I think this will be successful if many firms will adopt this technology. By this time, how would be able to convert in fiat? And probably transfer it to someone's bank account?
YES, this is just the beginning. Beginning of what? using XRP's Xrapid system? You can used Bitcoin as cross-border-payment as well without any middleman so why I don't know why people are buying the hype surrounding Xrapid. What benefits do end users can get? In my case, we can easily convert our bitcoin thorough our exchanges and go to a local remittance center to claim our money, that's it, no banks in the picture. Not everyone wants to go to that route. Many don't care about crypto exchanges, only the degenerate gamblers who spend every day trying to profit. ETHA Solutions is also trying to improve on global remittance figures.

I remember the negative sentiment that drove Antshares down to 9 cents - everyone lost hope. What's the price now? Seven dollars? It went up $130 I recall.

I mean you can keep adding exchange listing for BSD but that does not do much for growth actions. for now i am just happy with the weekly drops of bitsend , as far as i know it is going for a few month's to go , and then i will be happy to hold them for a decent period , i have not enough for a masternode but that masternode is coming for sure and let's hope that the "grow" will be huge btw , tanx for Weekly Airdrop 02/11/19 The airdrop will last till April 2019, if the weekly airdrop keeps a steady rate of 10BSD per week. To be honest the coin doesn't have much of a purpose, other than being a masternode and having a airdrop. Probably we can expect a pump there and now and that's it. Exactly what every veteran altcoiner is thinking. What Bitsend needs right now is a new roadmap and I think the timing is great for releasing it before April.

Meh, this thing happens regularly for Bitcoin. Maybe even at least once a year. These people don't practice safety!
Maybe. But we have to see if the BTC price goes on a sideways action for weeks. This will be a great time for altcoins.

Wait a minute. What is an automatic data processing "Google"? Is this still Webrunes? I know the project is struggling but is there a change of focus or vision?

Eventually Bitcoin's price will bounce up and establish equilibrium. The price does not reflect the fundamental developments that are happening in the blockchain space. Just look at the price now. It could be the "bottom."

We just have to wait and see how much savings and how much convenience the Sendfriend remittance will bring compared to traditional remittances like Western Union and alike. Other remittance services based on blockchains like ETHA Solutions will have to up their game now.

Global remittance is the true Holy Grail of blockchains (global supply chains is second). There are several attempts to reach it now. Sendfriend, Drinkey, ContractLand, Facebook, ETHA Solutions, etc. - You name it. So many options, so much developments in the Blockchain remittance space. We will soon know which one will succeed.

You know what? It would be great if website owners can get to use NOIA's CDN for free for several months if it's really good. It will create more awareness to this project. That's exactly what we are doing! Anyone can try our CDN Alpha today and deliver their website's content for free. The set up is short and simple. Register here: https://noia.network/testnet/ Oh, I didn't know that. I had the impression that the testnet is very experimental and that it can't be used for simple sites like small forums or blogs. Thanks for the information. Though I wished it was communicated that it is a viable alternative to Cloudflare or MaxCDN now.

That's great for the Philippines. But India is the largest recipient of global remittance and ETHA Remittance Solutions plans to bridge that gap by probably using their own ETH token.

Neither bitcoin nor paper money has any real value, but notes have national credit support, and what if bitcoin also gets national credit? The government will lose its macro-control policy but it can also effectively eliminate inflation, two relative ratios. Is that a good result? Of course, I know that the government is very unlikely to support bitcoin, but who knows?
The government can only legalize the cryptocurrency but will not support as a main currency of the country because it is decentralized and can't be control by anyone. The present currency that used by the government and its people is a national currency which is one of the important symbols of a nation. The government can also make its own cryptocurrency which is centralized or convert its national currency into virtual currency. You forget that governments use national currencies to control their economies - the more fiat is printed, the more fiat devaluates and makes exports strong against competing countries.

Definitely. I'm been here since 2016. And there is an explosion of merit beggars, bounty hunters, scammers and other shysters. Seriously though, crypto was a lot smaller back then. People just concentrate on Poloniex, Cryptsy or Bittrex for altcoin trading.
You can never get rid of the get-rich-quick crowd and scammers as long as there is profit to be made. The best we can hope for is that the right people comes at the right time and do something that will change the world.

We just have to wait until March 1 and if Bitcoin breaks the $3,700 resistance levels. However, it's a 50/50 chance that Bitcoin breaks down to $3000 or below briefly. It's like waiting for the last of the weak whale hands to fall.
I think many have been tired of waiting and have already quit cryptocurrencies altogether. I mean, just look at this forum's number of new posts. It has significantly gone down, the least activity since Bitcoin popped in January 2018.

How does Telcoin enable cheap remittance? What I know is the biggest barrier to cheap remittance is converting crypto to fiat. And if you look at the whitepaper of ETHA's remittance solution, I think they have a chance of breaking through user adoption.

Can anyone tell me what the byteball ICOs are doing? Have I heard about some Titan coin?
Maybe that is more appropriate topic for that question because this is Obyte annoncements topic, not Titan coin. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2378943.0It would be embarrassing if it was written here, wouldn't it? Why would it be written here if it's not that coin ANN topic? Each altcoin as their own topic. Vitalik has been an advisor on Ethereum ICOs in the beginning too, does he give updates on them or is that a responsibility of the token offerer? It's an honest mistake since all obyte's tokens are found within the official wallet. You can easily get confused especially newbies. While ETH tokens are not even supported natively by popular wallet services.

With all the great news coming out for Robotina, I often wondered why many are disappointed at the dev team when its the market acting irrationally. These lot invest with with long term projects during the hype phase and are expecting large returns quickly.
Yeah, really this is one of promising project, the team always focuss with development and partnership and yes we can see the progress. I know many people always think about market, but for me, I don't care about it, as long as I can see the progress of product, I guess this is the best time to buy more ROX in bearish market. But really I still hope the team will open-public chat in telegram group. I don't think so. The developers are already pressured to do their jobs because of the sudden shrinkage of their funding. They know a finsished product or platform means more value for the network. They know they must succeed. Any FUD will just demoralize the devs. Thus delaying the timeline.
