reach 10$ and you sell it to 1$ it will be huge lose if you do that. I think you must hold it and wait for the announcement or make a prediction.

Dont think the profit only when the price hit $10 per token that can make us in huge profit.
Before that, you must think both side, up and down. How if the price goes down to $0.1? Then huge loss. I think set lower profit is better.

It must depend on the project. If I were part of the EIDOO campaign, I would have kept them all If I receive any amount of it because the token already was of high value even when they were doing the campaign. It was already listed on exchanges when they did the marketing campaign which is why those participants already know the value of the token.
3032  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Have you ever exchanged your Bitcoins through Localbitcoins? on: February 16, 2018, 04:22:50 PM
I've had terrible experiences in that website (4000$ stollen because of some fucker claiming that the zelle transfer was a fraud). Tell me about your experience!

I don't get what zelle transfer is.

I haven't tried making transaction on localbitcoin, don't have any accounts either but seeing there were crimes with it where one party robbed the other instead of exchanging. This is really a scary situation which is why this is something really not worth doing unless you do meet in the public place.
Zelle transfer is just like an online payment method where you can send and receive money in minutes, it works like Paypal, Venmo etc.
At OP, it's always hard to see a genuine seller in localbitcoin though there are few. Some of the sellers there with postive feedbacks are fake. There was a time I wanted to  purcahse bitcoin there, luckily the guy was busted and i found out he was a scam, could have losed my money. Localbitcoin used to be good before but not anymore. You just can't trust it and paxful .

But why use zelle transfer,if it works like paypal then the transaction can also be disputed which could mean that bitcoin goes to the buyer and his USD be returned. what is better in this transaction is fiat in exchange of BTC. This is safe than  a payment system that can be used to scam.

I’m confused, didn’t you meet in person? Did you do the exchange with the person sitting in front of you?

I don't get what zelle transfer is.

3034  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH is the next generation of BTC? on: February 16, 2018, 03:11:42 PM
No it's not! There are many new upcoming crypto/blockchain based technologies that are far superior than both Bitcoin and Ethereum. These cryptos are maybe a platform, a pure transfer of value, both, or even a more sophisticated tech that can undermine a specific industry and any obsolete system.

This is also true however the most important of them all is whether this token are going to be used widely just as bitcoin and eth are. None of the tokens or platform were being widely used for now. If later a breakthrough will finally be announced like NEO which is my bet, this will sweep them all under the rug when bigc chinese community supports it.
3035  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [XRP] Ripple Speculation on: February 15, 2018, 05:58:43 PM
Rumors about Western Union and Ripple getting in bed together are true, well at least the rumors are true whether it will lead to full co-operation is another matter.

The globally known money transfer company Western Union confirmed that it is testing Ripple following more than a month of rumor-fuelled speculation that began in early January.
https://cointelegraph.com/news/western-union-confirms-testing-ripple-technology-for-money-transfers

I heard the rumors about moneygram but not westernunoin actually.

If the testing works well which I'm positive that it will, those traders who hold ripple will definitely hold them tight when the price climb up the cap. It once overtake ETH and it might just do it again. Bought mine at the very early stage of XRP and I haven't sold any of them.
3036  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [IML] [ICO] IMMLA - First International MultiModal Logistic Application on: February 15, 2018, 04:18:23 PM

I can't remember what I did to receive a good amount of bounty for this project. It felt like its too good to be true but is this project really real and there is a chance that it will be listed on exchanges?

Can you guys provide us the contract information of this token please. I wanna make sure if the ERC IMMLA token I got is real.
3037  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ripple and western union testing money transfers on: February 15, 2018, 04:07:06 PM
Just read about a new test between the two.

if its successful how do you think it will affect XPR?

if tey will trade XRP it could be great for the coin but if they will create them a different blockchain i don't think it will make any difference...

any thoughts?

https://cointelegraph.com/news/western-union-confirms-testing-ripple-technology-for-money-transfers
It wont affect XRP's price because it will only remain a FUD if there is no official statement from western union itself.Stop shilling this centralized coin, you like kissing banker's ass then go ahead invest with this manipulated coin when your money got burned do not blame us people who warned you.You can get into the hyped coin but i suggest you should get out fast while you still can because you might be trapped with this shitcoin.
Are you saying they're going to abuse their power of printing any amount of Ripple? :O

That is what I understood actually when they say ripple is controlled by banks. Most of these guys doesn't really understood what they are saying and they don't get ripple stands for. Its almost like ETH and still controlled by vitalik. Like the usual its being fud too but now  that eth flew like they can't catch up anymore they turned to another.

3038  Economy / Economics / Re: Economy in your country on: February 15, 2018, 02:31:55 PM
I think the the effect of bitcoin to a country won't hurt their economy. It may affect the currency market if for example it is partnered with btc/usd on forex brokers. I don't see this being on huge brokers though. The price of a currency appreciates when the demand if increasing, if traders go long for usd using btc to buy it then price of usd spikes.
3039  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New ICOs on: February 15, 2018, 01:45:48 PM
Ever heard of Yobit? Yobit.net is the right place to find the listings of potential coins and their value and market volume so you'll be able to make informed decisions as to which one to invest in.

Yobit? Its the first time I heard someone actually recommend this site again. I don't see users like you these days, most of those who were in yobit already decide to quit and call the site a scam.

Tokenmarket seem a good place to look for ICO or you can try here in the forum https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=159.0
3040  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My Security 2.0 DOs and DON'Ts for everyone :::Must read on: February 14, 2018, 03:16:10 PM

Don't trust no one in the forum, this should be the first in my list. If someone PM you something don't respond to it unless you are the first to approach them. The person who does approach you the first can be someone who already stalked you form different platform and might have learned your accounts already so giving out anything even email address is not advisable.
