Yeah, smithsonian institute, how convenient. Your bonus is almost spend, gone. You should consider renaming yourself to SPENTulus
...

Oh, you don't want to check out the LEM at the Smithsonian?

No problem.

There's a half dozen at various museums.

Take your pick.

The others are a bit hard to get to, being on the Moon. One's still in orbit around the Moon.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Apollo_Lunar_Module#Lunar_modules_produced

Now, were you or were you not lying about these being made from cardboard? I hear those walls were made from Aluminum and were about four times thicker than a beer can. I'm pretty sure beer cans are not made from cardboard.

I think you were just being a bald faced liar claiming they were made from cardboard. Because what if it rained in Hollywood during filming the scam? They would have became a big soggy mess and fell apart.

Shadows do reach a really long way right after sunrise on the Moon. There is nothing to blur or dim them.

The horizon is of course visible forward and backwards. So what?

On Earth, on the seas, the horizon is something like seven miles off. But on the Moon, a smaller sphere, it is only two to three kilometers off.

These issues can be calculated using trigonometry, a type of math that was invented some 2500 years ago. If you are interested in why you don't have a "proof", I'll be happy to show you a math proof.

Oh. By the way, your PROOF needs to be fixed. Maybe you could learn to spell visor?

The self-assured way in which conspiracy theorists stick to their story imbues that story with special appeal. After all, flat-earthers are more adamant that the Earth is flat than most people are that the Earth is round (probably because the rest of us feel we have nothing to prove). "If you're faced with a minority viewpoint that is put forth in an intelligent, seemingly well-informed way, and when the proponents don't deviate from these strong opinions they have, they can be very influential. We call that minority influence," Douglas said.''

This may all be true, but I maintain he's lying about the LEM being cardboard. It's certainly true, cardboard is a cheap and easy to use building material for Hollywood sets. But can he prove it wasn't built of styrofoam?

The burden of proof is on him.
3024  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why does US trade with other countries when it can just loot their resources? on: June 14, 2019, 06:11:37 PM
Countries like Japan and Germany tried that approached. Conquer countries and take anything they wanted. But what happened to them? Annihilated by Allied forces. United States of America cannot take all countries at once without allies. And many countries right now have their own nuclear arsenal. There is no real VICTORS in war.

With the help of the US after the war, Japan became the economic power house of Asia, and Germany the economic power house of Europe.

Rather curious, isn't it?

What they strove to accomplish with military force they accomplished with manufacturing, trade and finance.
3025  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Trump Verbal Attack on Mayor of London, While landing in the UK. on: June 14, 2019, 06:01:18 PM
I hope that he won't be elected on a second term, because he scares me a lot. I can easily imagine, that on some point a huge problems may appear because of his words or actions.

Mark Twain said, "Diapers and Politicians should changed frequently for the same reason."

And that's the reason voters preferred Trump over Clinton.

I'm good with another Trump term, given all the recent crazy antics by Democrats.

"Open borders..." is straight from Lala land...

@Spendulus,

I'm not trying to win a debate, this is not a game of pipul. I'm making a point about being lied to, manipulated, defrauded and gaslit about the claim a bunch of clowns landed a cardboard box on the Moon.

You want to get behind the guys trying to fuck me over with their fraud? I hate you fucking retards, go fucking kill yourself shit for brains!

I don't care who you hate, and you are definitely not winning any debate.

Every time you "make your point," and hear a counter argument, you ignore it and attempt to sidestep to another related issue. That's intellectually dishonest, as well as an acknowledgement of having lost argument after argument.

Ad hominem, goal-shifting, misrepresenting quotes, outright making things up, those are your tactics.

Incidentally, can you prove it was a cardboard box? I don't think you can. I think you made that up. There is one at the Smithsonian. The engineering drawings say it wasn't cardboard.

https://airandspace.si.edu/collection-objects/apollo-lunar-module-lem-lm-nasm-exhibit-museums-smithsonian-exhibits-ai-space

Is it cardboard? Be honest for just once. I think your brain is cardboard. Is it?

Oh, by the way.

Here's some of the actual history of the Lunar Excursion Module (LEM).

Nobody stole the Moon rocks and replaced them with fakes you fucking cuck. The Moon landing was a hoax and all the evidence is fabricated.

Why is it then that I can look at a moon rock under a microscope and immediately describe geological features that could not have been made or fabricated on earth?

By the way, insulting people won't win debating points.

3028  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Did we actually really land on moon? on: June 14, 2019, 02:17:57 AM
...Radio technology wasn't good enough at the time so that they could block all the broadcasts that came through. So, much of what we heard was real, but the pictures weren't.....

Basic color television was broadcast numerous times from the Apollo LEM to Earth. IIRC the resolution of that was 320 x 240.
3029  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Did we actually really land on moon? on: June 13, 2019, 10:36:30 PM
Outer space is fake, it's a hoax!

So the guys that recently have been testing Spaceship One, going 50-80 miles up, are lying to us? The guys at the ISS? What about the unmanned space probes?

Either they - millions of them - are lying to us, or you are.

I know where I'll place my bets.
3030  Other / Politics & Society / Re: 5G Has Dual Use As A Weapons System on: June 13, 2019, 02:16:53 PM
I recently heard this breakdown of exactly why this system is a danger that I thought was quite eloquent and does a good job getting past the "conspiracy theory" aura around this discussion and covering factually possible application.

Can it kill mosquitos?

Let's see. Mueller knows the law, and what you can and can't do and he is following it to he letter. And he did not clear Trump. In fact he said he couldn't say that.

No kidding?

It's not his job to "clear Trump." Just like that's not the job of any district attorney anywhere.

In other words, Mueller is DONE.

Oh, I already said that.

Just a kind reminder. Rather than taking twisted logic such as yours seriously, people are laughing at and tuning out the  attempt to keep the Mueller Zombie alive. Go ahead, pop your little bubbles. Please use a very serious tone. It might help.
......

Just as more young people will watch the movie version of a book than will read the book, Democrats in Congress have actually admitted in cable TV show interviews that they want to dramatize the Mueller report so that the voters will understand it (in their view) and care.  What the "Mueller Manifesto" needs, Democrats have all but admitted, is some Broadway razz-a-ma-tazz:  A chorus line.  Cheerleaders.  Anything to try to get voters to listen.

So on June 10, Chairman Jerry Nadler convened a panel in a hearing titled "Lessons From The Mueller Report." The purpose of the hearing was to read on TV what you could read for yourself in the Mueller Manifesto.  John Dean was flanked by two misleading former federal prosecutors and Heritage Foundation scholar John Malcolm, who just mostly agreed with the Democrats like a poodle wanting his belly rubbed.

What happened with Silk Road?

This is slightly different, but I suspect that if you try to repress content on the Internet, you wind up making it more common.

Outer space is fake, it's a hoax!
Stop the lying, please.

I mean everything could be fake, who is to say we are in the real world and not a simulation or dream of one, I personally think this life is more likely than not to be a fake one, but a testnet of one. So we can`t fuck up the real one. ...

Because the granularity of this universe is described by the Planck constant size, which is pretty darn small.

It's like, there are too many pixels in this four dimensional thing for it to be fake.
3034  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Fiat VS. Crypto, which is a more stable currency? on: June 13, 2019, 01:26:44 AM
Fiat is stable but it would not be for so long. Its value has an amazing volatility especially when economic events happen and in most of the cases this events are bad and not positive ones.
There is no point in talking about stability if you don't define the term of comparison: stable compared to what?

It is the sun turning around the earth or the opposite?
It depends on the perspective.
From my point of view, the sun turns around the earth. I see it rising on the left and setting on the right.
From the point of view of another galaxy, it's the opposite.

If you take the $ as term of comparison and you compare all other currencies to the $, than the $ will be by definition stable, and all other currencies won't.
If you take the € as term of comparison and you compare all other currencies to the €, that the € etc.
It's a matter of definition, and definitions can be arbitrary.

For example, they say gold is volatile.
When they say that, they are comparing gold to $.
But they say also, in the last century, since the FED exists, the $ has lost 98% of his value compared to gold.

So, which one is more volatile?
Gold or the $?

It's a fake question.
Something is volatile or not, depending on which perspective you choose.

When we talk about currencies, the term of comparison shouldn't be another currency but purchasing power.
Gold is less volatile than the $ because it saves the purchasing power of its owner.

1g of Gold in 1900 could buy the same goods as 1g of gold can buy today.
No volatility
1 $ in 1900 could fill the shopping cart.
High volatility

The same principle is true with shorter time periods. I used long time periods (1 century) to make the point clearer

You may not like it, but what is unreal and unrealistic is any A to B comparison. It's necessary to compare one to all and all to one.
3035  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Keep religious beliefs personal to promote peaceful coexistence on: June 13, 2019, 01:12:45 AM
In my belief.Religion makes you a better person.Entering in religion is a matter.infact for me if you are in one relgion you will never do such bad thing in all fellowmen.what ever your religion it is.this is important.if you are truely believe of what religion teach us you wont do harm in coexisting.if you follow your religion deeply in your heart yes peaceful coexisting can be done.
Its our choice what ever you want.be in relgion or not if you think to do good our religion is not a matter.

No matter what they teach you, you will still be you, deep down. Are religious people significantly less likely to commit crimes or more likely to help others? Several studies suggest even the contrary so how do we really know if religion makes you a better person?

Good question.

Although the religious can assert beliefs, this is a question demanding facts.

The earth is hollow, we live on the inside, and the sun is in the center. There is nothing but solid earth to infinity below our feet. The reason why it looks like the earth isn't hollow is, all of physics skews all of our minds and visions and thinking so none of it makes real sense, but so that all of it has us thinking the earth is flat.

When we send spaceships to other space rocks - Mars, Moon - we are really sending them to an inhabited part of hollow earth.
...
I assume you are joking, since even the ancient Greeks, knowing trigonometry, could and did prove you wrong.

Trump is the best thing ever happened to the world.

He may lie, but he really speaks what he means and thinks. And I like him for that xD

@Krsps you’re over reacting to Trumps statements, No one is going to loose their freedom Amercan laws are not that weak, and remember if he crosses a certain line he’ll be impeached. Russia has no connection with Trump from my understanding, because till date no proof has come to light on this subject so you have no reasons to be concerned.

Juggy 777,  thank you for your concern. Nobody can keep up with Trump's barrage of bizarre outbursts and tweets.
So let's just stick with the facts.

On the contrary, there a mountain of evidence of Trump's connection with Russia.

FBI Director Muelle has done an outstanding job of investigation. He is thorough and meticulous. And he is not done yet. ....

Buddy, I got some news for you.

Muelle is done.
3038  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Did we actually really land on moon? on: June 13, 2019, 12:27:49 AM
The more I learn, the more I question things and this is what I discovered from some google searches I made. Moon doesn't have an atmosphere and it is said that the moon's temperature at day is at 224 degrees Fahrenheit (106 degrees Celsius) during the day, we are looking at Neil Armstrong being hit directly by the sun and that is so hot. Just imagine yourself in the Sahara dessert spending two hours and that can pass you out, what more on the moon with more than 3 times the temperature.

All the Apollo missions were carefully scheduled for the hours after lunar dawn.

The temperatures were not so extreme then.

Not only would they have not survived physically during the main part of the lunar day, but they would not have been able to see to move around, or to navigate to land. A condition similar to snow blindness that occurs for about 100 hours centered on lunar noon. During that phase, there is no contrast and few shadows, and everything has pretty much the same color.

3039  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Up Like Trump on: June 12, 2019, 03:46:54 PM
...Even then I gave him a year more-or-less on the remote chance that he was playing '3-D Chess' or whatever.  In that time he fired the few people who were worth a shit and put in the likes of John Bolton.

Okay, that's 4D chess!

The Copernican system is a crock of shit, the Earth is not a globe and I could prove this beyond a reasonable doubt in court of law.

Mathematics has to be denied to get you where you are. There is no "reasonable doubt" with a mathematical proof.

Simple equations show that tensile and compressive strength of rock and common materials under the force of gravity will form a sphere.

I can measure G myself, and prove this easily. All without needing any "youtube video proof."

...

Buzz did say that

Girl: Why has nobody been to the moon in such a long time?
Buzz Aldrin: Haa, That`s not uhh a 8 years old question, That`s my question, I want to know but I think I know, Cause we didn`t we go there and that is the way it happened.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jRlqo7ZofDo Buzz admits never went to the moon

.....

I already answered that, SNOPES debunked it by showing the full quote. Taking a piece out of context and claiming that's what he said is called "Lying by Omission."

The Apollo program is likely the most extensively documented project in human history. Everything is available to the public, also. To deny it is just plain stupid even by conspiracy standards.

You see, you don't even know what you are denying.

Are you denying Apollo 8? 11? 13? What, exactly?
