321  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: First hand examples of Emotional trading on: July 16, 2019, 12:01:49 PM
greed and fear are the first cause of emotions in trading , knowledge and experience can gradually eliminate , most of the experienced traders also have this difficulties , watching mark douglas and some books is good

When we have difficulty in controlling our emotions, especially when our assets experience a decline in value, leaving our investment for a while may help us not to be in panic. Fear of losing more money is usually because we are not ready to face the bad reality that can occur in crypto trading. Through experiences, we may get the steady mentality to face such conditions!
322  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will there be physical casinos operating with cryptos in the future? on: July 16, 2019, 09:20:48 AM
The sensible thing about crypto use in traditional casinos is when users will buy chips. Instead of using fiat, they can buy it with crypto. But all will depend on the casino owner whether they are interested in applying the method or not.
323  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: BITCOIN CONFIRMATION on: July 15, 2019, 07:34:35 PM
Hello, i would like some gurus to clarify me on this issue of network confirmation. Let us assume that someone sent me btc of 0.009 and the value BTC  as at the time the transaction was done is $10200, and it took over 6 hours for the btc to drop into my wallet because of the confirmation it has to go through, if  at the time the BTC eventually dropped, bitcoin had increased to $12000, would i be receiving the dollar equivalent when it was $10200, or the network will record the current value when it dropped. i.e bitcoin value of 0.009 equivalent to $90 when it was sent, but it got delayed for 6 hours and by the time it dropped, bitcoin was already $12000 making the value now about $130, would i receive $90 or $130?

When someone sends bitcoin to another bitcoin address, the recipient will always get bitcoin, not dollars. An equivalent dollar value is only a reminder of the possibility of fiat money you can get at the current time if you want to sell it. Btw, you won't get dollar when someone send you bitcoin. To convert it into dollar, you have to trade it first.
324  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what solutions do make to cover Loss on: July 15, 2019, 04:46:27 PM
I think you need to continue to trade. You already loss. If you quit, you also accept the fact that you will never the capital that you loss. You don't have to think your pride. Just continue and win back and beat all the challenges that become a reason of your loss. Consider it as a challenge. Add some additional activity to earn.

When our investment is in the downtrend, keep holding our coins is the option we have. As long as we hold coins that has been proven to last a long time, the opportunity to see the bull run again will always be there. Stay confident that someday we will benefit from our coins.
325  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you ever looked at how much you have wagered with a hanging mouth? :P on: July 15, 2019, 02:31:25 PM
I have quit gambling now.

However, when I look at the wager amount of my accounts in various sites and add them up, a total of 15 BTC comes up!

That's around $150000= 10,500,000 INR ! Around 1 crore Rupees or 0.15 million dollars!

I know it's easy to reach that wager since wager counts all bets even on 99% chance wins so if someone with 1 BTC wagers 20 times on 99% win chance and win all, they will wager 20 BTC!

But still to think I have wagered that much amount leaves me with a open mouth sometimes. Overall I'm in loss tho xD

Instead of looking for the total amount of your wager, try to see the profit you have made or the lose money you have suffered. I myself at first, couldn't believe with what I already lost. However, because of the total loss that I suffered is from gambling activities for several years, I can still understand it. Within 3 years of playing dice at bitsler, my profit is around -0.2 btc. And after they reset the betting history when I switched to the VIP program, to this day, I have lost around 0.03 btc.  Grin

327  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔥 BITSLER.com 🔥 CASHBACK 🌟 NEW LEVELS 🌟 NEW RANKS🌟 CHEST PRIZES OF $35,000 💰 on: July 15, 2019, 06:27:53 AM
Does it Bitsler have an investment in house bankroll options? I can't find any info on the website about that.
Does someone know?

At least until today, there is no investment feature at Bitsler. Maybe admin is still trying to find the best way to provide the most appropriate method in terms of investment stuffs and things (between investors and casino). I wish, with this question, it will help to remind the admin about the plan that have been raised but have not yet been actualized.
328  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Please advise me which coins best for the day trading on: July 14, 2019, 05:31:47 PM
In day trading, we need coins with good daily volume so we can sell our coins as soon as we reach our target. We also need coins with a relatively wide range of fluctuations per day or in a short period of time so that we can take advantage of the fluctuations to gain profits. For me, bitcoin is a coin that meets these two criteria.
329  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Could you recommend two good altcoins? on: July 14, 2019, 03:59:36 PM
Ethereum and litecoin ( from my recent point of view ) are the two alts that could be the good choices for the future benefits. Indeed, there are still many other good alts for long term holding like bnb, xrp, xlm and so on. But I guess ethereum and litecoin are the best among the other ones.
330  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: You cannot win in gambling on: July 14, 2019, 12:36:05 PM
Yes, gambling is really hard to win the more you bet, sometime you win, but you lose more amount. So, sometimes gambling is all about luck.

Gambling is about luck and why many people have bad long-term profits is because we don't know when to stop. We might win sometime, but because we continue to use the money we get from such opportunity, finally we end up losing it back. And the saddest thing is when we lose. We tend to get carried away by emotion and make bets blindly due to emotions and the desire to chase the loss money as quickly as possible. Btw, the ability to control emotions is a must in gambling habit!
331  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crime Effect of Gambling - Your thoughts! on: July 11, 2019, 09:26:11 PM

This is like saying that people who lost everything in trading go into crime...I doubt this is the case.
Gambling owners can make the gambling environment decent and crime free if they want to. Some are probably encouraging that kind of environment to attract more gamblers.

Crime can be a side effect of gambling habits and can be done outside the gambling environment. Even though casino owners can make a decent and crime-free gambling environment, it's only a view from one angle. Because bad gamblers can commit crimes in other environments and bring the money into the casino.
332  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are the features you want most in a sportsbook? on: July 11, 2019, 04:55:31 PM
The most important thing for me and I don't fail in checking that out is - Trust rating. Whenever I want to choose a gambling site I always make sure that the site I'm choosing has good trust rating and I mainly prefer websites that have been around for a long time and proven that they can be relied on, though I do know that there are good new sites as well, but I prefer the old ones because there are too much scammers these days. Then another thing I would like to add is this - if a site is going to have quick deposits, they should as well have fast withdrawal. I hate sites that keeps me waiting just for me to make a withdrawal, it's very annoying and I don't like it.

Same with me. Trust is the first thing I will look for every time I want to play on a gambling site. Although there are still many factors that I will use, but trust is the most important one. The features such as variety of deposit methods, many games we can choose in a single event, instant deposit/withdrawal, no kyc requirement and so on, are indeed necessary as well.
333  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't get your hopes too high on: July 11, 2019, 01:18:12 PM
Don't get your hopes too high when promoting bounty projects especially bounties with very high allocations like in millions of $$$ ,they are never the same again unlike in the past ,all you have to do now is just depend on yourself and promote good projects and wait for end results.

For those who still has time to participate on bounties, researches is a must. After that we just need to pray that one or more of our tokens from bounties will give us good benefit in the future. Indeed, the bounty things aren't so promised anymore if we compared it with ICO's bounty in the past. We shouldn't rely our dream on bounty tho!
334  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The "how to" of building a gambling site on: July 11, 2019, 05:53:05 AM
Idk for sure whether the OP wants to learn to make a gambling site or build a gambling site for business purposes. If he wants to create a gambling site for the sake of learning, then he has to learn many programming languages first. But if he wants to build a business through a gambling site, he has to have capital and then look for a good developer that I'm sure is available here in this forum. Just make an offer on the services board!
335  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trading Teaches Me New Patience And Experience! on: July 10, 2019, 04:06:06 PM
A lot of life lessons from crypto trading, personally I have learnt not to stay too long in a trade, plan entry and exit and stick to the plan, don't wait too long as the market can behave funny at the slightest opportunity

Yes, through trading we can get some lessons which we can apply on other activity in our lives. Inevitably, patience and the ability to analyze data will be things that we have to get used to in ourselves if we want to survive in most cases including in crypto trading.
336  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What importance is kyc In gambling section on: July 10, 2019, 02:30:01 PM

In my own opinion kyc is not of major importance in gambling section. What do you guys think
You got this right mate because there’s a lot of issues from the winners in some Gambling sites that KYF has been used to hold their money .cases that at first players has no idea until they become a winner and was asked to present this KyC thing to claim their winnings

AFAIK, users who are asked to send their data to be able to withdraw their money from gambling sites are because admins detected inappropriate behavior carried out by the users. Whether it's alleged for cheating the game or alleged for money laundering business, for example. Btw, as long as we gamble on gambling sites that can be trusted and they don't apply KYC as the requirement for all members, we don't need to worry even though we win a lot.
337  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Russia, Philippines, Indonesia and India support crypto the most on: July 10, 2019, 05:41:22 AM

The article is a garbage, so is the OP.

"Less developed countries support the most...?" In the first place, Russia is not less developed at all. And "the most"? That's really weird on you to even thought of it. Have you realized how much Bitcoin is thriving in Singapore or Korea or Japan in Asia alone? And how about "to steal"? Supporting blockchain implementation to steal? What planet are you coming from, OP?

Lol, why does the OP mention the word 'to steal'? Is that so bad when people from developing countries come to new types of technology? Indeed, people from these countries, especially Indonesia, came to crypto to get extra money. They can do many things such as trading, doing online jobs, bounty and so on. But to steal? How will they, as the whole, do something like that? Crimes that occur , to steal in this case, can be done by anyone, no matter where they come from.
338  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Tether (USDT) supported gambling platform? on: July 10, 2019, 02:49:27 AM
There are some good and bad sides about any gambling site accepting tether. For the good side, it's mainly about the stability of usdt although I'm yet to come across one, it's not entirely a bad idea. Well, I'm not a huge fan of usdt, so not looking forward to use it in gambling.  The altcoins I like for gambling are EOS, ETH, TRX.

I am not use usdt yet in gambling but I think it will be good for those who doesn't want to be in volatility with their money, therefore they can focus on the game itself. If the transaction's fees for usdt isn't too big and the confirmation time will be faster, it would be cool to be used as gambling tool.
339  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are the most unusual games you played in a crypto casino? on: July 09, 2019, 01:49:05 PM
What are the most unusual (or interesting) games you played in a crypto casino?

All games are unusual when you try it first time, but now i don't think any game is here that people don't know before it. So it is difficult to say that some game is unusual and before it people don't know about it. But when you play first time in any casino, this taste is good and it seems like a new way or interesting.

Indeed, there are many types of gambling games out there and it isn't possible to make all of those games as our usual games. Even though I know several types of games, I only make a few of them as the games I use to play. Btw, if 'unusual' is interpreted as a weird game that only few people recognize it, I have never played such games in crypto's casino.
340  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Adoption In Your Country on: July 09, 2019, 07:58:09 AM

This is for members outside of the United States of America since things going in that country are all on the news but for those countries who are usually outside the radar of the mainstream media, I would like to get updates which can be good and bad, favorable and unfavorable with bitcoin. Here in my country, we have no problem with the government as regulatory bodies are not hindering the growth of cryptocurrency and in fact we have many more exchanges already approved and they can start doing business in 2020. Reading the news in other countries, I am feeling lucky to be a resident here.

What about in your own native land...how's bitcoin adoption been going on? Is there a bright future in there or maybe is it facing a gloomy and cloudy prospect? Let's talk...

Since I am a citizen of a country where bitcoin is allowed as an asset only, there is no real adoption yet here in my place. Most people here in my area uses bitcoin as a trading tool but the number of people who already know about crypto currency is relatively high based on the number of members in the biggest crypto exchange in my country.
