BTC is too difficult to replace. Until there is no coin/token that has the security stronger than BTC, it will not be replaced. ETH had tried though. There is on token that is trying to set a better platform which EOS. I find potential to this one and so I hope there are more to good products for this tokens so we'll see where its heading soon. Its left behind, way behind but it could fly high too.

Not expecting a bull market or any recovery is like considering crypto market dead. I don't think that the market is anywhere near its end. Yes, this bear market got prolonged but bull phase is expected to come in following months. But if you still don't believe in that, it is better to exit .
Everyone who still have coins in their wallet thinks the market is going to get better soon. Year is about to end the hopefuls are going to be hopeful after all the market rises every year end. If it won't get better then 3 months is left for this bloody year, the next year may be better. BTC price I think is the very minimum, it might not go dip below $6 which I think restores the market condition. |

I hold because I simply believe in bitcoin, in crypto and in blockchain in general. I don't just hold BTC but some altcoins I think will survive and will be useful in the future. Its the decentralization that makes me believe that finally we can have the currencies not controlled by the few. After learning I can generate more money with crypto, my dream of providing good future for my kids is almost realizing. This motivates me to hold.

Cryptocurrency is about humen rights and liberty. Vod actions are more like some dictactor. This is forum for free thinkers and for crypto enthhusiasts. How it can be freedom and liberty if we are feard by member Vod !! Im afraid even to say anything here !! Vod also has freedom like yours. He can do just what everyone can. If you are trying to find a team to join to, you should have put in the OP your skills, it will attract interested parties. I didn't fully get what they mean when they say they'd share the 25% of their income. I suppose they'd be distributing them all to the holders. Does it mean that we can get earnings by holding Desico in our wallets or does it have to be in their exchange?

The price surge slows down, I hope to see it leap up when SWELL conference is going on. I understand this is going to be like ETHEREUM platform too so I think if there will be more companies using the platform, XRP will also shoot up to mars.

Its not going to end that easy. There are yet to be tokenized businesses in the world that would needblockchain in the future. The airline businesses, the hotels, medical, human resources and so on. The project has to be promoted by bounty hunters.

Yep I did buy some EOS while the market is bleeding, its a risk to me because I sold my LTC for it. Its not thousands and although the snapshot was already taken months ago, I'm hopeful EOS is going to make it back its way up and will exceeds the investors expectation later on. I find it a a better platform which could be the next ETH.

Crypto has been here for more just a decade and it will stay forever now that there are regulations involve. I find those early investors a lot braver than the ones today. Just imagine how much trust they gave to this technology back 2009, they risk time and money to mine and buy bitcoin during that time when only few believe in this technology. Investing to day I think is much safer in the long run.

Exactly a year ago, Bitcoin is only valued at around $4,100. From this fact alone, we can conclude that we have not really went down too low. On the overall, the price is still around $2,000 more today as compared to the same day last year. In fact, in the next three days after reaching $4,100, it even went $1,000 lower, reaching around $3,100.
Therefore, we are still gaining. I don't understand why people are in panic mode when we are definitely higher than the price a year ago.
Probably because no one pays attention to the price a year ago. Many people invested in bitcoin when it cost 10k 15k and 20k dollars. And now they are in shock. They are expecting the price to go more than $20k this 2018 but it dip so there will be panic particularly to those investors who got in when the price was higher. If I have invested while the price was $20, I probably would have been panicking before the price dip to save the investment and then buy back at its very low. |

There isn't just a 100% way to find out whether the project isn't a scam. There are real team distributed their tokens and yet they dumped all the tokens they got before the ICO and then abandoned the project. Let this be a reminder to the people who invested on ETHD. Those who thought investing on projects that were listed already on exchanges are still not safe from being scammed.

If you want a simple way to detect it. Then look at signatures of high-rank members on this forum. This is the best, not the time-consuming way. Meanwhile, I recommend you to check Kamagames token sale. This company has 57M USD revenues and its games were the No.1 Top Grossing App in 101 countries on the App Store and ranked in the top 5 in gross revenue in 45 countries on Google Play. Its not actually the best as legendary users can still be deceived, its not a guarantee that you won't be scammed by anyone that totally looks legit. There are projects that will in every aspect look legit but a scam. Recently if you have seen it there were some projects and this isn't yet final but ABLE project somehow convinced a lot of users but they were accused of being scam. |

Between BTC and ETH, I think have advantages of each. BTC is the first coin and coin became the highest selling price. While the ETH was the coin number two after the BTC. The number of requests for ETH in this market is very big because each project is sure to use the platform of the ETH.
Its not about who is the first. BTC isn't even the first coin even created. But its true ETH is technologically better than BTC it has a direct use over to what it will do to its network and so ETH is much useful for this aspect. It is however not going to be what the merchants are looking for when it comes to storing the value of their wealth and I guess its about popularity and the limited coin to which more than a million of the coin were lost forever. |

I think everyone here in the forum do have the confidence to bitcoin unless they'd dumped their coins and leave crypto forever but the fact they are here I guess they are buy to make more money. They don't just trust Bitcoin but I think the rest of the coins which made them money the last pump. The coins that were pumped last year I think will always be pumped due to its popularity and this hope is always going to be in the hearts of those who profit.

You'd be disappointed to see the market don't grow rapidly. Its going to be gradual again like in the year 2013 and you have to wait til the price and the craze of the cryptocurrency died before the market will surprisingly swing wildly again. A lot of use were hoping 2019 is much better than 2018 but look how far we got this time and the year is almost going to end.  |

Maybe so. But I'm seeing more project coming actually. The blockchain industry is just starting and we have yet to see the peak of it because once SEC finally will regulate everything and all the companies trying to tokenize for their economy, there will me thousansds if not millions of companies gonna be doing this to be funded by investors.

You got it right. Traders have thier reasons when to sell. Some sell when the market starts to bleed, this I think is because some are considering to accumulate tokens after the bear market when it they think its going to be to lowest possible the price can dip, they buy and this time they get more of the tokens. I don't usually do it because I sometimes lose but for those who knows how to do it right, its definitely worth it. I use to do it with XRP but this time it got me.

Those new tokens shouldn't be afraid of what is going to happen after all there ain't going to happen to their funds if they are not going to list the token. The price is going to be the price no matter what happen, if it decreases by the time it got listed on the exchange, its mostly due to the traders wanting to save their money before price fall further, those sold tokens can be bought by the team is they will and its up to the team still whether they can make it grow later on.

Even with this bleeding market, I'm still thrill whether it could go up or down later on. Opportunities like we have right now don't come every day soon so we better grab this chance to collect more. Although this isn't quite a good time to buy, I'm very much positive that it will rise soon maybe 2019. It will grow one day and we are going to be one of the early birds.
