321  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will the price go to 1 BTC = 1 oz gold again? on: December 28, 2018, 12:56:12 PM
This is completely unnecessary comparison. Bitcoin and Gold doesn't shave anything in common except that some people are calling Bitcoin the "Virtual Gold".

But I don't think that the price will fall so badly. If we see a Bitcoin under $1500, this will lead to a total panic.
322  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Good NEW Staking Coins? on: December 28, 2018, 09:27:39 AM
I'm trying to avoid new-new coins. I'm usually waiting at least few month to check what devs are doing.

PundiX is my last choice. They have a real product and was giving ~7% monthly bonus during this year. It's smaller for 2019.

From the old POS coins, I like only NEO. A ETH competitor and bringing passive income.
323  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is now a good time to buy or i have to wait ? on: December 28, 2018, 07:27:05 AM
Is now at the end of the year a good time to buy or i have to wait for the new year to enter ?

It's always a good time to buy! But would you buy depends only on what are your goals and budget.

I guess that there is some logic to wait for NY because most people will celebrate instead of trading and volumes will be lower than usual. This could lead to lower prices. But still, Bitcoin at 3.5K and ETH at $115 are good deals. I've manage to buy some more Ethers at $90 and plan to buy 20-30 more if it break the $100 barrier again.
324  Economy / Economics / Re: Wasn't this crypto-crash (course) needed? on: December 27, 2018, 08:43:32 PM
I have another theory.

When Bitmex introduced the ETH/USD contract, but based on the BTC/USD  pair, not on ETH or USD, their ruined it. Everybody begin to short and this dragged a great panic on the market. Then most ICO lost their funding, creating even more panic, etc. And we all know what is the result - 1/8 ATH....

Let's hope that 2019 will bring us recovery!
325  Economy / Economics / Re: McAfee Says Crypto Mining Malware Increased 4,000% in 2018 on: December 27, 2018, 04:40:51 PM
Most users aren't aware what is going on with their machines. So it's a normal development of things.

Crooks are always looking for a new ways to make some dirty bucks and crypto miners are much more easiest than extortions for example.
326  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling site review on: December 27, 2018, 02:56:27 PM
Well what site are you really looking for? Slots, Sports, Poker, etc?

I like Nitrogen

Sports preferably.

I will check out Nitrogen

If you are looking for NO-KYC bookies, Nitrogen and Fairlay are your choices.
Eventually you could try and Bitcoinrush. They are having good odds from time to time.

I'm avoiding all the rest.
327  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Cryptocurrencies Could Outperform All Other Assets in 2019 on: December 25, 2018, 02:26:15 PM
If you mean to Outperform all other asset in Outperform... then I agree.
2019 will e a tough year both for crypto and stock markets. Both are showing weakness. By all means (sanctions over Russia, Iran and more) should make Bitcoin over 10K up to now. And you can see that it's barely holding the 3.5K barrier.
328  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's your take on masternode coins? on: December 24, 2018, 03:56:14 PM
I'm trying to avoid them.

The popular coins like DASH have masternodes with autonomous price.
The new coins often are losing value so fast that it's almost impossible to end on profit.

DPOS coins are the best option for passive income.
329  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: [BOUNTY] ETH instant reward + tokens [POVR] PLANET FOR ADULTS on: December 24, 2018, 03:24:54 PM
P.S. What is this spam in the Signature spreadsheet (Rows 2-166 ALL of them)?

331  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you still believe in ETH ? on: September 30, 2018, 01:17:43 PM
Yest I still have very strong fate in Ethereum. I am not worry about current price of Ethereum and thing that this will be one of the coins that will recover very fast when the bull run start.
332  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The bulls will run Q4 2018. Thoughts? on: September 30, 2018, 01:16:06 PM
We all hope to see a good bull run in Q4 2018. My only concern is that 2018 is not like any other year before and nothing we have see before is not sure to happen this year,
333  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I currently have 5 ETH. I should buy an ICO on: September 30, 2018, 01:14:00 PM
I would suggest to keep your Ethereums. Right now is not a good time to invest in ICO in my opinion. Ethereums price is low and I would wait to recover before selling.
334  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is your involvment in crypto world? on: September 30, 2018, 01:11:13 PM
I am investor in crypto. I also participate in bounty campaigns and trade from time to time. But my main interest is in long-term investing.
335  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty Or Trading? on: September 29, 2018, 01:49:03 PM
Doing bounty and Trading in the same time are not interfering one with each other. If you have the skill set needed for trading and the funds, why don't you do it together with the bounty activities? That is what I am doing when find a profitable opportunity for trading even thou I am more a long term investor.
336  Other / Archival / Re: What you will do with your altcoins? on: September 29, 2018, 01:44:16 PM
You should hodl your altcoins. If you try to sell them now, you will sell them at no cost. When the bull market arrives, even if one of them gets higher price, you can make a good profit.

I agree with the exception that you have to determinate your altcoins and make sure you are going to hold only coins with a good value that will grow in the future. Everything else have to be sold, regardless of the loss at the time.
337  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Advice to all bounty hunters. on: September 29, 2018, 01:40:22 PM
Most projects that have bounties distribute 2-5% of circulation supply, it is not a problem for good projects because whales are ready to buy these coins to keep the price up. The other type of projects is the one which does not have enough marketing balance and they depend on bounty hunters in marketing, those projects are the most affected, because they likely are small projects with small hardcap, and they do not have big investors.
I think we should not hold every coin we get from bounty, it depends on your own view and your information about the project.

I agree with you, not all coins are good for holding and not all coins will gain value with the time. I usually give myself about a month or two to decide if I am going to keep it or not. Some times it is clear what should be done by  the time the bounty is over, but otherwise in the two months I have pretty good idea what is going on.
338  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Knowledge is the foundation on: September 27, 2018, 11:53:04 PM

That’s completely correct. Before stepping inside the cryptos world, one should have comprehensive knowledge about this sector so that you can avoid any risks in the future. This will benefit you, especially if you decide to invest in cryptos.

This is true and apply not only in crypto market, but in any other market you are willing to invest. Actually it is important in any other area that one should enter to work or invest. Knowledge in the best foundation and it is most important of all.
339  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounties required KYC. on: September 27, 2018, 11:50:25 PM
Recently, many governments are calling for the application of KYC's requirements to the crypto-currency markets. And I think this is right because there are often cases of fraud

And how exactly is KYC resolve the problem with the fraud? I see no connection between, but using KYC they just kill the anonymity and have everybody's personal data.
340  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Panic selling! Yes or No? on: September 27, 2018, 11:46:31 PM
I don't think that panic can ever be a good adviser. I believe that panic selling is one of the biggest dangers we face here in crypto market. Always give yourself some time to think before you act and don't let the panic get the best of you.
