Binance and huobi are very costly to list on, not every devs will be able to list on such exchanges but there are still fair exchanges in crypto space that aren't that bad at all, for example Probit, upbit and few Korea exchanges

That's only if the IEO takes place or happened on a better exchange, many IEO projects failed because of bad rated exchanges, if team can chose right then they won't fall victim to bad exchanges, binance , Okex, huobi has better rating |

Very true, so far over two Defi projects are already attacked by hackers and scammers, this mean that Defi is that different to other projects in crypto world in terms of security, for now it's just like others until further notice
