I just want to know if this person is really truthful and open about his motivation. He is asking a lot of questions, so I ask some him some questions in return, I don't see anything wrong in that, I did not say he had to answer them, or is it forbidden to ask questions in return. If that makes you angry, I am sorry. No need to compare this with any political direction.

Is the crowdfunding going to be in urocoin or bitcoin or both? Will there be a reward for people who participate?
Do you (True-Asset) have time to do the administration for it or do you need help (or want to outsource it).
In case you do not have time to manage the crowdfunding (which I would understand) I think it is better do outsource it. Don't know much about Counterparty, but maybe it works, I need to look up what exactly they offer. I know Swarm is totally new and as far as I know not implemented yet.
Maybe somebody in this community can help with promotion? And who is the target? Miners, investors, farmers, importers?

That would not be fair, I certainly would not vote "yes" for that. Remember also that LemonAndFries once was a supporter also and has been there since the beginning, as has Lazj99. And then ask yourself, what is it what disappointed him so much that he got so mad? Because things have happened. And maybe he is overreacting, but try also to understand his point of view, he feels screwed. In Dutch there is a saying, who throws the ball to a wall must expect it to come back to him. If you see smoke, there must be fire.
130k NRS must have been at least 26 bitcoins at the time of selling. Dumping such an amount without giving a good reason is not cool. Keeping it a secret is also not cool. So this reaction is what you could have expected.

I guess you know what the word delegation means. And it is not wrong to ask questions. Some people need more answers than others. I am in this coin from day 1, have been mining it when the difficulty was still low, I have been buying at the lowest price and have been following this thread every day. There have been a lot of questions asked, and there have been a lot of answers. I guess there will always remain questions until the moment of truth. The moment of truth will be when the first ship with urea has reached the port of the first buyer. You can wait until then to invest. Some choose to invest now, because they are confident they have enough information. There is always a risk in investing, even when the investment is based on a real product. Maybe tomorrow somebody will invent a much better fertilizer and nobody will need urea anymore. It is a risk I am willing to take.

If I would say I do would you believe me? You don't know me, so the information I would give would be irrelevant (FYI I don't know him personally, I have looked him up on the internet, he has some tracks there).
If you want to know him and his whereabouts, I think you should call GES and ask for him.

Because he is a CEO and director and delegates tasks, that is what they do.

It is possible to build cross-platform mobile applications, most are developed in HTML5, but I am sure there are more possibilities.

Also it would be nice to see a detailed update every week in this thread about the development of the DACs. That will give us (stakeholders and noirsharesholders) a reason to feel part of the project, and to be able to add to it if necessary with our own skills and talents.
Actually this will be necessary to build trust again, and if there will not be a detailed update by the end of this week, I will have lost my trust in this completely. Even if some projects are not going as fast as you wished for, give an update, and explain why it did not go like it should have, in order for us to follow up.

I found out just now by checking the blockexplorer, indeed block 10. I really did not know there had been a premine, I just checked the front page of this topic and saw it was stated there also:

Although the premine is accounted for (and hopefully a specification will be given to the Stakeholders), I feel a little bit disappointed that there was not more openness about it, it was not mentioned in the initial NoirShares thread...

Strange...when I look at the blockexplorer I don't see someone holding 95% of all coins mined. And FYI, I think people are not holding because they want to dump this, but because they know their possible future value, and want to wait for that. If they cannot sell them on the market, they will be able to get a real product for it and use it or sell it. And there might be a slight chance the price is climbing because people start to realize that this coin will have a bright future with a big intrinsic value.

Although to my knowledge there was no premine. I started solomining on the day NoirShares started and there is nothing that indicates there was a premine, I mined some low blocks the first week. I remember reading on the BitSharesTalkforum there was a discussion going on between Barwizi and Invictus about 10% that had to be set apart for AGS and PTS holders because he wanted to base his DAC on their software (which never has been a secret to my knowledge). I can remember reading there that he has been saying that he wanted to mine 4% for that. To my knowledge he has not mined them before, but maybe rented some extra computer power to mine that part. He said there that has made a snapshot of the Bitsharesblockchain and AGS to be able to payout those shares.
As far as I know Barwizi never has made a secret of wanting to use technology developed by others to found the DAC of the NoirSharesGroup, like BitShares, Counterparty, Ethereum.

That said, I want things to be clear also, as a shareholder I deserve that, so openness about all spending should be given.
If Barwizi has sold 130.000 of his own mined NoirShares, he has the right to do so, although it is not that cool. Maybe he had a reason for that (like needing to pay his living expenses).

Until there is proof, I don't believe that Barwizi acted against NRS best interest, but that Lazj99 and him have a personal problem. No proof has been presented to my knowledge.

Most certainly he is working very hard to make the nuro wallet working before July 9th, as well as doing some other very important things that need to be done before then.

There are only 10.000.000 coins after POW, so the price is extremely low now. Mined this one for much more so I guess I will have to hold them for some time

I sold my MaidSafe Coins there last Sunday, and withdrew my BTC. It took around 36 hours, but they arrived in my BTC account on Monday. So if there is a problem, then it is very recent...I am sure it will get solved once the person that is supposed to handle it is able to get to internet again. But... wouldn't it be better if this Single Point of Failure would be solved? So make a backup procedure that in case this happens, someone else can take over the tasks!
