if 15 is 100% then 48 is 320%
so its 220% more = 220% value gain

the numbers are big enough to scare serious investors...

i guess that the biggest problem crypto faces

mainstream dont understand how u can earn more than 3% interest

u have to learn think longterm with DMD

compared to a year ago we doubled the $ value each DMD
and in that timeframe people enjoyed 50% POS so in fact they over tripled the value of their investment

16.02.2015 100 DMD = 15$
16.02.2016 they did become 150 DMD by POS = 48$

15$  -> 48$ = 220% value gain in one year!

merged mining will have big impact on mining landscape

a little flaw is that its doesnt stake at all if its closed for to long
it should stake but with zero rewards because the system want to reward just active wallets

so i think use magi XMG ruleset for rewards is fine but for weight (which affect chance to mint) its wrong

the goal from usability side should be always no micromanagement needed

a zero reward stake would create no need for micromanagement

if for some reason u where offline a month ur first day u stake for zero rewards but next day u start earning normal

not the bottom it can go towards a LTC/XMG traiding pair....

but i dont expect this to happen

the strong point of XMG is still the community

i was thinking before the stringest point is the dev

but actual activity level made me downgrade that asset value.....

i read from time to time in the team fly slack and can say im looking forward
that the great stuff that is worked on can be released and made public

pure POS is not the way to go

there must be a coin rollout part that allow earn coins without have coins forst

thats why i think a POW/POS hybrid is the best combination where at start of coinrollout POW is main coin creation source and POS addon for hybrid security

and later on it switches POS is main coin rollout source and POW is addon or hybrid security

regarding inflation effect is no difference between POS and POW both create new coins

in a endstage of a limited coin supply coin it will stay POW/POW but created blocks only earn tx fees
