Ku coin is in itself a new exchange. It has been listing quite a number of new coins recently, always available in the news section. Could be competition for the older exchanges.

There is a new litecoin card being issued and will be live on 27th February. It will be available for use with anyone by using visa card for customers to use at any retailer accepting litecoin as payment. Litecoin has risen over 10% today on the news.

That is good news for crypto currencies. If more will do the same it will increase demand and encourage others to enter market.

Best way is to log into genuine site then bookmark it. Any time you want to access site you use bookmark knowing you are entering genuine site.

The main problem with ERC-20 tokens is the buying and selling of them. There are not enough exchanges listing a good range of such tokens.

I sent support ticket in November. Problem was my fault. Received reply last week. Problem solved in a few days. Support was slow but they did answer and solve the problem.

It depends what you want to do. If you want to trade then obviously an exchange. If you want to hold then wallet is best as you have total control over your assets. You have the keys to access wallet and you can send where you want. Some holders are having problems getting funds released from certain exchangers.

At the moment it is the action of governments banning use of exchanges or buying bitcoin and banks stopping users using credit cards to buy bitcoin.

Thanks to ramarianz for the suggestion of using forkdelta. Although it looks a clone of etherdelta it gives some competition to the ERC-20 market.

Looking to see more ERC-20 tokens listed as exchanges are lacking for dealing in these tokens at the moment.

I first contacted support at end of November about a problem that was my fault. They contacted me last week and everything was completed in a few days. It took time for reply but at least they did. Hope others get resolved.

The problem with any new wallet or exchange is getting the trust of depositors. Once anything new starts being used then reviews, good or bad, will be available.

I do not see anything that is not on the more established exchanges. The list of coins is small. If you could make it different in some way from other exchanges eg list ERC-20 tokens then I would be interested. Best of luck.

The question is probably aimed at all cryptocurrencies. Governments are taking action regarding crypto's. Some are prohibiting using them,India I believe, while others are looking at regulation. Some banks in UK are not allowing crypto purchase using credit cards. These are the actions that will decide if crypto survives.

There is a difference between coins being listed and tokens being listed. Coins get listed on different exchanges depending on which site coin developer approaches while tokens tend to be ERC-20 ethereum tokens mostly listed etherdelta.
|
|
|
Will you be listing ERC-20 tokens? There is only one exchange at the moment that lists a decent quantity of these. A second exchange would give holders and buyers a choice.

The reasons for the fall in bitcoin,eg government actions and banks refusing to deal in fiat related to bitcoin, also apply to all crypto currencies. This has same effect on cryptos as with bitcoin.

Although bitcoin is very volatile and rose quickly last year these are not the sole reasons for the drop. There are governments banning bitcoin and some banks refusing potential investors from using their funds to buy bitcoin. These actions put doubt into investors minds halting them buying and in some cases encouraging selling hence drop in price as more sellers than buyers.
|
|
|
They are both different. Long time investment is holding and missing the peak and troughs of daily,or shorter, price changes. Trading is taking advantage of volatility by buying on the troughs and selling on the peaks. If done successfully trading will do better even including buy/sell fees.

You could try this exchanger. https://www.bestchange.com/perfectmoney-usd-to-bitcoin.html( not a refferal link). I have used it in the past to change paypal. There is a selection of cards available but it will depend upon the country you are in. The rates offered may be different from Paxful and others.
