You make a fair argument and I think investors would be right to make a claim on the these coins. No legal precedent has ever been set. It would actually be an interesting legal debate, and both side would have a good case in court in my opinion.

This looks untrustworthy for various reasons. 1. You remain anonymous. 2. Your site looks like an amatuer made it. 3. You provide no photos or any evidence to suggest you are capable of doing this. 4. You spelled Satoshi wrong on your homepage on the top left. 5. Your "guaranteeing" steady payout

I am also waiting for a refund, for like 10grand. Ken slaughter is hurting his reputation if you ask me. I been waiting for almost 2 months. I can't believe how they are. Things came up and I now need the money for a surgery and they are taking their time and likely not going to send me back my money. Why because I honestly think they are crooks and I'm the idiot for trusting them.

Some may disagree but continue to save your money, or buy some BTC while it's around $400 a piece. Then wait till the next gen ASICs are announced and be one of the early adopters of those. Current miner are over priced and their isn't much return on investment with current projections.
