I read this article and i think they plan they have make sense this in particular could be very interesting as its related with their streaming system they developed: 'CryptoFlix can stream content using lower speed internet connections' i hope the ico will be able to gather enough funds. Good article thanks for sharing, crucial part is as you mentioned above, lower speed internet stream performance. This is the main decision maker for those who have lower speeds. We are getting close to the end of the private placement, just two days left to go. Quite curios to know the exact number coming ou from the sale of the tokens at this point  Yes, I am also looking forward to the announcement. This is a solid project and the team is promoting it a lot on conferences etc., so hopefully we can expect some major fund raising. From what we know so far, the private sale is raising good money, probably because they are this busy on promoting their project on these conferences. Will be interesting to know the exact amount. I also looking forward for the private sale numbers, I think they raised quite good amount of investment, ehealth team has the most solid project and team nowadays. Certainly health-related projects have their differential, and more importantly, treating or delaying something new in the community well then lets hope that the ico will not be the first milestone on their project delayed... that might give a bitter taste eHealth is for now going according to the plan, no? I like when games and blockchain is togerher looks fun the best part is that the blockchain could really determine the ownership of in game items and make the transfer from one player to the other easier and without risks I'm not sure how this will impact in ownership. How will it be able to check that people is installing the game on different computers? There will be some kind of mechanism to check the ownership. When someone sends you a token, you own it. No need special software to check it, just check your address I think the person wanted to clarify the procedure KYC, you will need to pass it to participate in the ICO or to obtain the purchased coins, or not? I dont think that they are talking about the KYC procedures or else, ownership of in game items can be determined by the private keys or else maybe? (I m just thinking loudly:) ) If they would apply KYC procedures to determine ownership of items this would be extremely inconvenient personally i would don't like if the kyc will be necessary to buy in game items or to participate in the ico... |

Yes there is till less than a week to participate in the token sale. Sphere already reached the soft cap as far as I know, so even if they don’t raise more fund, the project will normally go on.

There is no token burning so the number of tokens will be always the same. Participants get all the unclaimed tokens based on their TGE stake. So eg. if there will be just two participants and one buys one token and second three tokens, all remaining tokens will be divided among them in 1:3 ratio. -> This means that participants WON'T LOSE but WIN. Since the TGE is only 30 % of all tokens and if the 10 % would be burned - it would mean that ALAX team would have a stronger position and bigger share - 70:20 instead of 70:30. So thanks to not burning - participants will get more tokens but with the same value so it does not have any negative effect on their investment since their TGE share will be the same but they will have a bigger share of the whole cake. We decided to take this path because we think it is fairer to the investors and the circulation supply will be bigger.Never saw it from this side but that is of course true. If you would burn tokens developer share would be much higher then without burning. Thank you for clarifying this. I will keep this in mind also for other projects. Investors' shares stay the same, but tokens lose in value. It's like you paid for 10 euros for 10 tokens, but suddenly got 100. Not sure, however, if it really makes difference. There is still a third way to do it. The sold tokens will always represent 30% of the total supply. You have to reduce the remeinaing 70% as well so either burn these as well or don't mint them in the first place. in my opinion is good news, even if the unsold tokens will not be burned but will be distributed in proportion to the investors, i think is the best choice... |
