3061  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Yobit - Stucked coins list (Add yours) JAN 2018 on: January 11, 2018, 11:30:56 AM
last time I had CLAMs in yobit I couldn't withdraw , now looking at the price difference between yobit and other exchanges ( around 15% ) I'm sure that Clams withdrawals still not working till the day
you can add it to the list so people don't get fooled by the price difference and think that they can arbitrage it
3062  Economy / Speculation / Re: What price of BTC will make you sell it? on: January 11, 2018, 02:15:05 AM
setting price goals can be both helpful and stressful so be careful when setting your price goal
personally I still cashout whatever amount of money I need , I cashed huge percentage of my holdings last year which now could worth x14 more but I don't regret it cause I needed the money that time
the point is do whatever fits you and make you sleep tight at night , this is the only way to both profit and enjoy the ride

many are predicting insane price targets for bitcoin , it may happens and it may not so
3063  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Venezuela launches petros, their national cryptocurrency on: January 10, 2018, 12:10:19 PM
President Nicholas Maduro ordered the issuance of the Venezuela's national cryptocurrency. Whitepaper to be released on January 14. What do you think about this? How will it impact on the cryptocurrency world?

been hearing that a lot but still can't totally get it , do you guys have any official source for that or at least an explanation
I'm still confused about it , like can non Venezuelans also get that coin and how can it be traded ??

AFAIK in Venezuela it's so hard to move your money outside the country , so that will give the citizens a legal way to send their money out of Venezuela  Huh
so not sure how they will adopt a crypto currency , probably I'm miss understanding it
3064  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Microsoft Removes Bitcoin on: January 10, 2018, 12:02:21 PM
why Microsoft Removes Bitcoin as Payment Option for Microsoft Storew?

yeah I saw that in one of youtube news videos , the youtuber mentioned that this is a temporary move
Microsoft is saying that's due volatility  , but bitcoin has always been the same when it comes to volatility since the early days

most likely it's due the long time to get confirmations , since it can be really serious when your business is  fiat based
for example when a customer makes a purchase and pays certain amount in btc , at the time that the transaction confirmed the whole value based on USD may change a lot

so the site may lose money if the price go down , or they may gain money if the price go up
3065  Economy / Gambling / Re: QUADSPOKER, the easiest road to the WSOP 2018 main event on: January 08, 2018, 09:10:47 PM
where is your product ?? the whole project looks extremly shady for me
all we can get about the site is a screenshot taken from Betcoin software , how can investors even see what they are investing in ??
also how are you going to guarantee the staking platform , cause as I see you are planning to add staking
when it comes to staking it's not about the platform at all , there are many platforms offer that but it's about the trust
how will you handle it and protect your customers from fraud ??

Like mentioned earlier. We are working with the same software developer like betcoin does. There only need some implementations for our token. In a couple of weeks we are we are launching our poker room.
Yes we know there is staking is based on trust. We are working on a smart contract solution so nobody can run away with investors money. There are many other platforms but ours will work on QPT and we will act as middle man between investor and player. Most poker players don't want to ruin their reputation by running away. So its also partially investors responsibility to stake or back proven players and not everyone that is applying for a stake.

well I'm not sure how much that software cost , but I'm sure it doesn't need an ICO to get such software
I'm still confused why you need ICO to launch a poker site ?? poker doesn't need huge bankroll cause the house is always winner with no variance

about the staking yeah a smart contract can work for staking inside the site , but staking for live event that's the real challenge
I may change my mind if I see something worth the investment
3066  Economy / Gambling / Re: 2.5 BTC CLOUDBET WITHDRAWAL PENDING on: January 08, 2018, 09:46:53 AM
I found Cloudbet on google as it was the first search. I deposited two amounts and won. Jackpot on Fruit Bonanza worth 2.5 BTC.

Its been over 24 +  hours and still pending and im certain the live chat are just playing me.

I dont want to tarnish their rep without them actually scamming me but im very worried right now.

I really need this how can i rectify or take action?

Thanks.

nothing to worry about -yet- , these types of withdrawals may take a week
I know it's annoying but almost all the casinos take long time to process big withdrawals these days , even in your case it shouldn't take much since AFAIK it's impossible to cheat in 3D slots so there should be no verification for the bets
also next time play somewhere else , cause reading the reviews in cloudbet's thread you can see that many people complaining about their support also their account in the forums here has been inactive for a little over two months now

hey  I just want to know where the extra 1% in lotteries come from cause it got me curious , does it come from investors or from site profit ?
asking now cause I have serious amount invested in bankroll , so it would be nice to know more ( not complaining cause the investments are doing great  Cheesy )
sorry if it was asked before but couldn't find an answer
3069  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin SCAM! on: January 08, 2018, 06:03:04 AM
yeah sadly , even some newbies think that bitcoin can be only used in ponzis and other making money schemes
one of my friend actually contacted me to ask me which cloud mining site I use , cause he just heard about bitcoin and he thought that the only use for bitcoin is to invest it in cloud mining and other sites that claim to offer guaranteed returns ( thanks to some idiot youtubers )
3070  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do we really need Bitcoin? on: January 08, 2018, 03:53:13 AM
Recently, more and more I have been interested in the question of why Bitcoin was created. Who created it and for what purposes. After all, clearly there are people who control bitokoyn, well, that is - own a very significant amount Bitkoyn. Maybe it's just a new currency to replace the dollar only in electronic form. Until now, nothing is known about the creators of Bitokin. Why we need crypto-currencies, if on the idea you can use the same transfers of money cherz different banks. What happens if bitcoin collapses? Do not judge me strictly, it's just that these thoughts have visited me more and more often lately.

yeah if you are living in a first world country you may ask yourself this question since you have access to almost every banking service and you don't care about decentralization
but how about other countries that have no access to banking at all or some countries that got screwed by banks , I guess if you were living in a such country you would know the true purpose of bitcoin

some countries are facing insane inflation and in these countries most of the times you won't be able to exchange for USD or buy gold to protect your value , bitcoin gave a solution for that too

I live in Syria and I have many cousins in the US and other western countries , you know that the law of the US forbid sending money to Syria even if you are sending the money to your brother for example ?? well here you go another use of bitcoin
3071  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency Of Your Choice ! on: January 08, 2018, 02:01:53 AM
Hey guys, Is anyone participating in Cryptocurrency Forum CryptoInTalk $20,000 Cryptocurrency of Your Choice Giveaway?

If you guys would win which cryptocurrency would you pick to get paid in with?

http://www.cryptointalk.com

is that  new forums ?? never heard about it till now and it's showing only 1 member active  Huh
also didn't get you post fully ? are they holding a 20,000$ giveaway ? cause I didn't find any thing related to that
if so then most likely it's suspicious and only to attract some members there , but I may got it wrong tho

I wouldn't mind checking other forums , but it looks like it's dead
3072  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrencies and world governments: what to expect in 2018 on: January 06, 2018, 03:56:47 AM
personally I can talk about the middle east , and in the last 3 months or so I saw a lot of interest in crypto currency of course that was due media highlighting bitcoin price from time to time
some countries banned it totally like Morocco , but the surprise was that the Arab Gulf countries are showing real interest in it and they said that their citizens are free to trade crypto currencies
even Saudi Arabia is not fighting bitcoin , but they are asking for proof of income as I heard just so they can " make sure " that the money aren't coming from illegal ways

so in general governments are surfing the wave here in my area , some governments haven't said a word though which makes it even better IMO  Grin
3073  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Lightning Network Incoming: BTC to the MOON ? on: January 06, 2018, 12:38:16 AM
When LN will be there, will BTC go the moon and crush all altcoins on the road ??

bitcoin on its worst days was surging in price , so yeah logically bitcoin should moon if lightning was applied successfully
and yes many altcoins gonna be dumped so hard , cause we saw a lot of pumps recently with no reason at all beside using the famous sentence " bitcoin isn't usable , this alt has cheap transactions and it gonna replace bitcoin "
3074  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Satoshi must be cursing Bitcoin right now on: January 05, 2018, 11:50:46 PM
no he isn't and the dream is still alive , actually it's just the beginning and I'm sure the devs will figure it out
people who hasn't suffered from centralization and shady acts of governments and banks won't know how bitcoin is a true savior

actually few hours ago I made a tweet about how 6 years ago Syrians weren't able to use their Visa/Master cards without warning , leaving them not able to use their own money
https://twitter.com/SyGambler/status/949407430575828993

I know that most people these days only care about how much it's going up or down , but many still believe in the true purpose of bitcoin  Wink
3075  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: USI-Tech coin / MLM / Ponzi scam just bit the dust... on: January 05, 2018, 10:51:05 PM

Agree, they deserved what they got. There is a clear warning about Ponzi scheme site, and pretty much the business plan from Ponzi scheme website is illogical.

There are many YouTubers promoting Bitconnect for their own profit. I'm sure the only one who gains a profit from those kinds of site is the early investor, and the people who join it late, will get a loss.

most of the cases you won't make money even if you jumped in at the start , the only way to make money is to lose  dignity and promote it for new comers as a legit business

some people considering that early investors in bitconnect made money but that's not true , cause bitconnect take bitcoin payments but the "loans" are in USD
when bitconnect launched bitcoin was under 2000$ as I remember , so even if the first "investors" got in early and made like 200% ROI they still lost money
cause that they would had made like 800% returns just by holding the coins instead of throwing it in a stupid site

3076  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: USI-Tech coin / MLM / Ponzi scam just bit the dust... on: January 05, 2018, 10:21:18 PM
I started to not feel sorry at all when people lose their money in a ponzi site , many people are warning against such sites and we see some people still defending ponzis and refusing to admit that this will cause them loss in the end

here is a video from dougpolk one of the top poker guys warning against bitconnect with a 40 minutes video , still we see people disagreeing with him in the comments and saying that bitconnect is a legit business
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=upPmNzcqFkU

so I hope people will start using their brains instead of following  random youtubers advice
3077  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Exchange without verification on: January 05, 2018, 04:39:06 AM
well at least for now Binance doesn't require verification , and you can withdraw up to 2 BTC a day which is really great
this may change any time of course cause bittrex didn't ask for verification in past and they changed it without even notifying their members
but can't understand what " no luck " means in the OP , how you can't be lucky with verification  Huh

anyways if you not willing to give your ID then you should be extremly cautious and use only decentralized exchanges like etherdelta , or you can use shapeshift where you don't have to even create an account ( fees are high tho )
3078  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Crypropia - scam on: January 05, 2018, 01:54:38 AM
I remember that my first deposit at cryptopia was on 13 october when clam crashed hard , and same thing happened with me at my first deposit but support solved it in two days ( of course I missed the opportunity that made me deposit in the first place )
I did bitcoin deposit like 6 days ago and it was credited right after the confirmations , but not sure about other coins or if the problem started today
so far there aren't much negative reviews about cryptopia so hopefully your problem will get solved fast

if you don't like delays then you should use another exchange , cause it seems that this happens a lot with cryptopia but overall they credit the balances and don't steal the money
3079  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: It's official now , no more Bittrex for Syrians and some other countires on: January 04, 2018, 11:05:39 PM
hey , same same same , thats exactly what happened with me , i contacted them before i open my account and they said yes you can trade , then the blocked access
and my account still closed , what the plan ? we need to do something !!!!

hey , I'm sorry for that mate but sadly nothing changed at all and some people are still using bittrex even it's a proven scam
some of the trusted members here left negative feedback on bittrex related accounts
it's been over two months now and still none of the Syrian people I know got their money , it seems that even the community here forgot about this huge scam

not sure what you can exactly do , try seeing other people threads here cause many still having the same issue and maybe you can organize a legal action
3080  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] CoinPoker: Poker future is today! on: January 04, 2018, 05:48:38 PM
somehow I'm not able to download the software through the site , my download is getting interrupted
is there anyway to download the software from a source outside the site  , like mediafire or something similar
You should be able to download the software if you turn off your firewall to attempt this.

Hey , no it seems that there was a problem with downloading for some countries as traincarswreck stated
my firewall didn't block the download , I was able to start the download but the download was getting interrupted after downloading 5-7 MBs
asked my friend to download it for me and upload the setup on dropbox , and after that I was able to software
