Just a few post before:

Damn it!  Lips sealed I even quoted it myself!  Lips sealed  It totally slipped my mind as I read this latest report. Sorry for the confusion and thank you for bringing my memory back!

The application looks transparent and very user friendly. The presentation is also very clear and understandable.
It means that there are professional people behind the project who know the DeFi market very well.
About the marketing, I only found a mention in OnePager that it will be launched on YouTube. Does that mean you are not going to run a bounty campaign on Bitcointalk?

I am here since months. But nothing happens

And don't expect too much .. The thread's founder hasn't been on the forum for over 3 months:

Last Active:   November 25, 2020, 08:07:25 PM

The website still works, but that doesn't mean anything.

The last update on Twitter is on October 6 and the same situation on the Facebook profile.

On Telegram, there is a moderator from time to time who doesn't seem to know much.

I am afraid that there is little chance that this project will come back to life.

324  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: KYC for bounty hunters on: January 27, 2021, 08:49:28 PM
I have seen so many bounty people make multiple accounts and cheat bounty campaign, is it not possible for forum or bounty managers to make kyc compulsory for bounty guys?
Those who have done kyc will get instant approval

Every Bounty there will be people who want to get more rewards and they do multiple accounts but verifying participants is the job of the bounty manager to make the bounty clean and fair that's why they were hired to handle the bounty. KYC is not the answer to solving multiple accounts in bounties

Well said! A good bounty manager should be able to find and remove scammers and multiaccounts farmers. Unfortunately, even the KYC verification cannot be sure that the data is real. Someone in this thread has already written that it is possible buy someone's identity for even $1 in the darknet.  Angry
325  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Insane Fees on: January 27, 2021, 08:30:21 PM
I think that this table shows not only the amount of fees paid, but also the popularity of cryptocurrencies not only among investors - Bitcoin, but also among users who practically use cryptocurrencies (for example in their projects) - Ethereum.
This table can also indicate the trend where wivestors will move their funds in future.. as long as Ethereum 2.0 is successful and fees are reduced.  Cool Cool

You do have a point but it would have make more sense if all KYC requesting projects can pay bounty hunters, I'm guessing you haven't join a bounty campaign that ask for KYC and still not pay bounty hunters in the end and they went to list on exchanges like no one can hold them for not paying hunters.
Most of the campaigns are scams or very low value. The bounty hunter is both working and selling the KYC, it's very unfair. This requirement is no problem with escrow campaigns because 100% participants will receive payment.
But still many of you are joining right? when the truth is you already Knew those things.
If you are not profiting already then that's the time to leave and find another way to make good income.

We are not talking about whether bounty campaigns are profitable or not. The problem is that often, anonymous dev team projects require KYC verification. In my opinion, this is hypocrisy and a very strong signal that the project is not honest.
Unfortunately, I am afraid that this discussion will continue forever, or until the crowdfunding with tokens will be legally regulated.
327  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Earning Bitcoin whilst maintaining private keys on: January 27, 2021, 05:34:51 AM
Hi everyone!

Just wondering what might be the best way to earn more bitcoin if you have a bit and want your money to start working for you.

I do not want to risk losing my coins on centralised exchanges or anything like that.

I have been looking into Wrapped Bitcoin and liquidity pools and earning interest but seem to be getting lost in circles trying to find the right answers, perhaps there isn't a way to do it now whilst still maintaining your bitcoin on your ledger or trezor or whilst maintaining your private keys?

Woudl love to hear everyones thoughts or advice on what solutions there might be out there now?

Thanks heaps!!!

There is no way to invest without the element of risk. Nor can you open a business or invest Bitcoin or any other form of funds without moving them from your wallet. I think that one of the least risky investments could be supporting the bank roll of casino, but before that you would have to do a very thorough research of the selected casino.

Balance as of 2021-01-24: 0.56078505 BTC

Yours faithfully,

We all thank you for this report.

It is strange that someone decided to sell so many tokens at such a low price, but my guess is that during such a difficult time of the Covid-19 problems, someone just needed money quickly.

Unfortunately, I do not see information in the report about how many tokens were bought back from the market, whether they were burned and how many tokens left in circulation?

We want to draw your attention to the information about completing the buyback #5 program.

Purchased: 222,767.78 STA token.

These tokens were successfully burned, which is confirmed by Asset Info at the Waves platform.

Total circulating amount after buyback #5 program completion: 4,526,015.93 STA.

The full final report for CEL investment (with the amount invested, final results, etc.) will be published next week.

Yours faithfully,
The Cross Coin Team

You guys are great, so I sold some tokens, and I have some tokens to accompany you to the end.

I understand your needs and hope that everything will sort out quickly in your life.
However, I cannot hide the fact that I am very happy that someone is selling STA for a very low price. Hopefully it will continue for at least 2 million more STA under $0.50  Grin Grin Grin

Can I negotiate with the team to withdraw my STA token?

It looks like you won't have to negotiate with the Starta team.
After the first two days of Buyback #5, the price almost went up to $1, and that's not the end.
If you are ready to sell your tokens for $1, this is the best time to put them in a sell position for that price.
I sold some for less than a dollar, but it seems impossible for you to sell for a dollar, and the volume is very small. Now it can reduce my pressure, thank you for your reply.

I'm glad that you managed to get at least some funds.
True, someone has set up more sell positions below $1. It looks like not only you are in need of fast selling.
However, there is a high probability that the $1 level will be exceeded tomorrow or day after tomorrow.

~
Of course, it is very important for bounty to be launched by an experienced manager, because he is the first to research the project and is responsible to make only good and profitable for bounty hunters campaigns. Newbie managers usually care only to earn money and don't think if bounty hunters get payment or not, so they are able to promote even scamers.
this can be the right solution for newbies who are not experienced in bounties. Many bounty managers with a good reputation and proven to handle legitimate projects, this can be the first step to learning and accumulating a lot of experience.

remember, do not expect too high, let alone too obsessed with getting a lot of money from the bounty. There are lots of unexpected things, even a project that seems potential at first can end up a scam, so think of it as a fun side job Smiley

I totally agree! You should not be guided only by the amount of potential profit.
Usually, these Bounty campaigns offer the biggest rewards, which at the end collapse, price of token drops to zero, or turns out to be just a scam.
Don't be greedy, just be smart and patient.

The day after tomorrow we will have an AMA with Jose Antonio.
What is Jose Antonio's position in the project and how many people is in the development team?
336  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty on: January 13, 2021, 05:45:37 PM
It's kinda far fetched thing, work on ranking up your account first. Identifying genuine and fake bounties is something that comes with experience and even after than there is no 100% guarantee.

We can have a 100% guarantee only when reward is in our pocket Wink
Even when the campaign is escrowed, we do not have a 100% guarantee.
However, the more deeper and detailed the examination of the project, the more risk is reduced.
I agree that it comes with experience, so it is worth observing to which campaigns join high ranked users.
The experience and opinion about bounty manager is also very important.

338  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: KYC for bounty hunters on: January 12, 2021, 03:58:08 PM
Although this will prevent cheatings. I am also concern with our privacy and also privacy of other bounty hunters. I know there might be a 50-50 chance of getting a legit bounty. Some of them are scammers and might also use our credential from our passport. Using the scanned photo of our passport to register or to purchase something in our identity. This is a dangerous!

I have seen so many bounty people make multiple accounts and cheat bounty campaign, is it not possible for forum or bounty managers to make kyc compulsory for bounty guys?
Those who have done kyc will get instant approval

There are so many scam projects now, I think the KYC request is necessary but too dangerous. Many guys can take advantage of bad projects to get user information, bounty hunters risk losing money in the future. So now all projects no longer require KYC with bounty hunters.

At the moment, most of the bounty campaigns are DeFi. Most of them do not have a Whitepaper and the dev team is anonymous. It would be quite strange and irrational for an anonymous project to require KYC verification. When there was an ICO bubble, then most projects had to be very transparent to attract investors, which is why bounty hunters were also required to pass KYC verification.

I put forward the opinion that the team should use the funds of 5 # repurchase to start other market listing transactions.

Not good opinion... This wont help and decrease price for Starta token as less money for buyback

Of course, spending money to make listed token on more exchanges right now is a very bad idea. It would definitely be that after a few months, due to the low volume, STA would be removed, and the money spent on the listing would be drawn in water.
340  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [DEFI] DFE: Decentralized Finance Europe Farming and Exchange on: January 12, 2021, 02:40:40 AM
As I see among features only Dstaking (Holders Staking APR) is available right now. So how soon other features will be available for users?

3 months after the lunch of DFE

When DFE was launched?

Can we have more Facebook posts and Twitter tweets? A bounty campaign could be much more effective if social media were more active.

AMA is a great idea, but we definitely need more information about the project - Whitepaper, or at least articles on the Medium channel! Without it, the interest will be very low, because how can investors find out about the project?
