1. what happens if we get to the point that mining is no longer profitable? do you or can we have the units powered down? what will be the maintenance fee be in this case?

2. what is the term/duration of the hosting? if this is for a fixed term what happens at the end of that term?
no term or duration on the time is set, it will be end following the user requirement or no profit
3. are you incorporated, ie, registered as a company?
currently, i run this business by myself together with two employee, but our data center is build together with a company
4. for those already with hosted units, how do you know when your units are down, and how does the service tally up any particularly months outages to prove they are within their stated SLA?
we have a management plat to let you check the status of the miner, you can also check it on your mining pool

will check what is the problem
we usually only compensate any downtime that exceed 48 hours
but for the most of the time, the downtime is far away less than 48 hours
Do you have any S5's left from your latest buy? still have 50 unit left in this batch right now it is Chinese new year right now, so the new batch will be available two weeks later |

I am very interested now, just need one more question answered.
How do I exit from the service if needed? Besides selling to someone here, can I: get it shipped to me for a reasonable cost, you buy it back through the cost of daily service at an agreed price(takes months of no service host charge), get a refund at any time with the current value of the machine listed somewhere?

i can ship it to you, still need to find what is the cheapest way to do it, i usually use ups, but it is too expensive right now i can buy back, we can negotiate a price by then |

Am considering buying one or two but can you clarify this since in the op you stated a different timeframe for compensation: The miners will host in our CHENGDU Industrial Scale farm, where we promised that the up-time will be 98% and any downtime exceed that (14.4 hours each month) will be compensated in full.

For anyone considering I have 3 hosted here and so far have been extremely satisfied.
Only suggestion would be an interface where we could make out own pool changes, as that would make it easier for us and I am sure Lee as well.

The money you need to pay for each miner include 1) the money for miner:340$ 2) the money for pre-paid host fee to 20th Feb: total 15 days:1.416*15=21.24$ total 361.24$ if you want pay with bitcoin you can transfer them to bitcoin with the real-time exchange ratio from bitstamp. for example, if it is 220$ right now then you need pay me total 1.642 btc@220 sent it to my btc address:1BNwtEPanWJ9VLdiJebtykQJgk3eEZFh52 and send me a Pm with the transaction detail and your miner setting after that if you want to pay with you need to pay another 4% fee paypal charge so total 361.24*1.04=375.69 PM me with your paypal account and i will send you an invoice, then send me your mining setting after payment the new batch of s5 will online today afternoon or tomorrow |

Request 1 S5, PM sent... Everyone, watch out for pcfly...he PM'ed me telling me that there were only 10 units left at the current price and asked me to send 1.44 BTC (I was using PayPal). His bitcoin address was simular to the one posted by pcfli. yes very common scam close to pcfli watch out! i think it is very difficult to get SPondoolies ship the miner to china, the shipment fee will be very expensive, also is it cheaper than s5?
as for avalon 4, the problem is also they are too expensive, also it is true that they are very quiet
i have a friend who buy some avalon 4 and put them in office to mine, but not for me
