Not all risk is financial.  Not everyone in the community is comfortable sharing their personal details with a governmental body.  Look where it got Charlie Shrem.

I think this is the first thing you've said I can agree with. Everyone has their own risk factors. Charlie Shrem is a case all on it's own. He didn't follow the rules (So they say). Not sure how his situation is applicable in this scenario as from what I understand he didn't report suspicious activity as a money transmitter and his emails "incriminate him". I haven't really been following that but this is my understanding of his situation.

Charlie Shrem volunteered information to the US authorities which was then used to form a case against him.

what's an obgation?

It's an obligation to interpret the word 'obgation' as 'obligation'.

I took the liberty of correcting the following before sending the form:

Should probably add a 'to' near the bottom where it says ' I hereby agree the above terms' and perhaps the date it was signed as well.

What you are signing is basically an agreement where you agree that you are not entitled to anything more than a USD refund. Maybe your claims are bigger than that?

My anger against what is wrong in the Bitcoin community is productive:
Bitcointa.lk - Replace "Bitcointalk.org" with "Bitcointa.lk" in this url to see how this page looks like on a proper forum (Announcement Thread)
Hashfast.org - Wiki for screwed customers

HOLY TOLEDO guys!

Ken actually already refunded my order in BTC.
I can't believe it. Are you sure bitcoin transactions aren't reversible? Smiley

I will need at least one week to recover from this totally unexpected event.

Finally I can close this chapter full of horror.

Congratulations!  I'm looking forward to an update on your mining ventures on coindesk.
